"Clothes make the woman here." she grinned some, then followed Quin. "What's wrong with Morgan?" it looked like she was sucking on her thumb, no her fingers for some reason.

"Morgan? You okay?" Quin walked in and sat beside her. Looking around the room to see what could be the problem he picked up a sent that had been long hidden from him. Silently, "So this is where they stashed it."

Morgan tried to keep her eyes open. She couldn't let go of her fingers, but she made it clear that she had to get out of that room. Rising she pushed against Quin accidentally and headed for the door still twitching.

Quin held on to her when she stumbled against him. Rising to his feet he felt her tremble against him. Helping her out of the room he hugged her, running his fingers through her hair. Telling her that she would be all right.

Chantico made way for them. She had no idea what all this was about, but it was clear enough indication that her social call was through "I take my leave here...but tell me if she's alright." Chanti said, taking one last look at Morgan.

"She'll be all right Chanti, she just needs to calm down." Quin turned his attetion back to Morgan as she left. Taking her hand in his he gently suckled on her fingers, "I didn't know."

Morgan's voice trembled "What were you doing with it? There's no trace of it on your breath." the shakes had slowed to only coming every once and awhile, it felt odd but good when he took her fingers in his mouth.

Squeezing her hand, "There would be none, I haven't used any in a number of months. I used to back home. I would smoke it frequently to escape the dullness of life. My staff thought to save me from myself so they hid it. I had thought they thrown it away."

"I'd accuse them of stupidity then. I have to lay down, is there somewhere I could go?" Quin's bedroom was probably still a mess, and most likely he wouldn't want to stay with her so she though a guest room would be good. I'm going to have a headache, and he's not even addicted

"There's a guest bedroom near, you can lie down there." he said as if reading her mind. Showing her to the room he opened the door to display a decent size room of fine quality and furnishings. "You can lie down here, is there anything you will need?"

She broke away from Quin and walked into the room "It's ok. I think I'm going to fall asleep. Could you check on me in a few hours? Make sure it doesn't resurface?" Morgan laid down and drew the sheets up over her "And I've forgotten my sandals." she said distantly, before she was asleep.

"I will Morgan, I'll do as you ask." he shut the door and walked slowly down the hall. Looking for Fortune, finding him in the back of the house cleaning the armour, "Burn it, you know what I mean." Turning he left to head back inside to get her sandals. Bringing them into the room he set them down on the floor, she looked so peaceful sleeping there. He wanted to lie down with her, but he didn't want to disturb her. Leaving the room behind again he busied himself with other things, trying to keep his mind from straying.

Finding his mind wandering despite his attempts to prevent it he closed the book he was writing in. Not even taking time to spread sand to let the ink dry. Cursing himself for ruining the accounts he sighed. I didn't matter any more, walking off he found himself infront of the room where he had left Morgan to sleep. Stepping in he made his way to the bed. Stroking the side of her face he knelt on the bed, trying not to disturb her he lay down beside her, placing an arm over her.

The troubled sleep made her edgy enough to wake up at such a light touch. She knew that she should have expected him to come back and check on her, but it surprised her all the same that he was there. "You came back." she said, a little muffled. His arm must have been over the blanket, but she could feel it.
