"As far as we know, there isn't a catch. We just explained that we were in a financial bind and he said he'd help. Do you think we should be suspicious?" he asked curiously, the doctor sounded genuine and kind enough but you never really can tell can you? Leo started getting this feeling, he wasn't quite sure what it was but maybe it wasn't really relevant. Leo ignored it and continued to participate in the conversations with the neighbors.

"If not wary of the doctor, then divine intervention," said Cherry, taking on a rather somber tone. "I don't think these kinds of things happen so easily. If the doctor is genuine, then it's likely an accident will happen." She, too, got whacked on the head by Sasha. "What? I was just stating the truth! Oh, don't tell me it never happened before." Sasha just rolled her eyes and signed that they should leave well enough alone. Besides, they seemed to be bothering Leo a bit.

Leo took it into consideration but he didn't want to dwell too heavily on the fact that the doctor could be deceiving them. "Are you guys going home soon?" he asked rather reluctantly, not wanting to leave his brother again but he knew that Ash needed to rest for tomorrow.

"Yeah, we plan to," Samuel said, taking a look at the clock on the wall. "Don't worry. We'll come back tomorrow." He somehow felt as if something was going to go wrong, as if Chase and Cherry were right in some way. But they had always been kinda crazy. Maybe today was taking a toll on them. "If you want, we can come pick you up later."

Leo really didn't want to leave but if he left soon then he could have more time to create a little basket to bring his brother to help keep him entertained while he's at the hospital. "No I'll come with you." he said sadly, looking back at his brother with a small smile. "I'll be back for the surgery, I promise. I'll even bring you some things you can do while you're stuck here." he said as he turned around and hugged his brother tightly.

"I'll be here, then," Asher said as he patted Leo's head one more time. He could sort of sense Leo's reluctance, which was understandable. It could get pretty lonely in the apartment and he was sure his brother still felt bad about the elder being in the hospital. To be honest, even Asher was reluctant to let him go.

Leo gave a heavy sigh and gave his brother another kiss to his cheek but his heart skipped a beat at the action for some reason. He tried not to let his brother see that he was blushing again, even Leo was getting tired of blushing so much, as he made his way off the bed and took Sasha's arm to be led out of the room. Leo gave one last smile to his brother before he shut the door behind him, getting that same feeling once more, like something wasn't quite right in the world. He began to see Ash's doctor but it was just a picture of him, it wasn't a scene like a movie which is what he experienced with the woman they rescued, but combined with the odd feeling he had Leo began to get nervous. Leo was even more hesitant to leave the door and left with the rest of the gang silently.

Sasha had noticed that the twins were whispering nervously amongst themselves. Couple that with Leo looking just as nervous and she was sure that something was wrong. However, she could not really put a finger on it. She tugged on Samuel's shoulder to point at them, but he just shook his head as if there was nothing wrong. He signed to her that they were always like that, but it didn't calm her at all. The walk to the car was rather awkward and long, with a silent Samuel, nervous twins, and an uncomfortable Leo. It seemed to Sasha that it was a mistake to leave Asher. Something just seemed very off.

Leo stared down at his lap the whole ride back to the apartment, unable to shake this nagging feeling but there was nothing he could do, he wasn't even sure why he was having this feeling anyways. Leo took hold of Sasha's hand and squeezed it just a little bit for support, he would give anything not to have this feeling right now.

When they returned to the apartments, Sasha walked with Leo back to his home. When she was sure her brother and the twins couldn't hear her, she patted her friend's back. "I'm sure Asher will be okay back there. It looked like he was being taken care of," she assured him, but even she couldn't stop worrying.

Leo had hoped that she was right, but even he couldn't be sure. "Why don't we go over to your house instead? It might be nice to hear everyone's energetic voices for a little while." he said softly, still holding her hand. For some reason he didn't want to let her hand go, it was nice to know she was there for him.

"Sure. You won't hear me speak, though," Sasha answered as she led Leo to her apartment. Once she opened the door and walked inside, she was met by silence yet again. Strange... Usually, the twins would be back to their normal selves by now. They were currently in a corner whispering to each other and looking as if they were going to be sick. She let go of Leo's hand to try to snap them out of it. "Dang it, Sasha! You made us lose our focus!" Cherry complained. She looked as if she had been doing something urgent, which scared Sasha as well as confused her.

Leo took a small step inside the apartment and couldn't quite make out what was going on. "Is everything okay?" he asked curiously, feeling the objects around him until he found the couch, stumbling along the way a little since he didn't quite have the layout of the apartment down just yet.

"Nothing, Leo," Chase answered him with an uncharacteristically serious tone. "Don't mind us." He grabbed his sister's hand and the two of them went to their room, most likely to do whatever it was they had been doing before. Once again, there were whispers, as the twins did not bother to close the door. Sasha had to shake her head at this. Everyone was so strange today. She took a seat beside Leo stared at the stairs. Today was just so confusing to her.

Leo was starting to get agitated, just because he was blind didn't mean he was stupid. He felt in front of him for the coffee table and stood on top of it. "ALRIGHT LISTEN!!!" he yelled, not even caring that he might be disturbing other neighbors. "I've had it!! You wouldn't tell me what was happening this morning and now you're hiding things from me!! I may be blind but believe it or not I 'see' more than you could possibly imagine. I can see Sasha sitting down, I can see Samuel in the kitchen opening the fridge, and I can see Chase and Cherry whispering about things behind my back in the other room!" he yelled, pointing to each person as he mentioned them. "Now....I know you guys aren't used to having someone who's blind in your house so let me inform you of a few things! First, you always have some form of noise going on to let the blind person know your there or at least keep talking, let the room fall silent when your in it and you may as well smack me in the face!! Second, you definitely DON'T keep secrets unless you can do so without the blind person being in the room!!!" Leo had to take a few breaths after that last little bit. "Now if you DON'T mind, I'm leaving and going back home!!" Leo hopped off the coffee table, not even bothering to find out if anything was in his way on the floor but luckily he didn't hurt himself. He stomped his way toward the door, but once again, smashed his nose against the wood. "DAMNIT!!! Stop closing doors!!!" Leo squeaked, opening and slamming the door on his way out to make his way back to his own home.
