Kira Akatsuki Assassin Current Form _____________________________________________________ Kira would notice he stopped appearing around the arena, this made her look up for the last time she went up there for a rest this made her sigh "being able to fly should be illegal in this arena...flying is for cowards" she muttered to herself as she watched as she was preparing something, the first response she had was to fire at her but due to the form her weapons changed into swords, so when she pointed the katana at her she realized this and clicked her tongue "tsk" her next action was to prepare for the attack, which if she had to stay up there for a good amount of time, it meant it was going to be strong, so the best option was to avoid it, so this convinced the assassin to move around the ring aiming to throw off the aim of the girl by constantly moving around at a good high speed

Xuza dove at Kira like a hawk. The rapid movement did little to deter her laser-like focus, and she was quickly right on top of the assassin. Taking big swipes with her rapier which left a heat trail behind them, the winged one continued her assault mercilessly. For a moment it looked as though the match might take a seriously reversal.
...But that wasn't going to happen. Xuza's wings could no longer carry her, and she was dropped on her feet at her break-neck speed causing her to stumble. This was it: the opening Kira'd been looking for. It was time to put this to rest.
im basing it off of the image the image has katanas and i posted when she blocked her cutlass the gunblade took the form of a katana lol but yea even Kira forgot she didnt have guns for that moment as she pointed the sword like she was gonna shoot lol

_____________________________________________________ Kira would keep moving around using her speed to dodge wat she could, soon the girl would falter and stumble to the ground, a chance, perfect, she would do a full stop only to do a reversal using the momentum of the previous movement to apply to her legs to push off to go in the opposite direction. she would close in on the girl only to jump upward spinning attempting to Axe kick the girl in the back, normally she would just straight up go for the kill, but every time she was stopped by lord death as she was born to kill and not hold back, so she went for the painful injury to the back to stop her from getting up again in time to continue the fight, after her kick she would return to her normal form with silver hair and her katanas turning to their gunblades.

"Ack!" Xuza hit the ground, fading, her last sights in a slowed surreal vision of Kira jumping off toward the center of the ring. She thought she might have taken another swing on her way down, but that was unlikely. With a flat thud the winged one was grounded by the assassin's final blow; and lucky for it Kira had some restraint in performing a killing blow. There was still a witch to hunt (One...!). Xuza couldn't be defeated here! (two!) If she was, then who would be strong (three!), the unbeatable, fearless leader of the team (four!)? Surely this would be another obstacle in her way (five!); surely Paradox was even stronger than this (six!). If she wanted to have an shot against her she would need to beat Kira (seven!)... One day. The fact her weaknesses weren't covered was also a problem (eight!), for if Paradox decided to she would doubtless use those weaknesses to her advantage (nine!). ... And that's how it would have to be (TEN): another rung on the ladder.
Several moments passed as the medics would arrive and haul Xuza off to the tents to get all patched up (do I even have permission to do this?). The meister would wake up a few moments after that with a humming and plenty of information to consider in her head. If given the chance, she would like very much to know how she was beaten so easily.
the medics, yep happens all the time..though ur the first to ever do a count...system usually its over when they dont get up or give up lol, as for talking to them sure its allowed though remember she doesnt talk much outloud lol

Fooey slowly strode onto the field. He was as tall as a bus and including his long, whip-like tail he was almost as long. Despite this his gait seemed somewhat loose and un-intimidating. He was quietly humming a song to himself as he waited for his opponent, casually sweeping his tail back and forth across the ground. He waited patiently for his opponent to arrive, wondering what kind of challenge he could offer to them.

Xuza Uriel: "Angel of Death"
After her last loss in the arena Xuza was understandably apprehensive toward the idea of fighting again, but she knew there were certain things that would go to waist, sacrifices she'd inadvertently ordered herself; and for this reason the winged meister picked up her feet and stepped ever more quietly than the fearsome beast making itself quite at home there in the middle of the great stage.
Is that thing humming...? You gotta be kidding me! ... Maybe that's how it growls. I mean, just look at it! It's a submarine!
"Uh... This is right, isn't it?" She actually chose an opponent at random, so the surprise wasn't so surprising. Reluctantly but by habit Xuza picked a rapier out of thin air and flicked a couple times through the air with the splitting crack of a lizard's tail.

