Logan closed his eyes tightly, feeling the kitsune prince's body against his own with that unspoken promise that had always assured him that any time they were seperated would be only temporary, that there would always be a next time. And now they had even stronger bonds, their twin sons. "I'll try to make you happy, Inarian," he whispered. I love you. Forgive me, I love you and I think I always have, but now it's so strong I can't breathe when I think of you. He opened his eyes slowly, afraid of Caine's response. He hadn't used mindspeak since he'd admitted to himself he might actually be a victim of love for fear that Caine would push him away.

Tempest nodded. "That's better." He grabbed Daemon's hair, tilting his head back to look down into his face, smiling at the panther demon's pained expression. "Now you're starting to satisfy me."

((*takes his foot out of his mouth*))

Caine's golden-yellow orbs glimmered silently with that sudden spark of emotional bliss, before allowing the salty tears to plummet down the side of his face, aimlessly whilst the red-tinged, pale fingers twisting into the soft fabric of Logan's dress shirt. Those words hit him right where they expected the mark would land, as he sobbed joyously abit childishly knowing that only the weakest of the clans would have ever bawled like this, but who wouldn't give to have the low rank to sob their hearts out in pain or happiness? I love you, Logan. I love you, I love you...so much. Caine's left hand tenderly stroked the rightside of the mermaid's cheek, his ethereal liquid-gold gaze welding with the oceanic eyes that seemed to bore into him like fire as the Prince pressed his soft, bruised lips against Logan's in an urgent, chaste kiss.

((gah, I'm sorry guys.. it's 2 am here and I know it's later tahn that for a lot of you, but I've also hiked all over old town san diego and the harbor district, covered three decks of an aircraft carrier, plus a russian sub, the hms surprise (the one from master and commmander), the berkley (a haunted ferry, Kyl, creepy), and the Star of India, where I actually ran into the little boy ghost that haunts that ship, too.. so I'm really slow and pretty braindead..))

((thanks, you guys are so nice.. and yeah, haunted ferry.. one of the former captains died in his cabin one night, but fortunately he only goes after women, so we were safe.. female volunteers on the ferry aren't allowed to stay overnight, though, because he pinches them and yanks the blankets off them.. and yeah, I really do need to go to bed.. ::hugs:: ninight!))
