She spoke lowly before sheathing her sword, and eyeing the bar only a few metres away Yes, there my have been more people there, but it was likely they were all drunk anyway.

Though that was entirelly true that no one could understand him, any bypasser could understand her... Stepping into the bar, she pussed the swinging double doors aside and planted herself down onto a bar stool, infront of the counter where the bar tender was serving, awaiting the arrival of Shadow.

"Explain..." She spoke slowly, in a low tone. "Give me one translation for this... Karogaroko Harelosemo..." She whispered, leaning down onto the counter a bit as the bartender had approached her. Looking up from under her hood, she flashed the male a smile and asked; "Straight Gin, please." The head of the council gave a nod before turning back to Shadow, awaiting a reply.

"Kiric." Shadow said, and the sound of the shadow's voice quieted the entire pub. His voice sounded like a thousand tortured souls all screaming at once. The bardender nodded and hurried off, and the room eventually grew loud again. "The angels call it the "gift"." came Shadow's silent reply.

Closing her eyes, Raine listened to the creatures hoarse voice that seemed to have silence everyone. "What sort of.. "gift"" She said slowly in alow tone. "What does th--" Raine paused as the bar tender came back with a quivering hand. Reaching her gloved hand out to take the drink from his fingertips, she waited until he skittered away before she completeed her sentence. "...What does it... do.."

"Many things." Shadow "said" as the bartender fearfully put Shadow's drink down. "But mostly it's effects are unknown since only certain people can use it. Someone may have one, for example, but not be able to use it and it'll lay dormant untill they pass it on to another."

I do not understand.." She said, pulling her drink into her palm, lifting it up to her lips, not before she removed the large, heavy hood from her head, revealling a completely different apperance. "Care to elaberate?"

Shadow held up his own drink and showed it to her. "It's kind of like this drink." he said, swirling the drink slightly. The drink looked like darkness made into a liquid form, so that nothing could be seen through it. "You don't know what this drink is made of, how it was made, what gives it it's kick, etc. Some people can stomach it," he said, taking a drink to prove his point, "and some can't. And those who know how to make it never tell for fear that someone else will steal their recipe. Get it?" he asked, taking another sip.

Kristen looked around disbelievingly when the shadow and the girl had left. She shifter her weight to her other foot and pointed to the spot where the shadow had been, "Was he, speaking?" Kristen shook her head, "Wow, I really need something to drink," Kristen walked into the bar that the shadow and the other person had gone into.

No, she didn't not entirelly get it, but she just simply nodded. "Understood." She replied almost mechanically, lifting her own drink to hwe lips, taking a small sip. She did not intend on drinking it in the first place. Ruffling through her pockets, Shiero pulled a single gold coin followed by a silver one fir tips before standing up and heading towards the door, basically telling Shadow to follow if he wished.
This was another thing on her mind now... What was this.. item Shadow spoke of?

A gentle grunt passed her lips as she noticed the woman whom had approacher earlier... who the hell was she? "Just.. walk passed her..." Shiero stated simply. She had no time for simple riff-raff, she needed to find that woman whom threatened to kill Durithill and herself...
