Laci doesn't wait to see what happened to the guard she just hit. She turns on the gaurd struggling with Jasmine. "Gah, quit moving you stupid oaf," she whispers to herself, "I'm going to have to make this shot count. It was risky, since Jasmine was so close. She aimed for the gaurds ear, hoping that if he moved, she'd catch him in the side of the face or the neck. Though hitting him in the ear could definitely do some damage too.

I growl in frustration at my failure, then look down at the guard I caused to bleed. Poor thing...I don't think I've ever hurt a person like this...and I lick the wound that I've made. The fixation on something can often lead to the abandonment of past character and true beliefs, and I suppose this is true for my fixation on freedom. I then see that Selphie is stunned and I rise for the occasion in that the guard holding back Jasmine has no arms to fend me off. I launch myself at him, claws first.

Jasmine:
Your kick connects with a lot of claw, perhaps a little more than expected even. Your claws actually dig into his skull! He screams out loudly.
88 damage to right guard.
Everyone:
The right guard's scream hurts everyone's ears, especially Shi'ita and Jasmine's.
Jasmine:
You get him set up for an arm bar, but he is flailing around quite a bit, making your grip not all that great.
Desta:
His throat comes out easily, with little sound and literally no defensiveness. He dies quickly.
36 damage to left guard; left guard dies.
Laci:
This time, you fail horribly at throwing the piece; it ends up in your foot.
10 damage to Laci.
Nero:
Your attack does hardly anything to the guard. He continues flailing.
4 damage to right guard.

I simply growl as it feels like uncontrollable forces are keeping me from succeeding, so I merely drag the fallen guards by the shirts and lean them against a wall, hopefully in a dark corner for less noticeability.

Shi'ita hears the scream, which is loud and ear-piercing to him. His ears flatten as wraps his arms and wings to cover them up. Small tears fall from his eyes, partially from the loud scream, and partially for the guard who Desta had ended his suffering. He does not otherwise move from where he had collapsed on his knees earlier. His body softly shakes.

Laci yowls in pain and falls over, clutching her foot. She growls and whips her last piece of metal at the same guard.

I spit out the guard's throat with a slight look of disgust... I didn't like the idea of having a human body part in my mouth... Then, my ears press back at the terrible scream as I crouch down to the floor, also placing my hands over my ears. But soon I try to inch closer to Shi'ita, to comfort him and also apologize for taking another friend of his.

Due to my bad grip, I decide against grappling with the guard. Instead, I try to pull up on the amr ro set him into a more awkward position and give him another clawed kick to the face.
"You know, girls don't like it when men insist on holding them when it's clear they don't want the attention!" I shout out.

The only fallen guard is the left one. The right is still fighting, and the middle is still alive and willing to fight back. Your "dark corner" is the one furthest from the door.
Laci:
The metal hits him in the chest.

Laci & Jasmine & Selphie:
The guard dies before Jasmine or Selphie can perform their actions.

Trying to ignore the intense pain in her foot, Laci runs at the final guard. She leaps, readying her claws to begin tearing at his throat.

I stand up and brush slightly against Shi'ita like a housecat would do, but keeping an eye on the situation with the last living guard. I purr a bit hoping to portray my message of sympathy toward him for the loss of the guard.

I simple free myself of the dead guard's grasp and let Laci have her fun. There was little point in me jumping in to the fray to kill a man who was almost dead. Instead, I try to find Tellat to get her ready to move out. With the attack sprung, our time was limited, and I'd rather not squander it...

Shi'ita was still shaking, even though the guard wasn't laying dead before him, but the image hadn't left him. When Desta touched him initially, he made a small flinch, before shifting his arms off his head so his hands were resting in his lap. The purr is slightly calming and he begins to shake less, his ears still a bit down, his eyes still creating tears that streaked down his cheek.

I pause for a moment to look at Shi'ita with an apologetic expression before I rub my face against his softly and purr more to continue helping calm him.
