O.o all I really need is the cross straps over the shoulders and the wide belt with the Soldier Logo and I'd make one fine SOLDIER 1st Class XD The coat isn't really out of place either XD I like it, I like all of these, they look amazing.

Ok, comments:
Mathy looks awesome. Kick a** to the extreme. His whole appearance is streamlined and looks built for speed. The look on his face appears almost cocky. Can't tell if it's if to say "Bring it on." or, "Hi~" in some alluring tone. Great job.
James looks, totally uncomfortable, like he's biting his lip trying to think of a way out of his current predicament. Very fitting for him in and out of character.
"Hope Michelle doesn't find out you've been running around looking like that. All the girl's might be in danger just by looking at you." *chuckle*
Louis, I WISH I looked that good when I woke up. xD The look of shock and almost blank stare as he tries to figure out what's going on is very fitting. Not to get too detailed, but the build is perfect and matches the actual build I have in real life. Very accurate, if it was intentional, great job, if not, also great job.
Now, no one shoot me for this, but it's a habit I've gotten into now thanks to my new Creative Writing class which applies to all art types. My critiques.
Honestly, I can't find anything wrong with Mathy and James. Aside from maybe James' which was simply, "Why exactly is he pulling on his Jacket?" It looks like he's trying to loosen his collar, but when he isn't wearing an undershirt and the jacket is already fully open. I get the idea you're going for a fan-service-y style, so it's understandable, but I guess I'll just throw that in for your food for thought. xP
Next, you may have already seen this yourself and likely don't care, but Louis' legs, the leg on the left side(Louis' right) especially seem off. The left-side leg seems too large and comes into the hip at a strange angle. The right-side leg becomes too small by the lowest point. If this was a quick sketch, it makes perfect sense for the quick sweep of the pencil to make that arc like that, but otherwise it just makes that portion of the picture look odd.
I'm not expert on anatomy, but I believe if you have your arm over your head, the chest muscle will pull up on the outside and doesn't keep the relative square shape.
Last nit-pick, I promise. It seems like you left the undershirt on indicated by the turtleneck collar, but, it doesn't seem like there's any indication of the undershirt anywhere else. I know it's supposed to be skin-tight, so if that was your intention, just say so. But for future reference if you're aiming for one thing, stick with it all the way through and make sure you leave reminders that something is there so an observer like me have nothing to question.
EDIT: I just noticed the arm still has the undershirt sleeves, so that comment wasn't correct. I'm just blind apparently.

Thanks for the critic Rhiko! ^w^ since it's in pencil I can make the adjustments. I also just noticed I think one hand is bigger then the other on Louis's. As for the amr you could be right, I wa slooking at a picture of that and I wondering if I got the shape- I'll double check again.
As for James,
I'll be honest, I made that pose with James because frankly, I HATE drawing coats like that, so it's my own stab at it personally, also it's both fan-service, and I was thinking; 'if it was a sunny day- and he took off his undershirt, chances are since he's STILL wearing mostly BLACK, and his coat is obviously super heavy, it just wouldnt' be enough! He'd still be roasting!' So yah- he's pulling at it, as if conflicted about taking it off as well, but then he'd be completly topless! Which in lies his delema. He IS married.
