Sera...so far, judging from the trailers. On a side note: Why does squenix keep naming people after weather phenomenon like Cloud, Squall, Lightning, and Snow. Now, two in one game? Running out of naming ideas squenix?

Elixir...if your party is in enough trouble to have to use a mega phoenix, you probably need to level up more.
