Luz Maria slightly lowered her menu when asked why he was invited. In all honesty, she didn't know either. she was still mad about the whole leaving her alone and joining America thing, but for her sake, she shouldn't let such a thing bother her, otherwise something bad would happen. It wasn't long until her mocha and double chocolate chip cookies showed up, and as expected it was all delicious. Luz Maria wasn't much of a tech fanatic as her brother, mostly due to the fact she can't really afford them. it would take her months to save up for a decent phone. She could understand the need to text or call anywhere, but internet or easy access to social networks? Man, are people being lazy. Can't they just wait to get home? And must they twitter about every single thing they do? Honestly...

She was embarrassed that she had an IPhone 4, and she just got it. And now they have a new one? Again?! Now she's got to save up for a new one once again "You know I don't need charity. Man, the world of technology was quite complicated. She at least hoped those bots were formed for some sort of purpose, otherwise what was the point in building them? Her place didn't do that sort of thing, they were too busy fighting whatever poverty was left and making a new form of taco for the tourist. At least things weren't as bad as they were decades ago.

Luz Maria raised an eyebrow as Landon laughed when she asked a question. Was her question comical? "Is that right, mang? Well, I suppose a drought is more of a problem than usual cold." And he did make a good point, places up north were suffering the most from the chill. Speaking of the cold, she would remember a time when she and all her tiny little siblings would gather together in a single room by a fireplace. Normally, it wasn't too cold where she lived, unless you lived near the mountains. But there was no point in reminiscing, those times were long gone. Not to mention it would depress her. "Well, in a few months, primavera will come. And the chill will be gone, I hope. Sometimes it's cold even when the snow is gone."

However, Landon had a good point, the weather was the least of their worries. "Well, I have a feeling my poverty problems will soon come to an end now that my jefe has decided to step up. It might take decades, but I can wait that long. My team is getting ready for the upcoming FIFA match." there wasn't much going on, but at leas she could share the good stuff "How are the others?" Not that she was too concerned about them or felt like she had to ask, she was sure they were fine without her.

Luz Maria couldn't remember much of the days when she wasn't in poverty. She's been in that state for so long, it felt like she never had much money. At least one of her siblings heard the news, and was willing to come to the FIFA games, which was strange since Americans really don't embrace soccer. Oh well, maybe with someone cheering them on, they might win this year. "Is that so, mang? Sure. Since my troubles will soon be gone, I might have more free time." It might take her time to get used to the idea of not working so much, but she was sure she'll be able to do it.

Looks like Landon didn't know much of what was going on with her former states. However, it seemed they were in good health and doing okay... without her. It saddened her that none of them needed her anymore, not like back then when they were all together.

They should really teach us something new other than reviewing the same thing, ese. Anyway, I'm done with my coffee. How about we go to the arcade? They've got that Tekken gam I like." Like America, she also liked Japanese video games.
