Urari pushed some foliage out of the way and attempted his way through it. After a bit of struggle, he managed through. He looked up and noticed two cubs on a cliff. He couldn't see their faces. He walked a little closer, quietly, so not to disturb them.

Msuko kree'd loudly at Ciyari, muttering and nuzzling her injured wing with a beak. Then noticing she'd landed on the same branch as the big bird she'd heard earlier, Msuko warily watched the goshawk, hoping it wouldn't try to eat her as well. Being almost eaten twice in the same number of days was hard on her little bird heart. She would have followed the little cub who'd tried to eat her, and peck at her more, but her wing was aching sorely.
"Little one is a little savage," Msuko muttered. "Is she really even a princess? I thought they were nice."

fedha looked to his hoofs. his grey eyes full of boredom. he sighed heavily with his ears flat. "mom....is my punishment over" his mother looked to him, with large black eyes. "no. son, you put yourself in danger, and now, you must face the concequences. i'm sorry, but the punishment, might last longer." she looked fowards and then followed her husband, who had been gone for a while. he looked to his son then smiled.

Ciyari glances up the cliff, wondering, idly, if there's a way up to the top from the Star caverns. The only way she can get there is through exploring - and it's best to do that at nighttime, or she might get lost. Besides, she doesn't want anyone here to find out her secret entrance, particularly the birds. They'd probably use it for a nesting site, or whatever birds do. Shoulders hunched forwards, she briefly glances back as she hears Hodari coming up behind her. Her posture immediately becomes defensive; but the tension seeps out of her body at his words.
"Oh. Well, yeah." She pauses, black tail-tuft swishing. She gathers herself together, her 'royal' air back. "That'd be fine," She says, graciously nodding to him. She doesn't notice the ebony cub in the brush, nor the black-and-white one nearby, either. The birds are very much ignored. Bloody birds. She'll catch them when she's older and has some more - okay, well, any finesse on the hunt.

::Hodari moved a little closer, sitting down next to Ciyari quietly, glancing about.:: "How.. long will one meal get me? I mean.. How long can I stay if I get one meal...?" ::What a patetic question.. bah.. But.. He didn't want to leave! He liked it here.. and after seeing that other place... with all the bones.. He really didn't want to go anywhere outside of this land...::His tail curled up around him, eyes closing as he bowed his head a little, trying to ignore the pain his stomach was dealing him.::

The young cub watched the others with interest from her shaded spot beneath the tree limb. The dark eyes following the grey lion intensely before noticing the other. Her short, but pointed claws dug at the earth as she freed her last limb from the painful twigs. Her body fell forward a bit as she regained her balance and looked around, now rather out and in the open.

Urari inched even closer now, hoping to get a look at the two cubs. When he was close enough, he paused. He tuned and looked at the view the cliff had provided. "Magnificent" he whispered. He looked towards the two cubs and smiled..hope they would share the view with him.
He noticed the silver female looked distraught is some way. He wondered what was troubling her. "I wonder if it's anything like what has been troubling me lately" he said thinking about his outbursts, "they've became so much more frequent and more intense every time". He sighed.

Kel-chan Laio blinked as she continued walking, her white ringed tail flicking idly along the ground. "They enslave other species?" She wrinkled her velvet nose distastefully. "That is low, even for pride-cats. You sound as if you have but recently first-hand knowledge... it seems my brush with pride-cats was a lot moreprofitable than yours, friend Kimbio." "I've lived in the desert all of my life," he explained, shrugging. "Which admittedly, was not very long. But I've only just managed to leave... I was lucky enough to evade the Firekin, though I heard of them often, and saw them occasionally." He chuckled softly, flashing her a grin. "We can only hope most pride-cats are like yours, Laio."

Hearing the quiet voice behind her she turned quickly, tripping a bit in the process and stumbling over her own tail. Her eyes fell upon the black and white lion she'd seen from the shadows and she backed away, now being noticed, and feeling foolish for tripping. Layla resisted the urge to scramble, but instead kept her pride and moved slowly toward the trunk of a large tree.
From the other side of the branch, the leopard sat perfectly still, her eyes fixed on the tiny cub, and a hint of a smile dancing across her features. She'd have to teach the little one grace and poise.

(They're at the bottom of the cliff next to a waterfall, just so you know, choucho. smile )
Feeling suddenly on solid ground again - she knows how to act quite well - Ciyari's ears p***k, her good nature back once more. "Probably a couple weeks," She says conversationally. "Unless you wanna join the pride an' become a hunter - we go on hunts, and all, but then you can stay in the lands forever, if you want." She's curious as to why he bows his head, allmost as if he were in pain, but thinks it best not to ask. It might be emotional pain, and she knows very well how that is.
Her gaze is snagged by a tiny black form walking out of the brush, and the light gray cub glares sharply towards Layla, tail forming a question-mark of sorts. She didn't smell her! Where'd that one come from, anyways? Come to think of it, where did Hodari come from?

"You'd.. let me join the pride?" ::Hodari opened his eyes half lidded, then full, looking at the silver colored Ciyari. He forced a smile and nodded once.:: "I'd..... I'd really like to stay here." ::He nodded once more, glancing over his shoulder at Layla, tail swishing to wrap about his sitting form on the other side..::

*Up on the high tree's of the waterfall their is a darker shrowd in the shadows. Growling slight the Creature shuffles around in the tree's as if heading down the very cliffs of the cataract. Slowly it perches in the tree at the very bottom of the falls. Being close to where the water falling touches it below. A faint myst soaking the fur of him*

The cub planted herself firmly against the trunk of the tree, the numberous eyes upon her frightening her greatly. Now with nowhere to go though, she sat perfectly still, the jet black tail laid against the trunk and her posture straight despite her shaking limbs.
Montsho continued to observe the situation, taking note of the different actions that would have to be trained out of her. This feeling of fear would deffinantly need some reworking.

Msuko busied herself with hopping up and down the branch, since that was all she could do at the moment to exert that amazing energy of hers. And her wing still hurt! Stupid furball. Seeing an odd shadow in the tree she was currently inhabiting, she gave a soft "Kree," and peered down to the next branch.
"Kree, are you going to eat me too?" Msuko took a closer look, and gave a loud squack. "Oh great, another furball!" She meant of course, the leopard in the branches.
