The screams in Krohv began to stop for a moment, as those inflicted with the curse were being apprehended by the police force, but it wasn't long before they, too, succumbed to it. The Chief burst into the bar, laughing loudly. Black mist swirled violently around his arms.
"Hell yeah, we all cried out, hell yeah!" He laughed again, the mist leaping off his arms like fire, punching holes through the ceiling and walls.
A nearby patron came at him with a beer bottle, and he smiled, backhanding the man over the bar.





Arch walked out of the base to get a pack of cigarettes from his bus, when he fell to one knee, catching a mental backhand to the face. He could feel the emotion dripping off the very air, screaming at him from every which way. He quickly cast peace, in an attempt to nullify it, but it was beat back, only affecting him, allowing him reprieve from the anger. He stood off, regrettably shutting off his emotional sensory for now, and got in his bus, quickly driving to the military staging area. If Tubby got his with this, well.....

((Eh, my bad. Club, bar, the club has a bar, it was meant as the same place.))

"BRADOCK!" Minerva let out her sharp army yell. "No time for your pining. You can yearn for the Boss's girl later. Come on." She started moving to the base, her eyebrow raising as she noticed the violence on the way.

She then twitched, and grabbed the gun at her side, turned around and shot at Bobby.

A blast of black liquid shot from the Chief, dissolving the bottle before it hit. The man he knocked behind the bar was now missing half of his face, where the Chief had hit him, and was lying dead. The fireballs continued raining out, lighting the walls on fire.

Ruby squeaked as she was forced to deflect a fireball with a blood shield, and then stepped away from the shield as it started burning away. "That don't usually happen," She admitted with worry. She glanced at Silent Lucidity, and then at Verve fighting patrons still. Then the thought occurred to her that if this was happening here, it could be happening at home too, with Aaron.

"Verve, Redhead chick, I've got to go, I do..." She was cut off mid sentence as one of the club bouncers tackled her. She gave him a hearty kick, but then she grimaced in pain like her foot had run into a concrete wall. She cursed as she realized she was tackled by a super-strength super. She avoided the fist smashing down by her face by an inch, and it went through the flooring a good foot. "Verve, sug, a little anger over here please!" She yelled out, trying to reach out to the dissolved blood shield, while avoiding fatal punches as she did.

Ruby was able to crawl away while the super-strength dude was distracted. "Thanks, sugar." She said, but decided not to say it too loud in case angry attention turned her way. She crawled on all fours to the door, careful to avoid flying objects and burning mist. After slipping out, Ruby called one of the guards she had befriended at the base, and was told her kid was safely watching cartoons with Merlin. She then went to the store to pick up some cookies and cream ice cream for Hattie, only to find the whole place a wreck, and all the cookies and cream ice cream stolen or on the floor. She swiped some cookies and vanilla bean instead and made her way back to the base where she is now, and therefore cinching the time line into place.

As for the superstrength super, he turned his eyes on Verve and took a running leap in his direction.
