Srin smiles at her and kisses her softly again."Kiita, I have died many times... Death... Death is a part of life... I can not promise you that I wont but you will be safe. Secondly If you truly speak of these things Than you must become The Lady of the Cidatel..." he said softly. The mater in her body was interesting with the strands of Dna in everything.

Kiita kissed him back again. His kisses were addicting almost. She was enjoying them greatly though. "Srin... please... Don't die... I want you to live... so we can live together..." She kissed him again and layed her head on his shoulder so she wasnt tempted to continue kissing him. "How does that work...?" She asked quietly. "Also... I don't know because I don't know if I am in the first place..."

(( No posting format for the next 8 days...sorry, I left my laptop behind when I went home for spring break! ))

*Kinetav's eyes widened as he felt a hand on his shoulder, and he would've vanished right then and there if Krona wasn't a Dark Avenger; the Anima knew that it wouldn't be wise of her at all to simply doom herself with his death, especially not as she seemed rather interested in his situation. His entire body relaxed with but a simple touch of approval as he listened to Krona's pained words, and he thought of the bond between himself and Edge. The feelings began to overwhelm him again, sorrow being twisted into pure hatred as a hint of anger came from his lips:*

"The Devil's Eye Desert didn't chain me to obligation, but gave me a purpose. I could've walked right out of there and literally spat on the entire nation for its misunderstanding and capturing me, and on the Citadel as well for having sent me out. I wasn't free since birth, Krona, and perhaps that was a wise thing for fate to do. My past must rot away, and be buried in time as I adjust to Rykros. I could not bear the thought of going back or becoming a monster again. No amount of redemption could satisfy me, and sometimes this redemption will make me go insane unless I find a way to change it...but just what is your purpose, Krona?"

Srin sighs slightly as she comments about his thoughts on it all, truly he saw most of what she said coming and nods showing that he was listening. After she had finished he began to speak."Truly I dont wish to die again. Death isnt all that great but it part of the cycle." he said softly, Her comments on the lady postion made him smile."Well I just need to inform my men and than prepare for it all. I would have to make it known to the people and such. Truly I only have time for telling of the Plague and tell my men about you." he laughed, now the baby comment, well he knew and truly it depends on how well the battle goes for her if the baby happens or not.

Krona felt his Kinetav’s loosen beneath her hand, some of the tension melt away. She kept the hand on his shoulder for a moment, his listening to his words. Her fingers clenched a bit around his shoulders with each sentence that passed from his lips. Beneath the cowl of her cloak, her face twisted with an anger the echoed the one lacing Kinetav’s voice. Was his anger directed at her, or at his plight? She did not know. Was her anger with him, or with his words? She did not know.

She knew only, that he angered

“They gave you purpose. But what is their purpose? Are their intentions noble…or do they plan on simply using you?” She scoffed, “There is some ulterior motive” her voice dropped, “There always is. If you have no freedom, why shackle oneself further to another’s purpose?” she shook her, “I cannot understand your reasoning…burying the past. The very existence of a dark avenger, lies in the past.”

“ And Monster? Truly a monster, or told you were a monster? A monster a mindless violent creature. No emotion, so sense of judgment or justice. No desire for anything other than flesh. No one is a monster…one simply does monstrous things. One has to. My purpose in doing these things… is simply justice. Any further detail is of no concern to you.”

With that she fell silent. She looked up, and her expression held no mercy for further words.

“Be careful.” She muttered, “It would be a shame, if my purpose led me to turn my blade against you.”

She brushed past him, sliding her hand to brush his chin, very lightly, “Thank you for the training…and good luck in whatever decide your purpose to be” Her mouth curled in a tiny, genuine smile, before she turned away, taking her hand with her. She grasped the door handle, but did not open it, only glanced back at Kinetav, “Do you plan on standing there for eternity?”

Kiita looked down in a bit of pain. There was something he wasn't telling her and she didn't like it. "Well... maybe you should ask before you go telling everyone." She smiled at him.

