"No idea..." Dashner mumbled, as he waved off to Rorrim.
He clutched his Dead Languages book against his chest, and looked through his locker to see if there was anything he had forgotten. He closed it shut, and turned to Ronan. "I should be getting to class, last time I was late, I was publicly embarrassed..."
He saluted to Ronan, did a pivot turn, and began walking to Dead Languages. He noticed the new boo, waved a little, and kept walking. He decided he'd introduce himself at lunch when there was more of a free period.

Shad walked down the halls on his way to first period, dressed much more 'snazzy' than normally.
"I hope nobody minds! My dad doesn't have a 'uniform' per se. He just dresses fancy schmancy, so I brought a prop!"
Emphasizing the cabinet on wheels he was pulling behind him.
"Just one of the things my old man uses to scare the normie kids."
One of the cabinet doors creeped open and a long, shadowy and clawed hand grasped the little boo who always got nabbed by the giant tentacle got snatched up and pulled back into the cabinet.
The cainet started jerking around with screams and thuds from the inside.
Shad stared at the closed doors and called into the boo...
"Don't you go feeding him! He already had breakfast!"

As Melody walked down the halls, she felt eyes lay upon her and her mothers "uniform".
She held her books close to her as she avoided eyes with the others. Of course Mandi encouraged Melody to look a tad more feminine from time to time and when it came to this opportunity, she took it.
"Dear ghoul.."Melody muttered with a red face, "Why did you chose this as your occupation? Why couldn't be a programmer like David?"
She went to her locker and decided to put on a jacket, then she'd feel a bit less exposed.
Hopefully no one would take a double glance; when it came to things like this, she didn't like eyes upon her.

"Alright... " Ronan waved to Dashner and though he knew it was rude to stare, he couldn't help it as he caught sight of Melody.
"What ARE you wearing?"
The words came before he could even consider how impolite that was and immediately he knew it was totally the wrong thing to say. He forced himself to look at the floor.
"Sorry..."
He busied himself with his books. For all he knew that was standard garb for a siren right? She... was a siren wasn't she? Now he was second guessing even that.
"I should... get to class" He fled down the corridor before she could punch him or something.

Melodys face was red as Ronan rushed at her, "What ARE you wearing?"he asked in a demanding tone.
"I-I"Melody was caught on her words, they were forming in her mind, but couldn't come out.
But Ronan quickly averted eyes and went to class as he apologized.
Melody looked down and zipped up her jacket, at least she wore something unlike a usual mermaid.
"The sooner this day is over, the better..."Melody muttered.
Sure mermaids had "charmed sailors with their beauty" but this was more embarrassing than charming.

CLOP CLOP CLOP went Felix's hooves as he went down the halls to his class.
Man he felt so free today, but who knew laurels were itchy when embedded in hair?
He waved and high fived a couple of his team mates before going to class; every one else has such awesome ancestry and all he had was laurels and pan flutes, which he didn't even own.
He was lucky enough to make laurels out of some nearby branches and twigs by his house.
Oh well, better than nothing.
He made his way into class and sat down, ready to waste another day in school.

Cassie walked through the doors, she nervously ate food, she wasnt even sure what her own outfit looked like, her parents were too busy to help her out so she sewed as quick as she could to get it ready in time

Demona strutted around looking for kai the straight jacket she got from her mother attracted looks from others, she even wore the boots her mother got from some institution. She searched but when she passed her refection she HAD to go back and fix her outfit and hair

She kept her books close to her chest as she excused herself between passerbys and students chatting near lockers.
"Excuse me, pardon me, yes, I'm terribly sorry."She sighed.

Motthew grinned and shook her claw too. She seemed nervous, but friendly all the same! "Thanks! Pleasure to meet you." he said. He looked around the others and smiled, Sally just nodding her welcome. They were all unique looking. Kai Merha "What's your first class?" Motthew dug in his pocket and pulled out a piece of paper he had written his schedule on "Hmm... looks like Dead Languages." he said.

Melody Nocturna Melody went to find Demona, surely she could make Melody feel less humiliated. She kept her books close to her chest as she excused herself between passerbys and students chatting near lockers. "Excuse me, pardon me, yes, I'm terribly sorry."She sighed. Roswell lifted his mask to drink some water form the fountain, then quickly pulling it down again. This looked nothing like his parents, but Earth didn't have the items he needed to look like them, so he opted for a more Earth-Notion-Alien-look. Both terrifying yet strangely Humanoid. Or was it Normie-oid? neutral Melody went right past him, in his 'Alien' attire. She didn't recognize him! And HE barely recognized her! "Melody?!!?" There was shock in his voice and the mask prevented his eyes from popping out of his head. He lifted the mask to get a better look. He squinted, affirmative. Identity confermed. "You look--You look so--" He could barley say the words as he was awe struck. "Beautiful !!!"He leans in and kissed her lips.She was so perfect even if she didn't look like his old Melody. He noticed several onlookers whispering and staring he saw that she looked someone uncomfortable. "This new look isn't so bad and your hair smelled like the ocean. So don't worry about them." He whispered in her ear, giving her a reassuring peck in the cheek. "On stage I once had to wear a dress, that was the tradition of the planet, I didn't feel comfortable in that, so I endured to appease the planet I was visiting." He didn't know he'd have to do it again on Gender Switch day... Boy was he in for a surprise! "You look wonderful. Clearly you worked hard on your looks so go on and enjoy it. Because you're a star!" He licked his lips.

Motthew grinned at Jewels "I think I can handle it, but thanks." he said. He waved as she ran off. He looked to the rest of them "Guess I better get to class too. Hate to be late my first day. Later creeps!" he waved and fluttered off down the hall to his classroom.
