Dante took the paper and looked at the contents. He shook his head and walked out the door. He slowly walked down the steeps. He finally made it outside as his head was killing him. With each step, came one more sharp pain, and more feelings of exploding. He wasn't in the mood for society yet. He took out his phone and texted Aria.
Hey Victoria needs some "woman stuff". Where are? I don't know the difference between any of this "woman" s**t. Should I just come to the shop?
Dante didn't wait for the response. He headed towards the shop. He figured she would be working anyway so it would be wise to head there.

"I work here." Aria smiled.
Her phone then chimed and she read the text. She burst out laughing and replied: Come to the store. I'm here.
"Sorry. It was Dante. He has a -snicker- problem."

Dante took the first corner near the light. He walked for about to ten minutes. He thought Victoria was a lot father from the store than what she was. She actually lived close to Dante and Aria too. He closed in on the store and walked in. He saw Daren and Aria conversing. He walked up the two and put his arm on Daren's shoulder. "How's it going kid? Staying out of trouble?" he asked him as if he was an elder talking down to a troubled kid. He looked over at Aria and shook his head. "******** my life." was all he could say to her.

Victoria groaned when she saw the clock. It had already been ten minutes, and he wasn't back yet. It felt like hours to her. She went to the bathroom and discovered it was too late. All she had to do was wait for him now. "Dang, Dante. Hurry up," She muttered. Daren felt an arm around his shoulder and his thoughts went away from Aria when he saw it was Dante. He laughed when he asked if he was staying out of trouble. "Not really," He grinned, then glanced at Aria and winked.

Aria looked at Daren and Dante. It was almost like they were friends. She laughed at her though and then went in Dante's pocket. She grabbed the twenty and walked to the door.
"Watch the shop while I take care of this. Thanks you two!"
She closed and locked the door back then headed to Walmart around the corner.
"I hope Victoria's not dying."

"Thanks." Dante called out as she walked out the door. He turned his attention to Daren. He smacked him in the back of the head. "What the ******** did I tell you about taking things as a joke? Does it look like I'm in a joking manner right now?" Dante told him in a mean but settle voice. Dante sat on the counter and waited for Aria to get back in silence.

Victoria felt the pains subside, but could still feel them a bit. She was glad that it was almost over. "Now only if he would get his butt over here!" She shouted. Then she remembered the problems he might have been having and quieted down.
Daren watched her go out the door and didn't know what to say. He felt little around Dante, and it made it worse when the guy called him little names like, "Kid". He shrugged off his arm and sighed, turning around to face the music store. He felt a thump in the back of his head and raised his arm to cover the spot, stifling an, "Ow!" He glared at Dante but he had already at sat down, and was silent. "B@stard," He muttered, quiet.

Aria was only gone for about ten minutes. She came back around the corner and unlocked the door.
"Here you go. I bought one of those 'save the planet' bags so you wouldn't be embarrassed. Tell Vic I said hey too."
She handed Dante the bag and went back to the boxes she'd been carrying. She sighed and then glaned over at Daren.
"Wanna help?"

Daren nodded, figuring he didn't have anything else to do. He went over to her and waited patiently for instructions, smiling at her and glaring at Dante, wondering when he would leave. The guy had ruined Daren's good mood.

"Thanks again. I'll give you a call in a bit. I'll get Trish to give you the day off. I got my ways." Dante told her as he put a twenty in the tip jar. He began to walk out, before stopping and looking at Daren. "Oh and kid, you're lucky I'm not in the mood to teach you a lesson about making jokes." Dante walked out of the store and finally reached Victoria's place. He climbed the stairs and walked into the apartment. He didn't see her so he went to the closed door. He dropped the bag outside of it. "There. Aria came to the rescue. She also said hi." He walked back to the kitchen to get a drink of water and took some pain medicine that he had in his pocket.

Aria shook her head and smiled, she then turned to Daren.
"Don't let him get to you, he cares deep down somewhere."
She handed him a handful of Taylor Swift cds.
"Country section please?"

Daren watched him walk out, the tension in the air seeming to disappear. He heard Aria's comment and mumbled, "Yea, real deep." He shrugged it off, but was still a little bit peeved at him. He took the Cd's and found the right section, and took five minutes trying to put them in alphabetical order. When he finished, he went back to Aria and waited for the next batch, a little happy he could help her and the store out.
Victoria heard the door open after another ten minutes of just sitting on the floor, and something dropped against the closed door along with Dante's message to her. A bit irritated, she frowned and thought, 'That was why it took him so long! He wimped out and made a girl do it.' She rolled her eyes but was still happy he went out for her, and she opened the door just enough to grab the bag and take out it's contents. She did what she had to do, and scurried into her bedroom to change pants quickly. When she came out, she felt a lot better and she glanced at the clock. It was already ten thirty, and her shift would be ending in only an hour. She decided not to even go and she went into the living room, the red in her cheeks going down a bit, but not by much. She went into the kitchen and found Dante taking some pain pills. She didn't meet his gaze, but instead grabbed a glass and poured herself some water, silent. She had no idea what to say, with what just happened. Who could talk at that point?((Notice the color of Victoria's post. xD ))

Dante swallowed the pills as Victoria walked in the kitchen. There was awkward silence between the two, and he didn't know what to say. He glanced over at her but turned away quickly. He finally took the offer and tried to relieve the tension. "So are you going with me to get the car? Aria is coming along too. I think I'm going to look at apartments too." Dante told her as he didn't make eye contact. It didn't relieve much, but some of the tension went away.

Aria handed him a few more cds and then put the first box back in the storage room. She then walked over to Daren and smiled at him.
"Thanks for helping, but don't tell Trisha, kay?"
She went and sat on the counter and wondered what was taking her manager so long to get breakfast.
"By the way Daren, are you usually up this early?"

Victoria heard him speak and she bit her lip, feeling more relaxed when he broke the silence. She nodded and drank the rest of the water, and washed the glass for something to do instead of looking at him. Finally, she whispered, "Sure. Sounds fun." She still hated the idea of him getting such an expensive car, but it was his life. Besides, she sounded like they were married. She wrinkled her nose at the thought. She finished washing the glass and put it on the drying rack. She turned to him and leaned against the counter, her lips pressed together. "What time are we going?" She asked.
Daren nodded, saying it was no problem. He didn't bother asking who Trisha was, because he figured it was her boss by the way she said it. He went to the front of the music store and put the Cd's away, which took him less time now. He came back and heard her question. "Nah, I just wanted to see you." He didn't realize it was a flirt until he said it, and he blushed a bit, turning away from her.