*Kinetav couldn't feel the pressure on his shoulder, too entranced in his own thoughts as he realized he had rambled on like a mad man; he looked down at the inner forearm of his right gauntlet and chuckled, Edge cursing him for even thinking of exposing just what the Anima was for a moment.

His steel-grey eyes widened in a good shock as Krona brushed her hand across his chin and started to walk away, emboldened yet still having the doubt linger in him since she did not know what he truly was; without the proper information, he knew that she couldn't fully understand what was going on through his mind as his finger hovered over the hidden button. He grinned underneath his vizor and started walking Krona, his voice a little detached as he spoke:*

"I've already stood around for two decades or more, and that's far too long, much less an eternity. My purpose has always been to find a home, Krona. I've been on the run too long to go much farther, and Liliana and Krayth have shown me acceptance. Krayth wouldn't betray me for sake of our master and bloodline alone, and so far the Devil's Eye Desert has been able to accept me save for one Guardian who actually came to acknowledge me as a sign."

*As he reached the door, his gauntlet reached out and grabbed the door handle as well, his hand brushing against hers as he looked her in the eyes and spoke with a serious tone:*

"Don't worry, you may have had wanted to turn your blade against me in my old homeworld, but that Kinetav is gone now and rightfully so. You're welcome for the training, as long as I hope you use it wisely..."

*The door was swung open by the Anima and around the Black Blood, his arm above her head as he held it open and motioned her through:*

"Fate willing, this won't be the last time I get to train you either."

Srin smiled lightly as he nods, he understood what she was talking about and he would respect it. Slowly he begins rise from the bed and smiles down at her. "You rest, I promised someone that I would speak to them before they left so I need to go for alittle bit." He slowly gets up from his bed and starts to head to get his coat he had laid on the chair out in the living area. Grabbing that he starts to he out of the core heading towards the rest of the city so he could try finding the women before she got impatince and left.

Acceptance. He hand clenched around the doorway. It was something she given up on before, sacrificed later. Rejection was now just another part of her; the thought of finding a home, or people that would accept her, was something she did not allow.

"I have long since given up on both." She said, her voice low, even, bit hinted with bitterness.

Because she knew it would not happen. But hearing him now, she wondered. He was a dark avenger. If she could find acceptance...why couldn't she?

His last words briefly interrupted her thought.

A sign....? What does he me...

He touched her hand. The touch should have sent her reeling back, yanking her hand away as though it was scalded, but she kept it there; it was as though his gaze had paralyzed her hand. His words had her wondering, then searching in his eyes for an answer.

That Kinetav? What did he mean? A Kinetav that was unjust or immoral in action? A sign? What was that? and again, the same question rose: what was he?

Before, she has sensed something strange, foreign coming from him. Not an aura, not a presence...but something she could not pin to words; it was simply a feeling, a sense that something about him, something within him.
She was still hesitant to ask directly. What if his suspicions were aroused? What her questions uncovered her intentions? These worries whirled in her mind and she calmed them with a simply thought of risk. Tiptoeing to get the information had not worked...she would have a be a bit more bold. Now, it was not just for business purposes but she was genuinely curious. What was he? Who was this Krayth he seemed to respect so much?

"I also you train me again; I enjoyed it." with their eyes still locked, she gave him a small smile."

One last question." she continued, turning away, pausing in the doorway. She dropped her voice low and a leaned a bit closer; she could feel Laerian's presence nearby, "...you know I'm a black blood...I would also like to know what you are...and who this Krayth is."

There, she has asked directly, no tricks, or turn or word. She waited with baited breath for an answer...or for hostility.

*Kinetav's eyes widened at her boldness, the Black Blood leaning closer to him and just flat out asking the Anima what he was. Pride bolstered itself in Kinetav's heart as the socket had worked as it intended with Krona's eyes piercing his in an interrogative manner as he grinned underneath his vizor. He couldn't tell if it was only curiousity that plagued this young Voidsworn's mind or even a glimpse of care as she didn't seem to mind his closeness at all, a sign that at least while Krona was ignorant of his race she would accepted him.

