"Damnit Larien," he said as she ran past him. He had never thought Larien could move as nimbly as she just did, it took him by suprise and she was able to make it past him, and down part of the hall before it had registered what had happened. He then chased her into th hallway, all the while thinking why did yshe tell him to "get Clover."

As soon as Epotheros made it back into the hallway to follow Larien she had disappered. The transformation of the collar was happening very quickly and with the help of Zant't spell her body started to change as well. Where were once small graceful hand were now long claws. Her pale complection was as green as the trees she loved so much. But her back was tainted with blood red scars that burned whenever the small part of Larien tried to fight. It was no longer Larien but a creature created by Zant and compleatly under his control. Gripping onto the ceiling the creature stared down at the unknowing Clover.

"Were did she go?" Epotheros thought as he rounded the corner to not find Larien running down the corridor. Epotheros had a bad feeling about what was going down and decided to make his way to Clover's chambers. He dashed through the halls and finally made it to Clovers room where she was standing at the thresh hold.
"Clover, you're alright," he said between breaths. He was relieved to see her unharmed, but still wondered where Larien had gone to so he asked Clover.

The noises returned, except now Clover could hear what sounded like rushed footsteps. She crooked her neck a bit to see what was coming towards her. She clenched her dagger at her side. Her grip eased when she recognized the approaching figure. It was Epotheros. He seemed to be out of breath. “Yeah I’m fine. Why wouldn’t I be?” she asked confused. “No, I haven’t seen her. Is she alright?” Clovers heart began to speed up as worry and confusion set in. What was going on?

After Clover responded to his question Epotheros ushered her back into her room, closing the thick oak door behing him. His eyes darted around the room just to make sure they were alone and safe for the time being. Epotheros then garabbed a chair and placed it infront of the door and sat down on it.

Clover’s brow rose as her shocked self was ushered back into her room. Without explaining himself Epotheros had barricaded her room with himself in a chair. Clover stood there in confusion and sighed, “What’s wrong?” “Why…,” she trailed off. Though she felt uncomfortable shut up in a room with man, when she was still in her night cloths, she knew Epotheros wouldn’t act so oddly without a just reason. She needed answers. The scream, Epotheros running to her room, and now he had barricaded both of them. What did this all mean?

"Well, not to frighten you," he started off calmly stating, "Larien seems to be not herself. She was disfigured and that collar she had around her neck seemed to have mutated into some type of control device. Before she ran off she told me to get you aww. I am speculationg that she meant away, or away from her."
He then sighed before talking again, "I am currently unaware of were she is located at this moment. Our best form of defense for this would be to keep us in this small room where I know what is happening in the surrounding are. Hopefully she is only after you and not Ty, Tramer or the Lord."

With the help of Zant's spell and the strength of the collar the beast slammed it's body into the door causing it to explode open and send splinters all over in the room. Both the chair and Epotheros were sent flying across the room. Before Clover or Epotheros had time to collect themselves Zant's voice rang thoughout the room.
"I know that you will miss your friend Larien but don't worry. I have replaced her with someone or should I say something far mor intresting. May I present Lilith named after the goddess of betrayal and pain. I hope you enjoy the replacement."
Lilith's eyes glowed red with hatred and malice as she stared at Clover. Spreading her wing she leap towards Clover with her claws extended.

At the last possible moment, Ty (who appears much older and some how mure powerfull ((because he is from the future)) ) appeared between Larien/Lilith and Clover, taking the full force of the attack. As he falls backward onto clover, the room goes completely pitch dark. In this absolute darkness, several huge beast of varrying type begin assulting and tearing away at the collar-wing-mutation combination and it's wearer. In clover's ear the future Ty wispers, "I repay my debt to you..." The natural lights return, as the shadowbeasts and Ty alike both slowly disipate, leaving Larien/Lilith much for the weaker than before.

Crimson blood ran from the tears in Lilith's wings and from numerous scratches all over her body. Though she was only stunned for a moment, a red glow pulled her skin back together and the collar had been untouched by the shadows. Lilith's mouth twisted into an evil grin as she started chanting in an ancient evil tongue. Clover having the blood of the acients was able to hear and was soon bombarded with an ungodly sound that would have shattered glass had it been out loud. With unthinkable speed Lilith bounded over to Clover and grabbed her with one of her claws.

