Yeah Its a good thing XD But oh yeah, he's a total tool a*****e in the anime. We could, and I guess in which case that exception isn't widely known among the gang? In which we'll have to give a reason to why they wouldn't want people knowing to much. But yeah, if we make it that way then buttmcgee probably did his homework and found out as well and just hasn't said anything. I want him to be able to at least hold up a lot rather than toss him to the dogs, cause it doesn't sound like just anyone could take over and it would be fine. Which is why Vincent disappearing was an issue to begin with. So all of what you explained is probably what he observed and found out that Jayce wasn't exactly human Also you didn't, but once buttface figures that out he's gonna make a point to figure out how to cause Jayce pain. Maybe they originally kept it a secret because they were trying to get in the human fire elementals good graces so they could move up the latter without too many questions, and when they got to the leader positions they decided to keep it hidden just in case it brought about outrage at having been lied to for so long by Vincent, who had claimed he wanted to bring their gang, (which had always been made up of human fire elementals up until now) back to greatness. Cause no matter how strong the leader is, a full scale rebellion could turn pretty ugly, especially if the people found out and decided to make a move while they weren't both there. One by themselves would be pretty vulnerable if an entire gang or even most of them decided to turn on you.
Though not sure that would be a great reason? You have another idea.
Also..I am starting to wonder if maybe we should make it that your character is actually a bit stronger than Jayce, cause suddenly I have a terrible idea for what might have actually happened to Vincent...>.> I say terrible because usually this wouldn't be something Jayle would do because it would be a risk to Jayce's stability, and therefore a risk to his own life since him existing entirely depends on Jayce being alive. But maybe Jayle was the one who made Vincent disappear? Like perhaps Jayle finally got tired of letting Vincent control him, and when he made the mistake of dropping his guard around him, thinking he was Jayce, maybe Jayle took that opportunity to take him out? Jayce would have no idea, because Jayce can't see what Jayle does.
We don't have to say he's dead, just in case Void magically decides to come back some day (she wont be the gang leader though obviously by that point) we can just say that Jayle thinks he's killed him. There is a possibility he's alive, and hiding out somewhere.

Well it could have been a mixture of both reasons. You never know exactly what might happen ya know?
Also I just realized in the lohrith description it says the human fire elementals are near immortal. So they probably have accelerated healing and such as well to some extent, and they probably physically age slower. Jayce just has slightly better healing, ages much slower, has higher speed and such. ect you know all the stuff I listed. XD The rest you'll see in his profile.
I have a lot of characters I really shouldn't like probably but I do. Izaya being one of those people. XD I seem to like the crazies/assholes. >.>
Also yeah, a fight may be more likely. That's more of Vincents style. Which is why a fight was all that could be done to get past Jayce's refusal to allow him to get to the boss position of the gang. (your character I mean) And Jayle would be in a s**t ton of trouble too >.> If he was the one who tried to kill him. Although honestly whatever happened, I doubt either of them would be forced to completely leave. By then, Jayce will probably be...ehem...attached to your character too much to allow him to be tossed aside no matter if it's Vincent doing it or not. XD Though that could lead to some weird situations. XD

Edit: oh right, about the stronger thing. I really don't mind it if he is, we'll just have to figure out exactly how he is, unless he isn't quite human either? (don't worry not going to get all upset if a character you have is stronger than one of mine. XD) It might keep him from meeting a similar fate as Vincent too if he is strong enough. XD

XD Though if this guy does end up being stronger , letting vincent take back leadership would be out of the question. Maybe that could be it? Yeah definitely. I find myself questioning my sanity sometimes before remembering I'm not exactly the most sane person to begin with. XD Fushimi is another character I love. lol
I could totally see that being a thing, and well that's fine with me. It would probably be a bad thing to seem like he lost anyways because any of those doubts the rest of the gang may have had would jump right back up and your character may be in a bit of trouble. XD Though he'd have Jayce there like a guard dog who would fight tooth and nail to protect the guy. XD Jayce is such a messed up person. Guy comes in takes over finds ways to torment and torture him (if you could call it that with Jayce >.>) and he protects him when people try to take him down. lol

That's the question isn't it? XD I know what Jayce is, because Void and I had created the race for the rp me and her were in/ are in together. Vincent was originally the same race but we changed him for this one. I decided to keep Jayce the same, though the race details are going to be slightly different.

Oh yeah, I just noticed that, pfft- but i'll defiantly read more up on Jayce once you finish him. Dude, I feel you on that. Like cheeky bastards got a tight hold on me. I guess at that point itll just be the two of them trying to on up each other. XD Though if this guy does end up being stronger , letting vincent take back leadership would be out of the question. Maybe that could be it? Like not only stronger, but not all that human as well, which could be part of his reasons for taking interest in the gang in the first place cause Jayce is there? XD Feel free to change the pictures for Lohrith btw since it's technically your city now, you can do what you want with it. XD
Yeah definitely. I find myself questioning my sanity sometimes before remembering I'm not exactly the most sane person to begin with. XD Fushimi is another character I love. lol
I could totally see that being a thing, and well that's fine with me. Not all details I wanted to add tonight will be there unfortunately. And his personality will have to wait till then as well after all.

But I'll have to explain that later. Right now my mind is too muddled for this. XD
