He patted her on the back and snuggled her close to him. He had already locked the doors and disinfected everything from when the cleaner's and such were in the apartment. "Don't worry Bebai, I won't be leaving you anytime in the near future, of that I can assure you."

Ok. ::rests against him. She is on a different side than she was earlier, and he can see a large purple bruise formed on the side of her face. It wasn't noticed earlier from all the blood, and the hecticness, but now that it's all over, it glares out like a lighthouse::

Remmy soon noticed the large purple mark on the side of her face. "Bebai, did he hit you?" he asked, holding her gently in his arms. More and more he wanted to kill Floyd for what he had done to Freddy.

A vein started to twitch in Remmy's head as he balled up one of his fists and ground his teeth.

Remmy sighed. "As much as I wish that he were dead, he is not. You didn't hit any vital organs or anything of the like according to the paramedics. His biggest loss was from laying bleeding for three and a half hours. I heard mutters of him doing this in the past." He shook his head. The look on his face told of his anger.

He gently pulled her back down. "Don't strain yourself Freddy. I'm worried something may have been in his blood, you had it all over you and I'm sure it got into the air. I've disinfected the whole apartment but I'm still a bit worried so let me make dinner alright? Just tell me what you want."

::sighs defeatedly:: I don't care. ::leans against the headboard and pulls her knees up to her chin. She really didn't want someone handling her, making her stay in bed when she felt fine. When she got sick is when she'd go to bed. She's learned to savor the healthy bits in her life. Plus, after what happened that day, she needed to do something, busy her hands and mind::

Remmy sighed. Then he had an idea. He walked out of the room for a few minutes and then came back with the keyboard which had the musical notes labeled on them. He brought a book of beginner's piano music that he had bought her earlier that simply said the letter of the note. "How about you try to play a few things while I make dinner? Now's as good a time as any to get started."

::nods, taking it.:: Thanks. ::she's not ungrateful, not at all, but she's not in the mood to feign excitement. She is happy about the chance for a distraction, and starts doggedly plunking on the keys, looking at the book then down at the keyboard between each note::

Remmy went into the kitchen and oddly kept an ear out for her playing. He baked some chicken and then looked around and found some broccoli and a steam cooker, deciding to cook them that way and looking for a healthy cheese if she had any to put in as well. Then looked for some organic rice and started cooking it.