A sharp yelp escaped Clover’s mouth as she witnessed the door and Epotheros flying towards her. Once again she found herself clutching to her dagger as she watched a Larien-like creature enter the room. A shudder ran through Clover’s body while Zant’s menacing voice filled the room. She felt her heart wrench out for her friend, who was now unconsciously serving their enemy.
Before Clover could realize what was happening Lilith bounded towards her, but something rather someone blocked the attack. Clover fell to the ground with who appeared to be Ty, but different. She couldn’t really decipher what was different. Before her thoughts on the matter were able to continue the room blacked and she heard a familiar voice in her ear. “What debt?” a faint reply left her lips before the figure and the darkness vanished.
Again Clover was caught off guard as an ear piercing sound bombarded her ears. She hurried to cover them. As her hands pressed against her ears Clover rolled in a ball in attempts to buffer the deafening noise.

Epotheros found himself on the gound with pieces of timber lying across his body. One of the splinters from the wooden door had lodged itself just below his left deltoid. Instinctivly he tugged on it and pulled it out unleashing a stream of blood that flowed down his arm allowinf small dropplets to collect on the floor. He then rushed himself to his feet which caused him to feel light headed due to his loss of blood. Epotheros though just tried to shrug it of and grabbed his sword which was lieing on the ground a few feet from him. With it he thrusted it inbetween Lilith's attack and turned it so that it would detour her grasp.
After he had done that Epotheros then dropped his swoord and picked up Clover with his one good arm and summoned his blazing feet of the Dragon Lords tecnique to give him the ability to put some distance between them and Lilith. Each step Epotheros took was a leap from hall to hall and in under a half a minute they were already at the library. Epotheros then set Clover down and begain to search the shelves. He finally picked up and odd shapped arrow and handed it to Clover. When it touched her hands the object begain to glow with a yellow hue and a bow of energy formed around it.
"Clover, use this to vanquish the darkness."

Screaming in frustration Lilith slammed her fists against the floor and left large holes in the floor boards. She looked our the window, it was just about morning. She would have to hurry. Breaking out of the bedroom window she soared into the night sky serching for the pressence of the ancient blood the flowed in Clover's veins. Qickely banking towards the right she crashed through another window and into the library only to find Epotheros.
"Tell me where she is thorn in my side!"

As the screeching sound plagued her head she felt someone lift her off the ground. The sound dissipated as Clover realized that Epotheros had rushed with her in his arm from the room and into the library. She amazed by the speed, but had seen the technique before. The ground met with her feet and she was stood watching Epotheros searched for something.
Clover struggled to regain the normal tone of her thoughts. The after effects of the unbearable noise still rang through her mind. It murmured without end when she realized that Epotheros had handed her something. Clover looked down. She felt strangely nostalgic, as if this arrowhead and bow were always with her. Her head jerked up from the items when she heard something approach hastily. Clover backed up into the shadows of a large bookcase. She knew that Lilith wouldn’t stop until she found her. Larien needn’t to be separated from this beast.
Clover watched the wall crumble as the monster in question jetted into the library. She hasn’t noticed me, these hopeful thoughts repeated within her mind. Clover tried her best to stay silent as she lifted the bow into position. Please, help Larien, Clover called out to the strange energy as if she were calling to the wind just as she released the arrow aimed for Lilith’s heart. Somehow Clover knew that the arrow wouldn't harm Larien. Somehow she could feel a connection with the odd energy surging towards the creature.

Lilith heard the arrow whistling towards her and turned just in time to catch it before it pierced her chest. She now knew where Clover was, holding up her finger she waved it back and forth (as in nono).
"It seems your friend felt it was nessecary to tell me herself where she was."
She started towards Clover with a determined look, when slowly yet suddenly the sun crep through the windows of the library. With a ear breaking scream Lilith was lost in a cloud of red haze. Once the breeze had cleared the room Larien was left laying on the floor unconcious with the collar still around her neck.
