Kiba kissed Shikmaru back. He knew what he was doing was wrong. He knew he shouldn't be using Shikmaru as a way to get back at Shino. Because it wouldn't work and it would just end up hurting SHikamaru who had already been hurt enough for the moment. But he didn't care. He was too upset to care.

Shikamaru felt something missing in that kiss. He pulled away from Kiba and let his head fall to the bed. He looked at the ceiling, "Do you even feel for me, Kiba?" his gut told him the answer was no. He didn't let the pain enter his voice. After years, he had learned how to hide his feelings perfectly from the world. And if he had to continue hiding his feelings for the rest of his life, then so be it.
((I'm gonna go play jigsaw puzzles. I need the gold. I'll check back here regularly.))

"No. But what does it matter to you? It's not like you care about me." Kiba snraled, moving off SHikamru to sit on the other side of his bed. Akamaru whimpered from the floor, paws covering his ears.

That tore it, "What the hell do you know? Have I ever specifically told you that I don't care about you? No! I haven't! How do you know if that is how I feel, huh? You just have been to goddamn blind chasing after Shino to open your eyes and take a look around you! Shino isn't the only person in this world!" Shikamaru stood up,"You were just to blind to see something that was right in front of you. Instead, you kept chasing something that you knew you couldn't have. I guess that is all that you care about. Something that you can't have." Shikamaru stepped past Akamaru and he opened the door. He didn't even blink at the light that met him there. Shikamaru left and slammed the door behind him before pounding down the stairs. He picked up his shoes and ran out the door. To where, he didn't know. But he just had to get away from that house. How stupid can a guy get? Well, I guess I'm stupid enough to get used. Shikamaru ran into a group of trees and he rubbed every part of him nice and good with very strong smelling alpine before wandering deeper and farther away from the world.

Kiba blinked and stared at Akamaru who barked at him. "What the hell do you know?! Shut up, ok! I don't need to take love advice from a stupid mutt!" Akamaru whimpered adn glared at Kiba who stormed out of his own room. He ran down the stairs and put on his shoes. He ran out of the house and to a training area far away from his house, on the other side of the village. He was glad to see no one was there when he got there. He started to train right away.

Haku gave Zabuza a bit of a weary look that meant he didnt want to go back to sleep, but his body was going to force him, this time. He leaned forward and gave Zabuza a kiss on the cheek before returning to where he was before and curling up again. Sleep came faster this time, as Zabuza had stayed in the tent.. His Zabuza. "Night, Zabuza..." He murmered quietly before entering dreamland.

KajiKyuubi Zayroen "shut up Dobe"Sasuke replied as he pulled his head back for another kiss, this one not so rough as he threaded his fingers through unruly blonde locks Naruto kissed him back. He closed his eyes and moved his arms so they were now around Sasuke's neck. He can't go after he's kissed me, right? I won't let him go this time!

Naruto pulled away. "I'm not leting you leave this time." He growled. "Come on." He pulled Sasuke away from the tree and started towards the village. "I'm sure that if I talk to Granny she'll let you stay with out anything happening to you."

Shikamaru walked deeper into the forest. As he moved on, fatigue began to over come him. His senses dulled and he felt weak. But, despite it all, he continued to walk onward. He wanted to get as far away from Konoha as he could in one night. Shikamaru's feet started bleeding and he didn't bother putting his shoes back on. He walked and he walked until, finally, he collapsed not too far away from where Gaara, Deidara, Zabuza and Haku were camping. He felt like all the energy had been drained from him completely and he had no idea where he was. Shikamaru's lids slowly closed, but, he did not sleep. He stayed conscious, unable to let the peace of sleep take him.

Kiba hit the dummy and landed roughtly on the ground. He winced but quickly got back up and went back to his training.

Akamaru and left not too long after Kiba had, but instead of going after his human he was following the smell of Shikamaru. He had some trouble finding him but when he did he whined and whimpered, nudging the boy with his nose.

"Not really. Granny is really nice. Most of the time. And Kakashi wil have talked to her by now. I'm sure if I just ask her she'll let you stay. But she'll say you have to stay with me or someone else. I hope you don't mind that." Naruto looked back at Sasuke with one of his huge grins.

Naruto blushed lightly. "Why don't we go to my place for the rest of the night? WE wouldn't be able to get into the Hokage's office this late. So, want to go to my place?"

It took what felt like all of his strength just to lift his eyelids. Shikamaru looked at the dog, but, didn't move. He didn't even feel strong enough to open his mouth to say anything. He just looked at Akamaru for a couple of seconds then he let his eyelids fall closed again. He'll probably try to drag me back or something. Oh, please don't.