Fooey stopped humming as he heard Xuza speak. "Hm?" He asked as he looked over at her. "Ah, another student who randomly chose their opponent? I keep telling Lord Death that we need a "random" option on the board, but he keeps saying he doesn't want to have students facing Aris or Crystal unprepared." His voice was loud and booming, but somehow it didn't seem intimidating either almost as if there was a friendly tone to it.
[So I guess Xuza doesn't want all that inactivity from not training going to her "waist"? emotion_awesome]

Holy crap it talks! "Y-yeah, totally..." Xuza was noticeably thrown off by the creature's being able to speak, and so couldn't help but stammering and blinking a lot. "... Wait, what makes you think I choose at random?" Asked the winged one forgetting that Fooey may have heard her talking to herself just a moment ago.
"... Anyway," she said bringing her sword up to guard again, "I'm in the mood for some exercise (XP). You ready to get started?" Xuza was ready to make a move and dip through dimensions to dodge whatever this behemoth could throw her way. She also wasn't above making the first attempt with the same abilities.

Fooey tilted his head to the side when he heard Xuza ask why he thought she chose at random. "You seemed surprised to see me," he explained. "We have our pictures on the board. It's hard to miss unless you're not paying much attention at the time." He held up one big paw. "Not that I mind of course; sometimes the best way to keep yourself prepared is to get into a fight you're not expecting." Even when Xuza pulled her blade Fooey didn't get into a fighting stance, though what one would look like for him was unclear. He may not necessarily even have had one. "So, how do you want to do this?" He asked. "Would you like me to go all-out right away or escalate the fight based on your strength?"

"Uh... About that..." Xuza shifted her weight, obviously a bit embarrassed. "I didn't exactly sign myself up. This was my cousin's idea. She said I needed to come back often to keep sharp. I don't know," she said breaking off into a monologue, "do you really need to when you're a graduate?" She'd of course always referred to herself as such because of her age and the image she was trying to promote, but she never actually went through the last stages of her schooling at Shibusen. Nevertheless, Xuza was able to pull off the charade with no real trouble thanks to her experience and skill as a leader.
"I get an option? The last one didn't do that..." Muttered the winged one to herself as her sword met the ground with a flat "clink."
"Well, I guess I'd like a little time to warm up, if that's what you mean. Not gonna lie, you look terrifying... So, yeah." Xuza tightened the grip on her rapier as she tried to focus.
"Alright, I'm going first!" Xuza took a few walking steps and then graduated to a run, taking a lunge at the beast's anterior.

Fooey laughed when he heard Xuza. "Hm, well your cousin is right. It's always good to be prepared," he told her. "At least you weren't signed up as a prank. It's always awkward when that happens." He lowered his head as Xuza told him she was going first, like a bull ready to charge. As she lunged at him the beast suddenly launched itself to the side with surprising agility. He landed square on his paws and turned slightly, whipping his tail around to try and slice Xuza straight across the torso before she could come to a stop. The blade on his tail was razor-sharp, whistling through the air as it came towards her.

This is normally the place where the headcanon would be, but for the sake of our PG-13 rating--apparently taking aside all the gore--suffice to say there was a lot of internal, as well as some external, cursing being done by the winged meister. Out of surprise, of course, being that she didn't really have a reason to be angry at this creature straight off. That's just how she was. However, being the type to scramble on her feet rather than accept a fall, Xuza did what she could when she saw the counter coming. Shifting pressure to her front foot, Xuza jerked herself to a more centered stance--barely--and flipped her blade up, its tip pointing to the ground, in time to block Fooey's strike.
"Ugh boots!" Still, she was knocked off balance and in an awkward position. With a quick shuffle she would be ready for more, but by this time Infernus would have plenty of time for a follow-up attack.

Fooey turned to face Xuza as she recovered from her attempted attack though he didn't take the opening she had given him, instead choosing to wait for her to recover. "At the risk of sounding cliche, you would do well to control your anger," Fooey told her calmly, not offended at all by her cursing. "Anger is like fire: a little will keep you warm but a lot will consume you." He began circling her like a wolf circling its prey but he didn't attack, instead electing to wait for her to try again.
