She grabbed the towel from around her neck and wiped up the sweat that was rolling down her face. She heard the entire conversation between the two, not that she was purposely ease dropping. As a matter of fact Jillian was completing her morning workout regimen, which included fifty upside down sit ups from the tree. She thought that the two weapons actually made a cute couple. Jillian smiled as the too awkwardly engaged in conversation. She considered the girl lucky because the guy was obviously digging her plus he was hot. " Aw how romantic.   the sound of trees cracking and falling echoed as a women came flying from the forested area around the lake. The women hit the ground and rolled as she stood up she was bleeding badly from a few spots. From the wooded area started walking a young male his soul in full view now it was massive out doing the soul of stein from the old days, the males body had a massive tattoo on his chest of the three eyes of the kishin. The tattoo marked him as a member of team god eater banned by the academy and disbanded by lord death. The team known for excessive violence and attacking their own if they had to the team was now lead by a kishin as the male kept walking towards the female one of his 3 swords out. " You can wear her skin match her face and voice but your not her, and as such i must kill you if master caught sight of you the world would suffer till your body was no more " as the male was close to the female she dashed at him and started slashing yet he seemed to vanish and appear just out of blades reach as he spun slamming his right foot into the female launching her past the two students as he spoke to them directly now. " my my the academy lets students out after all", the women stood shaking she appeared to be human yet the male was aimed to kill her.

She looked around trying to find the source and that's when she saw an enormous soul. She had no idea who the man was but it was clear that he was powerful. She also noticed the condition of the women, who definitely seen better days. As the man drew closer a noticeable tattoo caught her eye. Jillian may have been only a first year student of the academy but this was the sort of things that her family have been training her for. The woman was injured and needed assistance. Jillian did not carry her weapons with her but she was not helpless. She jumped from the branch and landed on top of the girls blanket. She now stood in front on the two weapons and the bloody woman. Jillian did not waste time with questions, seeing how no good could have come from a man with that particular tattoo. Jillian's began to glow with a blue aura, she focused her energy transforming her soul into a physical weapon. Six five inch needles formed in both of her hands. She was using her ability that her family taught her known as Chi Zao. " Back off creep!" She yelled. Without any hesitation Jillian threw the twelve glowing needles towards the foreign man. She hoped that her surprise attack would end the fight before the man could counter. the female relaxed behind the student as the needles shot at heko he spoke. " Phantom flame step" heko seemed to vanish as he appeared above the female. heko seemed to push off the air as he shot a knee straight down for the top of jillians head. " g et out of my way you dont know what your doing." heko was not a top fighter in team god eater he was more over known as one of the calmer and weaker of the team, yet his blows still packed a punch. Heko was trying to maintain his power levels and limit his bodies transformation yet his eyes still resembled that of a dragon.

It wasn't until the man spoke that she realized that he was above her. She had no idea how he appeared above her but she knew that she have to get moving. She leapt to the side, which could have been a fetal blow. Unforchantly the man's knee grazed her shoulder. She bit down and grinded her teeth as pain inflicted her. " I don't know you are but I won't sit by as you attack an innocent women. Consider this your only warning, leave now or I will be forced to take your soul." Jillian sounded very serious. Jillian glared at the man with the tattoo. Her fist tightened and a blue aura coated her hands. hekos knee hit the ground after grazing her a crater formed. heko stood slowly. " my name is heko but many call me dragon of the earthly flame. " heko looked up his flesh resembled scales as he stood he started walking towards the student. " i am a human if you even touched my soul you would be branded a would be kishin so stand down!" hekos soul looked like it was burning as he continued his path towards the female when he was infront of her he spoke. " flame soul sword." A blade appeared in his hand made of pure fire it was like the flame didnt effect his flesh.

She was trying to push thru the pain and get rid of the numbing. She became tense when she saw the man's scaly skin. The man introduced himself but she still did not trust him. His appearance did little to change her mind either. she noticed his burning soul, which sent a shiver down her spine. Despite her nerves, she continued to stare at Heko unwilling to back down. As he drew closer, she formed several needles in her hands like earlier. She readied herself unsure of the man's next move. To her surprise Heko conjured a blade made out of flames. She performed a back flip to distance herself from him. She watched his technique carefully, she was very observant after all, to manifest a physical from his soul, was his abilities similar to hers she questioned. Heko kept moving as he spoke low, his eyes seemed evil yet honest as he lowered his blade " File number 11506 izumi 3rd year weapon brother sirys miester, izumi displaces air around her body when using her katana or in katana form she was paired with Daniel tamashi 3rd year miester they have gathered 99 kishin eggs and are on current mission to capture witch soul. November 13 2010.
File number 11507 the miester Daniel has entered a rampage all teacher and senior students have reported to front of academy, lord death fears the worst. Teaches and students alike battling out with enraged student Daniel. Reports of him screaming izumi, take me instead, as well as other phrases fill the young students with fear. November 14 2010

The grip on her needles did not waver, she resembles a beast in a corner ready to pounce. She listened to the man's words, which seemed to hold some truth about it. Being a first year student, she did not know much about past events that transpired. When the man announced that the woman behind her should be dead her face was overcome by shock. She had no idea what to believe any more. She turned her head to face the woman. She stared the women for a brief moment trying to pick up anything she could. She wasn't expecting the woman to launch an attack at Heko. " Wait stop, there is no need to fight." " phantom flame step" heko appeared behind the girl that looked like izumi his blade now going out, the female fell into hundreds of pieces leaving only a kishin egg." you would not know the pain the sight of this women would cause him, he has suffered enough for his life it is my goal to make his life up until the day those like me that he has trained kill him the most peaceful days of his life." hekos tone held no regret or pain but a tone of admiration for the man he spoke of.

 The Next Shinigami ◆━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━◆••• "W-Where am I now?" Shira whimpered under her breath as she looked at the lake with a small bag in her hand. While wandering aimlessly through Death City, her hunger from not eating at all that day caught up to her. Luckily, she managed to find some money in her jacket pocket and managed to locate a store to get a few small snacks. The weird part was that the man at the register gave her a discount. I guess that is what happens when you are related to Death... you get cheaper items. she thought to herself as she walked around the lake. She eventually sat down right next to the water, took off her shoes and socks, and slipped her feet in it. She smiled faintly before it faded again. How was she going to get home at this point when she didn't even know where she was right now? Shira sighed and pulled out a snack bar, chewing it quietly as she thought. It had already been about three hours since being at Lady Charlotte's home. How much time did it take for Atticus to think things over exactly? Then again, from how it sounded he was going through some very complicated things, no wonder he didn't want her around. She would most likely add to that.