His gaze stayed on her, but his mind wondered off as he tried to think of the best answer to give to Krona; his heart pounded at her possible reaction or rejection of him although it seemed that perhaps she longed for the same thing as well... none the less his eyes narrowed and he leaned in towards Krona, taking a deep breath as he studied her for a reaction and even possible hostility should she have a different thought about his race. Enemies didn't need to know, even neutral people didn't need tok now his race, but potential allies and trainees certainly had a right. His tone became nearly mechanical as he let the souls trapped within the Exodus speak for him as he whispered into her ear:*

"You've prolly heard rumors of our kind, even if they are just whispers. Some call us cursed, others call us chosen. I've even gotten memories of people thinking of me as an evolved Vampire, with our thirst supposedly never ending. Some have even decided that I am but a vessel, devoid of soul as it was consumed by an object even from birth. Few pity us, many hate us. I officially call myself...an Anima."

Krona waited, eyes locked with Kinetav, watching various emotions flick and turn through his face. She could see that he was warring within himself, deciding whether or not to answer, and it made her curiosity burn. What was he, that he was so hesitant to admit?

Pain, anger worry hesitance. All ranges of emotions morphing over him, as he leaned in closer, Krona stiffened a bit, still not quite accustomed to being so close to another person. His gaze felt like it was burning into her, as he seemed to be inspecting her face for something , what he did not know. She wished he would simply hurry and do something; his actions were making her uneasy. Why was he regarding her so intensely? Was he suspicious? Would he suddenly lash out.

She flinched when he next moved, but he only leaned closer to her ear. Her body shivered, partially from the ghost of his breath over her ear, mostly from the cold mechanical quality, that was not his voice, but the hallowed voices of many, morphing into one, as he told her of his nature.

An anima…?

She had heard of them before. Whispered in legends and tales, as beasts. Soul consuming, soulless hungry monsters, absolute enemies of humanity. Sources of death, fear, nightmares….

…they are real?

Her brows knitted together, and she inspected his eyes for a lie. Was it possible he was lying? But she saw nothing that betrayed deception in his eyes. Only truth…and nervous anticipation of her answer…expectation of hate.

Why, she suspected. If he was an Anima, and they were as feared as they were in legend, he had likely faced more than enough hate in his lifetime. But she did not feel hate. What reason was there to hate him? He had done nothing to earn her hate. She had witnessed no injustice in him, he had done nothing wrong to her. She was mostly indifferent towards him, aside from respect for his abilities, and a strange connection of understanding for his situation.

She had been hated without valid reason enough, to not do it herself.

“I do not know much of your kind. I have heard of Anima only in legend and children’s horror tales, neither of which I put stock into. All I know that it does not matter to me what you are. It is what you have done.”

“You seem to be expecting me to hate or be fear you. You have given me no reason to do either. Respect you…a bit. Like you…getting there. But hate you…well, until you give me reason no. Fear you…there is little I fear. I have seen too many horrific things to be scared by you…take it as an insult if you wish.” She gave him a cold, yet somehow playful smile, “However, if you are so determined to be hated by me, by all means take action towards doing so….my hate is of top quality you will find none nastier than mine.”

She leaned a but closer, and whispered into his own ear, “You don’t have to fear hostility from me, unless you give me reason”

With that she moved away, from him. Her expression turned business-like and she crossed her arms over her torso, “…now. Who is Krayth?”

((Just wanting to let you know I have posted.))

Kiita nodded softly and curled up under the sheets of his bed. She watched as he left, but knew he would return. She slowly, but surely started to drift off to sleep after calling Rak to cuddle with him till she fell asleep.

”If you thought Hell was frightening….”

