Cye just merely shrugged, folding his arms as he watched Kento's face. He wondered how the other guys were going to take it when they found out as they all heard a voice from outside, followed by a shutting of a car door.

Kento merely grinned," ALRIGHT! YOu guys have to meet her! She's cool!"

Cye raised an eyebrow, laughing, as Kento rushed out, "He's only saying that cause she cooks for him as I do...I think that's about it."

Standing the rest of the way, he walked to the door, eager in his own way to see the young woman that was supposed to be comming by, he could just imagine the questions.

Lena glanced at the door, biting her lip as she heard a familar buzzing in her mind. lifting her eyes, she grinned, spotting the aura of a familar spirit speeding her way. Gesturing to Hihoshi, she pointed out the little fire spirit, "Inigashi! He's here!"

Smiling, she shook her head as the little spirit landed up beside her, Hey Lena, didja miss me?

Lena fought the urge to laugh, "Definately."

Can't blame you, with how bad Zephyr is....

Lena smiled with a nod as Inigashi turned to Hihoshi, He's with the lady right now, isn't he?

Lena rolled her eyes at the mention of it as Hihoshi nodded, Yea. The wasp went to bug her, I'm here to fill in his place for the time being.

Awesome! The little spirit replied, sending Lena to a silent laughter. This one was way to enthusiastic about it. Can't say that she blamed them, "Alright you two, I have to head in now...Inigashi? How far are the others?"

The little thing replied, Not far, about anoter half hour or so. I sped up to meet you all!

Lena just smiled, charmed as she nodded, "Thanks. NOw then... Ithink it's time to-"

SHe was interrupted as she heard a whine of excitement from her large dog. Turning, she nearly laughed as she heard the cries of amazement from in the house. SHe knew who that was. Stepping forward, she readied herself for the first of many attacks she was about to pull.

Kento appeared from the door way, grinning like a madman, "Hiya Lena!"

Darting down the steps, he looked at her, "Anything to eat yet? You haev to help cook! How was your trip? Did the performance go well? How'd you find us? And hey! Anything to eat?"

Lena's eyes crossed, taking in the questions she hadn't expected to have to answer.

If Inigashi is excitable...he takes the cake.... Lena tended to agree with Hihoshi as Inigashi took offense for some reason, starting to argue silently with HIhoshi. Raising an eyebrow, she snapped and did theo ne thing she could think of, "TACKLE!!!"

Lena laughed, tackling Kento into a full force glomp, both of them falling to the ground. Despite whatever happened, Kento was still just Kento.

"Oh?"

She helped him lean against the tree so he wouldnt fall back down- unintentionally giving him a nice look down her shirt at the rest of that chain and what dangled from it.... something else silver, not that he could really make it out I mean....

She edged around the tree, continuing the conversation.

"Call me Asako."

"Um... thanks..." *he tries to hide his embarrassment but is not completly successful.*
"Um... that's a very nice chain...Where did you get it?"

There was a pause, before he heard her moving again. Apparently, the necklace was a sensitive subject.

".....this is an interesting blade."

what she had found was a Kwan Dao with a Long red handle about 4 feet in length the blade an aditional 2 feet for approximately 6 feet of weapon. When she picks it up it weighs about 40 pounds- though as she reappears around the tree, she is handling it with surprising ease.

"You don;t often see Kwan Daos these days. You might want to use it as a walking stick."

Heh... I found it a facinating weapon from the first time I laid eyes on it... I've made a few modifications to it .... and as far as using it as a walking stick... wouldn't your friends be a little put off to have someone strange walking in with a weapon like this?... I might turn on them.... or you at any moment....
*tries to walk to her only to stumble and falls face first into her chest*

"Right. Like you're any real threat to us in your condition right now."

She started to help him upright again.

"Won;t you be missed if you don;t report in eventually? We don;t need the government after us for real. We have enough problems."

"Actually in my position....as per my briefing... if I don't report in within two more days they'll just consider me dead and will disavow any knowledge of my working for them... I guess we will see how things go... *he looks downwards*..... I'm the one who's in trouble really... if I do go back to even civilian life now... the gov't will try to.... silence me.... in a very definate sense.

"CIA black ops, then. It's been twelve years, but I remember how paranoidal they got. I can;t convince you to report back saying we're no threat to the standing government, could I?"

She remained his crutch, juggling the Kwan Dao one-handed, the other arm wrapped around Lance's waist, holding him against her so he could take most of his weight off his injured leg and ankle.

*he sighs heavily* Even if I could answer yes... I'm not sure I'll make it back to the rendevoux place in time and at close enough to 100% to convince them... tis why I said we will have to see how things go....

"Your ability to make it there in good health is not the concern. There are ways to get you wherever it is fast enough, and other ways to get you well fast enough. You;re going to have to prove to us *you* aren;t the possible threat. Crazy as it sounds, we tend to protect ordinary people like you and the government from things that would love to conquer the world. I doubt you would believe me if I told you what we are capable of."

She stopped, easing him onto a stump, as she stuck his Kwan Dao into the ground like an overlarge walking stick.

