 Sojiro smiled. "im honored you would show us that form so soon Bari, thank you"he said, lunging at her. He shunpo'd to her left t.o attempt another kick, but rolled through the air and slash downward with his sword. "you know...this will be interesting...i might hollowfy for you if you keep getting stronger"he said happily. He wanted to hollowfie, but he also wanted it to be a fair fight. Sojiros sword seemed to freeze the very air it was slicing through as it was swung.

As he brought the blade down she caught it with her left hand and gave him a serious look. "Pathetic!" While she said this, she used her right hand to drive a blue fireball into his torso and then Sonido away. "I don't think you
understand.....we must fight now and not hold back."

Sojiro nodded, giving Bari a small smile. He held his gut where he had been struck. "alright...but may i ask that you wait a bit? It takes a while to convince him to lend me all his power"he said, referring to his inner hollow. He would need a few minutes, which is why he requested her patience. Sojiro wrapped his tail around his zanpakuto and closed his eyes. His raitsu spiked ever higher as a white light enveloped him. ]

Bari brought her hands together and formed a lance similar to the one strapped to her back. The lance wasn't at full strength but she threw it into an abandoned building and caused it to catch fire. She repeated this three times and each building she hit either exploded or caught on fire. This was her attempt on being patient. "Are you ready yet?" She said forming another imperfect lance and throwing it in his direction this time not really aiming for him.

A black wing erupted from the light and swatted the lance into the sky. "sorry i took so long Bari...but you dont need to wait any longer"Sojiro said. His voice echoed and he looked completely different from before. "how do i look? Is my appearence to your liking? Unfortunately, i must sacrifice the usage of my zanpakuto to do this...but im stronger than my bankai by far"he said as the light vanished. He smiled at Bari as he drew a sapphire sword. "ladies first"he said as he confidently stood where he was, relaxed.

Bari twirled the halberd between her fingers seveal times like a baton, each twirl sending out a crescent shaped wave of condensed flame. Using sonido to shoot up into the sky above him she held out the index finger of her free hand and fired a golden colored cero down towards him from above. "He's not taking me seriously." She said under her breath followed by a giggle. "That is his fatal flaw."

Sojiro looked up and smiled, raising his hand. A dark blue cero formed and fired, colliding with Bari's. "i dont think you understand Bari...in this form, i am both arrancar and soul reaper...i contain the power of both..."he said as he held his other hand out. "hado #33: Sokatsui"he said, firing the kido at her. He smiled kindly, hoping she would dodge. He hadnt taken this form in a long time, it felt nice to use it for her. He wondered if they were now equal in power.

Bari saw the blue fireball heading towards her, holding out her hand she caught the kido spell and it became smaller and smaller until it went out. Bari's power was command over all aspects of the element of fire, this included heat as well. She had absorbed all the heat from the fireball until it went out. Looking down at Sojiro in his new form she just simply laughed. "Believe it
or not I'm very smart. I've done my homework and I know you hybrids can't
hold your masks or that form for long. Fighting someone of my strength will
ware you out in no time." Bari once again twirled her halberd between the fingers of her right hand but this time instead of fire it shot out multiple golden bala in all directions as it rained down upon him.

Sojiro smiled and attempted to dodge the bala. He misjudged his positioning and was struck by one, sending him crashing into the ground. He took multiple other hits as well. Sojiro felt the pain of being hit by each one, staggering to his feet. "then you must understand...why i cant afford to waste any more time, right?"he said, smiling as blood caked the left side of his face. He sheathed the sword, it would only get in his way. "i hope your good at martial arts Bari...otherwise your in for some hell..."he said as he shunpo'd in front of her. Sojiro smirked and shunpo'd out of her sight, attempting to strike her from behind. He let loose a constant barrage of blows, attempting to land at least one strike. He then flapped his wings, creating a large whirlwind in an attempt to blow her away.

After receiving the blows and then being blown away by Sujiro, Bari held out her halberd, like an Olympian about to throw a javeline. The halberd grew red-hot, like a brand new sword being brought out of a forge. She aimed very carefully towards Sojiro so that she wouldn't miss, but if she did her plan would still go into action. "Lanza del fuego!" She said as the true attack was now fully charged. She threw it at great speeds and charged with enough firepower to have the same results as Ulquiorra's Lanza del relampago. ((Could've told me you edited it >.< ))

Sojiro's eyes widened as the halberd was launched at him. He couldnt dodge, knowing it would destroy karakura town. Sojiro glared at Bari and rolled like he was going to dodge, grabbing onto the halberd and flipping as he tried to throw it back. Sojiro felt his hands burning as he gripped the halberd, but he paid it no attention. He hurled the halberd back at Bari, then pointed at her. "cero oscuras"he said as he fired a black and blue cero at her. He was running out of time, he needed to damage her before he turned back to normal. He stood where he was, panting. He prayed the attacks hit their mark, though he didnt know who he was praying to. Shinigami didnt have a god to pray to.

Seeing her attack returned to her really pissed her off. She moved out of the way allowing the halberd to slip by and detonate behind her. She was too busy laughing at the carnage to care about the cero oscuras. As she was struck she fell from the sky and hit the ground hard leaving a crater where she landed. "My hierro is cracked, I'm bleeding." She said with anger in her voice while the smoke and debris was still around her. But this fit of anger soon turned into a sinister laugh, her eyes could be seen glowing red through the smoke. "Is that the best you can do? If this is all the soul society has to offer, then
the human world will become the newest territory of the espada." From the moment she had released her sword Bari had been purposely sending attacks in the wrong direction and setting various buildings on fire. Even the temperature of the battlefield got hotter, all lead up to this moment. A vacuum like wind started to surround Bari, pulling in all the flame and heat emitting from the battlefield into her body. "It was inevitable!" She then continued to cackle like a mad woman. "Not only did you help me
become significantly stronger but you and your soul reaper friend brought
about your undoing." As the smoke cleared Bari's body was emitting vasts amounts of spiritual pressure and waves of heat. "My aspect of death
is fury! The more fighting, violence and anger there is around me the
stronger I become! There's no way you alone can defeat me now!"Bari held out her finger once more in a taunting fashion at Sojiro. "Come!"

Sojiro sighed. He had one last attack in him, but it was risky. He glared at Bari and shattered the holkowfication on his sword arm. His bankai reappeared as he took an offensive stance. "oh? Bari, what number espada are you? And what rank am i? Considering im just a lieutenant and i did this to you, what do you think a captain can do?"he asked. Sojiro twisted his sword and looked at it sadly. "looks like we have no choice Tsunadora...its time for the true last resort..."he said. He looked at Bari, wondering if he would get the chance to strike her. He lunged at Bari, the area around him freezing even in the intense heat. He attempted to stab Bari, any part of her would do for what he intended. "Toketsu Tsunadora..."he said, glaring at her. His mood suddenly changed as he gave her a sorrowful smile. He hadnt wanted to use this at all.
