"whatever" as he stopped walking away he was so exahausted but that wasnt it... his legs wouldnt let him walk away again (come on)

Walking a little closer, Kasumi brought her hand up to gently brush the tear from his cheek, and brought his face to look straight at hers.
"How can I know if you won't tell me?" she whispered as she looked down, her eyes partially opened.

"Don't care about you?" she said with a slight gasp. "Where on earth did you get that idea?" .... She thought back to their duel... and remembered what she had said... "If I spoke about not caring, it was not caring about what you did, not you yourself. And as far as Claw...." she gave a frustrated sigh as she turned to take a few steps away. "I was trying to reassure Claw that I wasn't going to be trying to betray him by helping Zero kill him or something like that. My loyalty may be to Claw..." She turned around to stare him right in the eyes. "But my heart...."

((omg...too cheesy...cant let her finish...oh and () = thoughts ))
ikotsu still looking down noticed two roots over his feet while kasumi was talking... (BARA!!) he slips his feet out of the roots (he was trying to trip me again wasnt he)... he looks up to notice kasumi ((just kidding cant miss the cheesyness XD ))
