I remember when i used to be the only Tenor Sax in the band then it ended at four LOL
It's wierd being in a huge sax section having a bigger sound.

We had three bari's, and now we only have one. Which is a good thing, I suppose, since they couldn't tune worth anything. I just gave up and played C sharp and made everyone mad.

Same here, me and my fellow tenor friend have off-pitched C-sharps and we tune to them to make others cringe, muahahaha xd

I was the only tenor for a while, back when we had jazz 2... that was scary and bad. >> But now we've merged with jazz 1, and I'm one of two second tenors... much easier on me. Haha. ^^;; There's three tenors total in our school, two in my class, one in the other. Plus there's a girl who doubles on tenor for jazz (the other second).

I play Alto and Barry next year, but my director tends to stay away from Tenor... I don't know why.
