Reaper walks into the museum with Archie and the rest and begins to explore the place, checking out random pieces throughout the museum.

Cody makes his way around the first floor slowly, admiring the exhibits. He never thought that aquatic history and shipmaking could be so interesting, but for whatever reason, it was, and he was having a good time. Axew poppoed out from under his hat and tapped the trainer on the forehead, surprising him. He had forgotten that the pokemon had been sleeping up there. It's not like he weighed much as is. The boy made his way up to the second floor eventually, continuing to admire the collection the museum had. It was smaller than he expected, but nicely put together, and it looked much bigger than it actually was. Eventually, he came to Archie and his team admiring the stone tablet and tried to get a peek at it himself to see what the excitement was all about.

Cody jumped as the lights went out, quickly stuffing Axew under his arm until he could grab the dragon's pokeball. He gave a small sigh of relief before grabbing a ball of his own from his belt. He made his way through the crowd of frightened people using the light from the emergency lights and the dim red light from the exit sign located right above the stairs.

Just as the boy was about to head down, a hooded figure stepped in front of him, and in a flash of light, a Numel appeared in front of him. The figure stepped back into the shadows and commanded his pokemon to set the place ablaze with an Ember attack. Cody responded quickly, grabbing what seemed to be a shield-like object from one of the exhibits and throwing it in reflex at the Numel. The pokemon jumped out of the way, and turned on the trainer, forgetting its previous command.

The boy sent out Axew, commanding for an Iron Tail, which was quickly executed and brought down hard on the Numel's head. The pokemon collapsed to the ground, but struggled back to its feet, releasing a fierce blaze toward its dragon foe. Axew quickly dodged and landed on top of one of the exhibits. "Dragon Rage," Cody shot at the Axew, hoping to seal the deal quickly with this fight. Axew charged a blue flame in its mouth, and fired at the fire-type, hitting it directly, and sending it to the ground. It was down and out.

A Poochyena was next, which quickly launched at Axew with what seemed to be a Shadow Claw, but the nimble baby dragon quickly evaded and returned the favor with a Rock Smash, hitting the pooch in the body, and sending it flying. "Nice move, Axew!" Cody shouted, returning the pokemon for a rest.

The hooded figure pulled another ball, and in a flash, a Mightyena appeared, much fiercer than its younger counterpart before. Cody sent out Sparks, his trusty Pikachu. He was going to use the darkness and the mouse pokemon's agility to his advantage. "Sparks, Double Team!" the boy shouted before the Mightyena could even make a move. Suddenly, there were five Pikachus surrounding the Dark Type, and you could tell it was confused. All of the figures launched at the Mightyena, cheeks lit as they readied and attack, but the figure had a counter plan. "Mightyena, Dark Pulse!" he commanded from the shadows. The pokemon's eyes glowed a violet hue momentarily. It jumped in the air and stomped down hard, releasing a shockwave of dark energy all around it, hitting all the Pikachus, including the real one. "Sparks, come back with a high powered Iron Tail!" Cody shouted, but the Mightyena was too quick. It returned with a Counter, swinging its tail around to hit Pikachu as it struck. "Dodge it, Pikachu, then hit with a Quick Attack!" The mouse pokemon utilized its momentum to avoid the attack in midair, stuck its landing, and returned the attack with a solid close-range hit. "Now, latch on and electrify!" shouted the boy, knowing that Pikachu had this match in the bag. The electric type launched into the air and landed on Mightyenas back, holding on for dear life as the dog bucked and kicked to get it off. With enough static built up in its cheeks, Pikachu let rip a powerful electric shock that lit up the whole room momentarily, and sent Mightyena to the ground. Cody pulled a potion from his bag, sprayed the Pikachu's wounds, and returned it to its pokeball for a rest.

The hooded figure stepped forward to commend the trainer for a hard battle, but warned that the end was coming sooner than he thought. He released a Sandshrew, which was followed up by Poochyena by Cody. Sandshrew ran at Poochyena with its claws out, looking for a Scratch attack, but was easily evaded, and followed up with a close-range Headbutt. Being a ground-type, however, it shook the normal attack off and ran at Poochy again, this time swinging multiple times for a vicious Fury Swipes. Poochy easily evaded this as well, countering with a Bite that seemed to infuriate the small ground-type. "Let's go, Poochy!" Cody shouted in encouragement, and the pokemon let out a Howl, raising its attack power. Sandshrew finally landed a solid hit with an Iron Tail, sending Poochy to the ground, but the Dark type quickly regained its footing, and followed up with Assurance, hitting the Sandshrew hard with brute dark physical vengeance. This seemed to be enough to knock the pokemon out, and Poochy was returned to her ball.

