*Tod frowned, "there are many such things out and about in the world kiddo. Seers are rare but they are around us all." He stood up and turned to the window, "some of us wonder if our futchers are chosen for us. Others wonder if fate is really planned beforehand and seers are just warning of possable paths..." He looked back as he suddnly reached to his side to take hold of somthing, "What the hell.." Veria leaned over the chair, "relax... I'm just here to finish the deal i made with Eve." She ran a finger down hiyos cheek, "i'm a seer you know... just saying." She suddenly softly put his neck aside to take a look at his bite marks from when they made the deal. "eve wanted you cut off and serprated from me, then she ran off without letting me cut off my ties..." she chukkled evily, "then again she's too thick headed to relize she made a actul deal with your life on the line in the first place when she told you about me." She walked around the chair and sat on his leg, however this may have been the first time he noticed veria had a rather large butt and heavy too. "I have removed my posien from your body, however my mark will always stay... as a reminder of me. However even more so only the snake symbol, the bite marks will now heal over." She ran another hand down his cheek as she leaned and whispered in his ear, "your free to go little boy i got what i wanted." She then dissapeared as todd pulled a handle with no blade from his belt and a glowing blade appeared, "who the hell..."

Nine-Tails927 Hiyo felt that most of this was skeptical, but since the past month of his life changed completely, he was open to just about anything. "Kay, here's a weird one for you: Have any of you once heard of a Seer, but not like any silly magician with card tricks and crystal orbs. I mean, like, having visions of future events before they happen. Or causing natural disasters?" Since he could never ask this of Eve, perhaps he could get a real answer this time from Todd.

((Oh crap. I was supposed to have hit the edit, not quote XP dam, my bad.)) Hiyo was barely phased this time, having seen Veria more than enough times to say that he was used to it. When she left, he got back to Todd. "That was Veria, Queen of the Demons, and sister of Eve..." His skin tingled where she had touched him, apparently stirring the Shadow demon within. "In any case, I need to get some practice in while i'm..." He stood up, aching but not as much.

Todds photon saver dissapeared and Tod srhugged, "you just arrived. So hard wrok untill after the night." He put the handle to the side of his belt. "Your room will be the guest room second one to the right." He looked back out the window, "so this is why eve brought you here..." he mumbled.

Hiyo bowed to Todd, then slowly walked to the room he pointed out. "Well, I hope Eve comes back soon. Just sitting here and doing nothing.... kinda feels like home." He didn't like home, cause back then he couldn't do anything besides hiding in the shadows of his own home, just to feel normal. He landed on the bed, not bothering to use the covers as his ears twitched at the silence. Is this what it's like...... to be alone from such an experience? Eve, where are you? Will you ever come back for me?

Meanwhile Eve stood over the the forest on the side of the mountain with her blade on her back. It seemed in the time she dissapeared she had only found the wolves and decided to assit them. This was her way of blowing off some of the stress, and also helping those inside her boarder. She spoke to the leader wolf, "didn't expect me to come back on your side did you." She looked forword waiting fo rthe enemy to appear below. "I need to do this... i have to get rid of some pressure in order to make sure i dont crack under it and do somthing stupid. A warrior like me must work her instincts through, but hold by her dicitions..." now she was more or less mumbling to herlself as reasurrance.
Meanwhile Tood knocked on the door, "dinner ready if your hungry kiddo." Tod lived alone, and he headed over to the table to sit down. He wasn't used to people in his house and it seemed he was carrying on as if it was just him. He didn't need to get attached to this kid, just house him. Protect him if need be personaly for eve. Still though, he didn't understand what was going through her head to bring him to his home. Now he would have to move becuse the demon showed up.

Hiyo was slow to come out, looking like he had just woken up with his hair a bit of a mess and one fox ear drooped to the side. He remained quiet at the table as he ate, then went to explore around the house...
Se seemed more distant than when he first came here, cut off from everything else.

*Tod glared as he noticed hiyo snooping around, and so he followed, "you looking for a tor of the house?" He seemed scepical, so many questions were within his head about this boy. But at the same time, he could only observe else he would get involved... if he wasn't already...

"Mostly for some kind of library. Where all the good books that tell you how to control one's abilities... if such a thing exists." Hiyo knew that he had to get better, no, stronger than what he was at now. For his, and Eve's sake, he refused to be a burden on her anymore.

Tod shied, "well then kiddo your not goin to find that here. I only live in two bedroom house with utilitys, nothing fancy or huge like Eve. Some of us arn't rich like eve either and we have to work for a living." Seems he hit a sore spot there his house didn't have much at all in it, becuse it was all he could afford. "The city here though has a large libary... easy to become a member to go there... but your not going to find the answers you want in books." Todd stopped following and leaned aginst that wall, "you want to get strong you will have to have a strong oppenet to help you but not kill you in the process." He reached down and touched the handle to his sabor... "i'm alittle rusty but i ant had a challenge in years..."

Hiyo looked surprised by his offer, which he couldn't help but chuckle a bit. "Here I thought you wouldn't be taking part in Eve's affairs.... but I guess she didn't expect me to get some training in recovery. Alright then, but I would prefer to not destroy your home in the process. Is there anywhere that we can have this outside?"

Todd nodded, "theres a cave in the side of the mountains that leads to a spechal room. It is there that some history lies without our team, but also we trained as children. It's cleared out, but it's a perfict place no one would ever distrupt us while training." He shrugged, "In the morning though. Get some rest first. We will start at dawn."

"Alright then, see you there..." Hiyo went to the room and flopped over on the bed, turning into a dog-sized fox as his two tails rested on the sheets. I've lost a lot of my power, and this is what I have now.... Eve, are thinking of me at all, even now? He slept on as he wondered what she was up to now.....

*Eve was running along side the wolves with her weapon draw slashing down the enemys that threatened them. Her and the lead wolf fighting together and making a good team at it aswell. But through ever hit, every block, she thought of her reasion. Hiyo, that was her reasion to fight, after this battle he would be waiting for him, and he would be okay... she knew it... he would have to be...
Int he morning todd had breakfast onteh table, and seemed to be waring a green and black set of clothing... seemingly his reciver colors much like eves was red and black. "hope your ready kiddo."
