i love to draw.. excpecally anime/manga
i mostly colour with prismacolor pencils & markers but am starting to use photoshop more(i just got a REALLY nice tablet for christmas)...
i want to go into 3D animating/rendering... or something that has to do with art...

My username is XOSAF, but just call me Ali, OK?
I love to both draw and write, but I'm currently exceptionally bad at both. I'm hoping RPing will help better my writing skills, and joined this guild in hopes of bettering my drawing skills!
I like drawing manga/anime the best! But I'm really bad at drawing things like animals, full-grown adults, proportional realistic drawings, people in different poses other then just standing up, interesting outfits, varied expressions, etc.. A LOT of things need serious work. I'm also hoping my friend Sun-Hee will help me with drawing once she starts her unofficial drawing club at school!
I wish to become a novelist/mangaka when I grow up, but I'm far from getting there. I'd really be perfectly ecstatic with just being able to draw well.
I don't know anything about stuff like... CD, Photoshop, etc.. And toning and special effects and stuff, I don't know any of that, though maybe I'll learn in the future. I want to really concentrate on my drawing skills.
I'm 14, female, a freshman, and interested in all sorts of manga and anime. I love fantasy, romance, humor, fluff, angst, tragedy, drama, etc.. Pretty much everything!
I'm trying to figure out how to post scanned pictures on the internet as well as cutting up my pictures so that they don't take up a whole page. I'm also trying to break the nasty habit of drawing on loose leaf paper and instead drawing on white paper at least(I like to doodle the most in class XD).
I should stop ranting now, before I start stretching the page way too much... ^^;

Hi, tis artheart! Or ah31/ahel, which ever you choose! ^^ I'm 12, and turning 13 in 14 days! (Birthday is Feb. 17.)[[Edit: I used 12, 13, and 14 all in the same sentence in the same order! Lol]] I'm a girl, and I live the western part of the US. I've been drawing anime since I was a ten-year-old, and I think I have really progressed during the years! But I would still love to improve:
Inking, shadows, folds, perspective, character interaction, atanomy, and of course, the hands. I still probably need to work on a lot more, but those are my first priority.
I use both wooden pencils and mechanical pencils, but I prefer mechanical. I have .5, .3, and .1 Micron Ink pens. I have a whole set of Prang colored pencils, about 12 colors in Prismacolors, and too many Crayolas that I never use.