"For that matter, why should I take you back to the others? How do I know you *aren;t* allied with the ones we fight?"

*he sighs heavily*"What proof would you have me give? I have no identification as to working with the government... they don't acknowledge me publicly.... I don't know who you fight... but I have no ambition to rule or take ANYthing over. I got into this profession because of my father... He worked for the CIA for many years... It was always my dream to follow in his footsteps and help protect the country and it's citizens.... Other than telling you that... I have no proof.... if you doubt me... *he bows his head and crosses his wrists behind his back*... then kill me now.... I have no desire to continue on right now.... I will in all probibility have no home to go back to... I'm destined to be a wanderer for the rest of my life.... I'd probably be better off dead then living off the street... I don't want to be a drain on anybody..

**sigh**

"Well, we seem to collect our share of strays, so long as you're not one of the ones after us, I have no problem with you. "

a sudden breeze swirled around her, blowing her hair back, briefly revealing her slightly pointed ears again before she tamed it.

"I guess we can see how well the others react. Im not exactly on the boy's list of favorites at the moment only because the Japanese government essentially forced us overseas for some peace."

She picked up the Kwan Dao again, and offered again to be a walking stick for Lance.

"Let's head inside, yor ankle and knee both will need ice and soon, if not better treatment, or they will tae a l,ot longer to heal."

*he pauses as he accepts the kwan dao.* One moment there's something I can do that might make me seem less of a threat... I did tell you about the modifications that I made... *He points the blade away from Asako and presses an ornate jewel on the handle and the blade flies off in a straight line almost as if a bolt shot from a crossbow... It hits a nearby tree and sinks about halfway into the wood. He then gives another part of the handle a twist and the thin line that connected the blade to the shaft came out with a soft popping sound.... He placed the pointed end of the staff in the ground and braced himself on it..* "There now I'm less of a threat... Do you think the blade will be okay there? Or should we take it with us?"

Lena crossed her eyes, ignoring the spirit as she pulled herself up from the ground and Kento, chuckling slightly. Kento thumped the girl on the back as she stood up, helping him to do so as well.

"Hey you!" She smiled, "Miss me much?" She hugged him, then stepped back as she glanced around, Arrow by her side once more.

"Of course!" Kento grinned as Lena just shook her head.

"Where is everyone else? I mean, Cye...Rowen, Sage..Ryo? SO and so forth? They are here as well, right?" Lena asked curiously as Kento feignned hurt, "What? I'm not good enough?"

Lena was cheeky as ever, "Nope!"

Kento just laughed, shaking his head, " I don't know where the guys are, and there are alot of people you have to meet. I think Cye is-"

"Right here. Hey Lena-chan!" Lena looked up to see Cye. Smiling, she went over and hugged another of her brothers, "I missed you guys!"

Stepping back, she laughed a bit with a shrug looking up at Cye, "Do you know where the others are?"

CYe just shrugged, glancing about, trying to figure it out, "I'm hoping they followed me out here...but..."

Meanwhile, Inigashi was trying to chase Zephyr down, ready to start a fight as they stopped at Lena's look. Inigashi glared at the hyperactive thing as she looked at Zephyr, "Zephyr, will you please go tell Hihoshi I said thank you, then come back?" She asked him in a lower voice, hoping he would listen, and praying the guys would ignore it.

"Finally.' Kanita thought with a grin as she stepped off of the plane and waited for her bike to show. 'Now....I have only been here since I was five. Wonder if I can find my way around.' Laughing lightly as she had gotten a hold of her bike. The young girl had started the bike off and speed off to find a place to stay.

Lena's eyes bugged out, feeling her hair swirl up and about, thogu no one elses did. The familar frustration return as her eyes changed to teh chestnut of irritation. Reaching up quickly, she missed her chance as she lost her hair tie to the wind, the hair ribbon having gotten undone, "Drat it all!"

She stomped a foot as Cye caught it, "Usual then?"

"Oh yea...he's more frustrating then usual...." Lena's voice was dry.

Cye smiled, "Come inside and see the others. There are a couple of people you should meet as well."

((As a side note, could someone else take over one of the two ronins I'm, using temporarily? I don't know all the characters here, and it makes it hard to run introductions. lol))

Korin watches the newcommer in silence.

Kaylyn smiles a bit, "So you knew, you knew all along. I tried a hundred times to tell you that you would be a father. But I never did."

Korin waives, "Greeting Lena. Welcome to the party."

Ryo walks in from upstairs, "Oh, heya Lena, long time no see!"
He glances at Korin, then at the other Ronins.
"You guys seen Dannin?" he says.

Korin shakes her head.

Ryo blushes a bit as Korin speaks.

"Dannin and Ryo are to be married," she says, "but neither really want the world to know. Seems you missed all the fun in town."

A voice comes from the stairs, "Yah well, that's something I'd rather not repeat."

Korin smirks, "Did you have a good cat nap Dannin-san?"

Dannin almost laughs, "Very funny Korin." She looks up, "Good to see you Lena, it's been a while."