The opposing trainer was starting to get furious. Low growls came from the shadows as another pokemon appeared. A Baltoy! Poochy returned to battle, launching quickly at the Psychic type with her teeth bearing. The Baltoy panicked, trying to control its foe with a Confusion. It surrounded its body in a blue aura and launched what seemed to be a powerful attack at Poochyena, but it was unaffected due to the type difference. Poochy's teeth sunk in deep, knocking her opponent out instantly. It was obviously a critical hit.

"Don't fail me now, Camerupt," the shadowed figure shouted, throwing what seemed to be its last pokemon onto the field. A Camerupt would prove to be way too strong for any of his pokemon, but Cody had an idea. He pulled a potion out of his bag and started applying it to Poochy's wounds. Just as the application process started, a giant fireball shot in the direction of the trainer and his pokemon, barely missing, and lighting an exhibit behind them on fire. "So, you want to play it like that..." Cody grumbled, quickly returning Poochy to her ball before she could get hurt any more. He quickly sent out Pikachu, but sweated his decision, knowing the type difference would make things hard. "Let's go, Sparks!" the trainer encouraged, which seemed to boost the Pikachu's morale. Her cheeks lit up and she planted her feet firmer on the ground, as if to almost dig them into the carpet to ground herself. Camerupt charged full speed at Sparks with its head tucked, ready to ram her hard with a Take Down, but the nimble pokemon jumped in the air and landed on top of an exhibit. The fire pokemon launched a fierce shot of fire in her direction, but she ducked just in time, and was able to evade the attack. She continued to nimbly dodge and evade a constant onslaught of fire attacks until the Camerupt was fed up. It lowered its head and charged again, knocking into the exhibit Pikachu was on. The whole display crashed to the floor and shattered with the electric type on top. She was obviously hurt, but not out as she stumbled to her feet, breathing heavily. The Camerupt charged once more. "Sparks, dodge! Iron Tail the head!" Cody shouted, hoping the little mouse had enough in her to evade the oncoming attack. Pikachu jumped into the air as Camerupt passed under her and crashed down on her foe's head with a solid Iron Tail, blurring the vision of the fire type. It continued to charge straight into a wall, hitting one of the solid wooden studs with a loud THUD. The pokemon was delusional, but charged again in the opposite direction. Once more, Pikachu jumped into the air and crashed down hard onto the Camerupt with an Iron Tail, causing it to stumble this time before crashing into and through the second story wall, and into a puddle below.

With the hole in the wall and daylight flooding through, the figure was illuminated, but before Cody could make out his uniform, he had taken off down the stairs. The boy returned Pikachu to her ball after a long embrace and headed off to find the rest of his team amongst the chaos.

Allen sticks near Archie, not too close, not too far. however all the history shown throughout the place started to get his attention. Mostly fossils and other fixtures that had been found along the ocean floor. When the lights switch off. Allen, for a moment felt insecure, as if there would be another trick like in the Safari Zone. Luckily, he heard the grunts carrying out the stone so he calmed down. On his way out he was stopped by a cloaked figure, "You looking for trouble?" He heard a grunt from beneath the hood as a Pokeball was pulled from seemingly nowhere.

"So it's a battle you want... Fine." He tosses Seviper's Pokeball. The person tosses their ball revealing a Golbat. Allen's lip curls, "Seviper, Coil!" The Snake curled in on itself, heightening it's Attack, Defense and Accuracy. The other commanded a Wing attack from the Golbat, it didn't do too much thanks to the Coil. "Use Night Slash!" Seviper slithers forward, leaping at the Golbat and rolling forward in midair to slash a darkness imbued slash from it's tail blade. The Golbat slammed to the ground hard, skidding a few times. The Pokemon stood up and after a moment to regain itself, it flew into the air again, It attempted another Wing Attack, but it practically bounced right off of Seviper, "Finish it with Poison Tail!" Seviper nodded swinging itself at Golbat, swatting it out of the air again, only this time it stayed down.

The person returned their Pokemon, tossing another Pokeball revealing a Vulpix, "Seviper, you've still got this, right?" the Pokemon nodded, not having been hurt too much from the last battle with Golbat. "Good, now use Poison Tail again!" The little fox stood no chance. Had it a chance to use Flamethrower, it probably would have taken down Seviper with ease.