*Kinetav studied every part of Krona's reaction, almost tempted to shadow step as he saw her brows come together in a mix of confusion and interrogation; whispers of what he was to all the souls he had killed continued to haunt him as they usually did when he recalled them to memory, unable to suppress them for a time yet holding it together just enough to not show it in his physical appearance.

His eyes widened in shock as she answered him, a little taken aback by her response and the closeness to a race that was usually hated so much as to be attacked on sight; Edge's words echoed in his mind much louder than any of the other souls, speaking praises and approval of Krona's answer that mingled with Kinetav's own approval as he cracked a wide grin underneath his vizor, one of mischievous pleasure as the Black Blood started to move away from him.

He straightened up and frowned as he saw Krona resume her usual countenance before prying for even more information; his tone was that of normal, with but a hint of the souls that continued to whisper in his mind as he spoke playfully:*

"Oh come on now, what happened to the loose Krona we just saw? I was so approving of your mischievous and bold answer. You don't even fully comprehend the power or nature of an Anima and yet here you are standing proud...thank the Void. I won't be giving you any direct reason to hate me, by the way, but hopefully it won't be the indirect reasons that cause you to turn."

She could tell that Kinetav was floored by her response. She did not miss how he tensed and cringed away right before she opened her mouth to give her answer, nor the way the tension increased, and released after she'd closed her lips after giving indication of both shock, and relief. She suspected he was grinning beneath the visor, that she wished he would remove; it was so much harder to read his reactions when his face was hidden behind the thing.

Krona scowled upon hearing Kinetav's response, but its effect was damped by a small upturning of the corner of her mouth a sign of a smile hidden behind the expression of disdain. The Avenger's response irked her, because he had not answered the question, and amused her, for reasons she could not quite pinpoint. She also shivered a bit; his voice was again infused with strange, bodiless, hollow quality, as if there were many speaking along with him.

What was causing that she wondered. She made note to look more into it.

She turned to respond to him. Her response flowed out, unhindered by her own conscious, irritation edged with a bit of teasing.

"Glad you approve...though - and I'd be lying if I said I was sorry to say this - your approval is not needed...and no, I cannot, since I don't know your true power. If you want me to comprehend, then show me sometime. According to legend you are powerful enough to consume planets, kill gods, and eat souls." she gave a playful smirk, " I am sure that is very true, and not at all over-exaggerated. And I'm sure that you eaten many delicious planets and souls in your lifetime. Really, you have to tell me how they tasted; I imagine they are a little grainy." She began to chuckle, then caught herself.

What was she doing? She was being far too free with herself, that was what. Laughing, being playful...things Krona avoided doing, to avoid getting too close to others. Yet here she was, acting buddy-buddy with Kinetav. Scowling at herself, she school her face back into its usually expression, let the playfulness drain from her voice. But not too much of it...if she wanted to get the information, she couldn't be too cold.

"That Krona is rather picky. Only comes out when she's inspired to do so. If want to see her again, inspire me...you can start by answering the question.

"That's odd, I never knew that Black Bloods had two souls in their bodies..."

*Kinetav's voice had returned to normal, the souls fading back into the deep recesses of his memory as the lightened mood had allowed him to focus on the present more than the whispers; it kind of amused the Anima, the way that Krona seemed almost bipolar, happy one moment and playful before turning back to her usual old business self. He decided to continue playing around, putting all of his fingers in his right gauntlet together before putting them to his lips as if he kissed them all and then fanned out his fingers as he stretched out his arm quickly in a chef's manner as he spoke:*

"For the most part, the planets are especially delicious depending on the amount of sand or trees they have...the less sand, the less gritty obviously and the less trees, the less splinters in my mouth I have to deal with. The Souls tend to leave a bitter taste if dark and a sweet taste if Light... but as for your question, Krayth is who I told you he is. He's of my bloodline and class. I figured you would know him since your nation is at war with his...unless perhaps...you are not of the Citadel either?"
