Devon looked at her and giggled. "I like oranges." He said in a sweet voice with a grin. he looked at her then smiled again. "What do you mean?" He tilted his head to the side in wonder on what she ment. Devon saw the sun coming back out and was wondering why the weather kept changing so much. Devon looked back at Natalie as she pulled her hand through her hair and smiled once again. Man was he smiling alot today.

Natalie turned to him wondering if he really didn't get it or if he just wanted her to say it. "You'll find out in due time," she said snapping her fingers and making the infernal dissapear. She summoned a few more imps to keep them company, it was a compulsive habit of hers. She grabed one of the imps and set it down on her lap. "Dance," she told it holding her hand up in the postion to snap her fingers. A paniced look came upon the imp as it quickly broke into dance. "Do you like metal by any chance?" She asked Devon though she never took her eyes off the imp.

Devon looked at the imps and grinned. "Metal...well I don't really know." He was getting confused on her questions right now but was not bored anymore so he just sat there watching the imps. Devon sat up straight then looked at the sun.

"You don't know?" she asked playfully. "How do you not know what kinda of music you like?" Natalie sat up, paying no heed to the imp clinging to her robe for dear life. "You don't know much do you?" she asked playfully. "Muscians, all about the music and the drugs, they never learn anything it seems," She let out a deep sigh and let the imps desummon themselves. She was now becoming the bored one having to be the life raft keeping this conversation alive.

Devon blinked then looked at her. "Oh I like all music." He smiled then put one hand at the back of his head in embaressmant. "Oh I like all music."[i]"I DO NOT TO DRUGS!!!"[i/] He looked at her then looked at the sky wondering about this conersation thy were having.

Natalie look at him through slitted eyelids. She sighed and stood up brushing the grass from her robe. "Well nice talking to you not with you." She walked off twords a near by bench to sit down. "Jeeze what a dull guy. Sure he's cute but can't hold a conversation for the life of him," she thought to herself. She sighed as she walked and summoned another imp, this one bigger, up to her knee, to talk too.

Devon watched as she walked away then closed his eyes again in boredom. He wondered why he was so clueless about things. I'm always so clueless around girls. He thought to himself. Devon just sat there sliding down the tree into a laying down position with his eyes still closed.

Natalie pretened to talk to the imp though all she was doing was explaining how she felt. She glanced once at Devon to see he was falling asleep underneath the tree. She cocked her head to the side and then turned back to the imp whispering somthing in it's ear. The imp jumped off the bench and hopped a few extra feet before shooting a felfire ball at the tree right next to Devon's head. "Wake up dumbass!" she yelled across the courtyard, he attitude now bordering anger.

Devon looked up at her. "I'M NOT SLEEPING!" He yelled back at her in anger. he got up then walked off towards the school going to find somewhere he could rest in peace. He gave her a glare while passing by then sighed as he continued walking towards the school. His hair bouncing up and down as he walked with his wings flapping.
Devon got up to the school and just leaned again the door beofre looking back to see Natalie still sitting on the same bench. He opened the door slighly not closing it then stepped in.

Natalie sighed and called the imp back to the bench. "He's supossed to follow me to see why I left but instead he walks away. I guess he really doesn't like me," she said to her self pulling her knees in closer to her body. The imp looked at her in confusion before desummoning itself. "Not even a demon wants to talk to me," she said into her knees, wanting to cry badly but not being able to. The torment of not being able to show emotion well kept on building in Natalie, sooner or later it would find away out. "I never make good choices, she thought to her self. "Even with Creig. Why did he want to join me in undeath so badly? And why did I listen to him?" Natalie kept beating herself up while she sat on the bench.

Devon looked out the door from the crack then sighed leaning on the door watching her from far away. Why didn't he just ask her what was wrong. Devon had no clue what to say or do when around girls. the only girl he had ever been able to talk to was Hallie and his mom. He continued watching Natalie and his healing powers felt her pain even from so far away. His healing powers made him feel other pain and feel emotion. He just stood there wondering what he might have just done.

Natalie looked up from her knees and saw Devon just looking at her. Her eye sockets grew wide and she dug her fingers into the palms of her hands. She stood up on the bench and looked at him and screamed, "Do you enjoy making fun of people that actually care about you!?" She fell to her knees as her hair began to float upwards and the land around her sparked with dark energy. She curled into a ball and an orb of pure darkness surounded her.

Devon looked at her then suddenly fell to the ground at her words. He was hurt that she would say something like that. For once in his life tears flew his eyes and he was actully starting to cry. He looked back at her now in a orby thing then sighed wipping his eyes but still very sad.

Natalie floated in an endless world of darkness as she was in the orb. The sorrows of her life replaying infront of her, the eye in her left hand was shaking from the memories. She arched her back as she laid in the sea of darkness. "There's no one here for me," she though to herself as she pulled the dagger from her robe. She looked at the garnet in the hilt as she firmly grabed it and turned it on herself. She plunged the dagger into her abdomen and fell onto the grass of the real world. She felt dull twangs of pain but did not feel deaths embrace. Again and again she stabed her self the only thing telling her she was doing damage was the sickly green ozze that passed as her blood.

Devon looked at her for a second then ran over to her still with a few tears in his eyes. "What are you doing?" He asked in a agrey protective voice. He kneeled down beside her and sighed. "Please don't do this. It's not worth it." He wipped a tear that was rolling down his cheek then looked her in the place where her eyes would be. He half smiled then looked at her body. "I don't want you to be hurt even if you can't feel it." He looked at her then a tear fell on to her and a spot where she had stabbed her self healed, it glew a skin tan colour for a second then went to her normal blueish skin tone.
