Mari just sighed and let him hold her. She closed her eyes and just relaxed in his arms. "I love you too."

Mari opened her eyes a bit and the smile remained on her face. "You're always sniffing my hair."

She let out a small giggle and just let him hold her. "I'm surprised you didn't forget it after all you went through. That was why you stopped your attack on me when you first came back."

Mari turned towards him and wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling him close so she could hold him. "Does my scent change when I'm in my demon form or does it stay pretty much the same?"

Mari continued to hold him and took off his hat. She layed it on the ground beside them and started to run her fingers through his hair and rub his face.
