Aurora paced around and then walked past Voila to the far middle of the hall and readied herself. A ridge of fur was already starting to rise up along her back. She breathed in and out slowly to calm her nerves.

"Well, I still can't walk, but I have my fireballs." Enid said, sitting still... warily on the couch. she then looked at the others and asked, "Will someone please wake my brother up? "

Isaran, from where he was, gave Glaived a gentle electric shock. It wasn't enough to harm, just about as much as if one had paced the carpet with socks and touched a doorknob, but it should be enough to wake him. ""Viola," he said, "it wouldn't be wise to directly freeze the creatures. Trust me, ferals are cannibals--Once one dies or is badly enough injured, it'll slow the others down with the temptation fresh meat that they can have; but if it's frozen that won't happen. Instead, freeze some of the vapor in the air into sharp, small crystals and throw them like darts at the ones behind from near the roof if you can...Enid, it wouldn't do to burn down the house either, so try and throw fire to the outside, not the inside, preferablly in smaller packages so you don't use energy you really need for healing...
Azriel, if we start at the front they'll have to take longer to force us back, and they'll still be stuck with a choke point...so, one more moment, and we begin."
There was a moment or so of relative silence, and then Isaran used the door's metal to open it with his magic. One of the creatures immediately came inside, and Raerin pounced on its leg. He bit off a good bit of the muscle, knocking the creature over, and against instinctive temptation spit the chewed muscle out on its face. Another one was in just as quickly, crushing the first one's head with its foot.

Jade gave a tired yawn as she sleepily opened her eyes having heard some sort of noise. "Azriel?" she said rubbing her eyes.
She looked around the room not seeing him there any more. She layed back down curling up in the blankets falling asleep again though worn out still from the days events.

Azriel nods, He takes his position in the front, Having only close combat at his disposal. He leaps at the second one, kicking off the wall he latches on to his back, taking a large chunk out of its neck, He to spits the meat out as the creature falls, and he quickly leaps back to his position.

Another appeared almost as quickly as the second was out; this one had slightly more trouble because of the first two being right on top of each other. Raerin barked and it flinched, and he swiped its leg with a foreclaw, which caused it to topple backwards and into the next would-be entrant. Neither was dead, both were getting up faster than another could come and trample, but there was a brief moment in which the area above them was clear...
Isaran had been waiting for an opportunity like this. He threw the shotgun from his hand, magnetizing parts of the air surrounding it to levitate it, and sent it outside. He caused the trigger to be pulled while it aimed in random directions all six of the shots, killing one and injuring five more of the ferals nearby outside. Then he drew it back in, knocking one of the two who were getting up in the head (making it unconscious) in the process.
He holstered the gun, it wouldn't be of any use again until he'd had time to reload it.
((Those who have projectiles (such as Viola, Enid, possibly Aurora) could perhaps have also done something while the two ferals were down.))

Aurora stayed in her position as the first two ferals came in. She saw the shot gun fly over he head and at the same time rushed forward as the two were getting back up. She jumped to the side as one of then was knock out by the gun coming back. At the same time she barked at the other. Now wind came out so she ducked a swipe just barely. Utilizing the breeze from the attack, she barked again and a jet of wind knocked the lion off balance. She leaped forward sinking her jaws into the shoulder and then quickly ripping as she pulled back to avoid another strike. She spat out the flesh and gave a loud deep bark. An audible jet of wind shot straight for the lion knocking its head backwards into the wall with a crack. The lion didn’t stir again so she jumped back to see if she could knock out any more.

Enid blasted all the ferals that tried to attack her with her fireballs.
Glaived had attacked two others and was looking at Enid worriedly; her leg was still not yet recovered. Just then, a strange feral with red eyes yelled, " Enid die!" it was two words and... it shocked Enid terribly. she did not know this feral at all... and how did that feral know her name?
Glaived did not want to kill any ferals. He wanted to try and make them see... or remember that they were sentient, thinking... rational beings before this crap even happened. But that strange feral, was insane. bloodlust was in it's eyes and it was muttering enid's name like a wierd mantra. it did not seem fully feral, but... it was insane.Glaived closed his eyes tightly and made a decision. he fired a fireball at the strange feral with red eyes and killed it.
more howls and yowls could be heard outside... this was getting... very... very.... bad.

((Please don't take ANY of this personally, I just want things to make sense:
Ferals are too much like animals for some of that to make sense. If the house is surrounded by Lion ferals, there won't be any wolves because the lions would tear them apart, and especially not bulls because they're herbivores and lions are predators...I think you get the point.
Also, they're only fighting at a single spot, the hallway, which is fairly thin, and Enid's brother would have to jump over or shove through everyone else to get to the front line...))

Jade blinked as the sound of everything going on in the hallway woke her up again. She sleepily stood up and walked over to the door. She woke up a bit hearing the sound of the fighting reach her ears and she starred at the door a bit hesitant to open it. Curiosity got the best of her though and she opened the door eyes widening in terror at the sight of all the fighting before her. "W-What's happening?"

Azriel looks back at Jade and calls out "Jade get back into that room I will come get you when its safe." He slams the door shut as hard as he can on the head of another feral stunning it long enough for him to push it out and close the door again, that would give them a moment to breath atleast.

Raerin was somehow surrounded by three or four of them. He managed to dodge back and forth continually, causing these four annoyance but otherwise not affecting them.
Isaran growled (a human sort of growl) and moved his hands in an extremely complex and rapid order. Then he moved them both like he was pushing something forward, and a huge mass of electricity shot in that direction from his body, frying all of the creatures in the hallway and a few outside, and not so much as touching the non-ferals here.
He panted, spent, and sat down in a nearby chair. He probably looked older now than he ever had before.

Voila aimed at the closest ferals. She did what Isaran had said and made ice crystals from in the air. She flicked her wrists and the shards flew at the two of the ferals. It pierced their hearts. She jumped as electricity surrounded and destroyed the ferals. She calmed when she noticed it wasn't affecting her. She glanced at Isaran who looked worn out. Of course he would be tired after that magic.

Glaived leapt over a feral as he headed for a room. Enid was tired but she kept blasting her fireballs at the ferals. Glaived put ENid in a room and told her to open the door only when he said it was safe. ENid nods and closes the door, hoping that her brother would be safe. "Viola! Glaived! Jade.... everyone be careful!" She yelled, hoping that her yells would encourage everyone to not give up, despute the craziness that was happening.
