While they were there, they picked up a handful of super potions - Joyce had said they were too cheap to pass up! - and some candy to try and cheer Leandra up with later.

Joyce spotted a clothing store and fabric store all rolled into one and with a small squeal of pleasure on Joyce's part, they went in.

Their quest for a fabric store had lead the girls closer towards the river that separated Jubilife and Canalave. They had decided (after Crissy's request had informed Joyce of the other girl's need) to take a short rest, and thus they had found a bench.

Crissy had closed her eyes, with her face tilted upwards to soak in the sun's warmth. It was colder here than Hoenn, and she was thankful for her newly purchased jacket.

Joyce had finally spotted a fabric store nearby, and after a drowsy wave from Crissy, the white haired girl had disappeared inside, followed by Tiernan, and Coulett.

Coal, Sherine and Liam had stretched out on the bench beside their trainer, enjoying the sun as much as their trainer.

Crissy had started to doze off when she soft fur brush against her face, followed by a puff of hot air. She opened her eyes and gasped at the sight that presented itself to her. Standing in front of her was a ponyta with a pure white coat and bright green eyes. But it wasn't the unusual coloring that had made her gasp, no, it was the fact that she knew this particular ponyta. "Peridot?" she whispered, more than a bit shocked, as she carefully reached out one hand and rested it on the ponyta's cheek.

Peridot snorted in agreement and rubbed his head against her outstretched hand. Even though it had been years, he still remembered her scent, and her kind hands.

Crissy could feel tears leak out of her eyes as she wrapped her arms around Peridot's neck, and buried her face in his neck, his flames tickling her skin. "I missed you so much!" she gasped, squeezing tightly for a second. The last time she had seen Peridot had been four years ago when he had been stolen from her by someone she'd thought was her friend. She'd never expected to see him again.