Allen, this time, returned Seviper, letting out his Froakie. The hooded figure grunted, tossing out Poochyena. "Froakie, Water Pulse." One of the tanks behind Froakie crashed, luckily there had been nothing in it, and the water shot toward the pup. It flinched away, obviously not very well trained, but retorted with a Take Down. It slammed it's small body into the frog, doing a heavy amount of damage to the frog, causing itself a little damage as well. "Froakie! Quick, use Round!" The Bubble Frog Pokemon cried out very loud, it's voice echoing around the room to and extreme, causing decent damage to the small dog. Poochyena was obviously hurting but it forced itself into another Take Down, but it tripped up and missed. "Froakie, finish it with Quick Attack!" A mad dash and bash later, The person returned his Pokemon.

Allen realized that Froakie wasn't in very good shape, so Allen returned him and let out Cubchoo. The person let out an enraged roar, tossing a Pokeball revealing a Sandshrew. "I see... Cubchoo, Brine!" But the Sandshrew was a smidgen faster, swiping at Cubchoo three times. Not hitting her too hard. "Now!" Allen called, Cubchoo sniffled it's mucus drop back and released a massive heavy spray of water over the Sandshrew, doing massive damage, "It's faster so be careful." Cubchoo nodded as the Sandshrew slammed it's feet on the ground, causing a minor earthquake to rock the building, a fissure opening up in the floor and damaging the bear. Cubchoo recovered quickly and, without orders, released an Icy Wind. Hitting the Sandshrew to cause it to faint.

Realizing he had a chance to take down Allen's Cubchoo, the foe returned their fainted Sandshrew, and tossed their next Pokemon out. A Numel. "How many Pokemon do you have?" Allen asked, exasperated. "Cubchoo, Brine again!" The bear nodded, jumping up and spraying the little Pokemon with a heavy downpour of water. It obviously hurt the Numel a lot, but it withstood the attack and unleashed a Flame Burst, easily knocking out Cubchoo. "Crap.. Go Froakie!" The frog arrived on the field just as Allen returned his fainted Pokemon. "Water Pulse!" The water from before glowed and gathered in an orb before soaring at the Numel and knock it out.

"Go Vibrava!" The enemy yelled, completely frustrated at this point. Allen internally bashed himself, if Cubchoo wasn't fainted she would be able to handle this easily. "Froakie, are you okay staying out?" The Pokemon nodded to his trainer. "Alright, Bounce!" Froakie nodded, jumping to the ceiling and sticking for a while, dodging a Rock Slide that would have hit only a moment later. Froakie fell hard, smashing into the Vibrava. It's wing went limp and it fell to the ground, a paralysis taking effect and shutting down whatever attack it was going to use. "Froakie, Water Pulse!" The frog gathered up another blast of Water in front of it's face and blasted the Vibrava a few times, hitting it hard, but still not enough to take it out. Vibrava took in a deep breath, blasting a large green plume of fire to hit Froakie, knocking it out.

"Tch... Go Shuppet! Shadow Sneak should be enough to take it out." Allen said quietly, Shuppet's shadow shot out, and sank into Vibrava's causing a hard damage. The Vibrava fell over, defeated.

Allen quickly found his way to a group of Aquans. "Well..."

Cody made his way back to the boat and quickly threw his pokeballs on the healing machine next to Reaper's. His pokemon had taken quite the beating and definitely needed the rest. "Hey, guys!" Cody called to his team. "How about we go catch us some pokemon? We might as well make this mission worth something. We didn't really get a whole lot out of it."

Allen pulled his Pokeballs off of one of the set of machines. "Sure! It'd give me a full team to deal with oncoming missions better, so yeah, I'm game." He let Seviper out of his Pokeball to walk with him. The stoic Pokemon stood silently as the trainers discussed plans.

Reaper woke up and fell on the floor, having fallen asleep against the wall in the Nursery where his Pokemon were recovering. He noticed his Pokemon were now fully healed and took their pokeballs and put them in his pouch. He heard someone's voice echo through the hall of the ship and looked out the room to see Cody. "Oh hey Cody." He said, rubbing the crust from his eyes and yawning lightly.

Dimitri quickly ran into the main hall within the ship that was still posted up in stateport. His growlithe was sleeping peacefully on his head as if she thought it was her own personal throne while his poochyena, shanks began to hop and around like a hyperactive child. "Am I late for the mission? I ran as fast as I possibly can... I hope I made it in time." Dimitri said in an exhausted tone followed by a couple of heavy pants.
