While Ken normally did not have the fastest reaction time the confusion of the men would be just enough for him to take care of business.

'Oh son of a...' Ken thought looking at the men, quickly grabbing what few leaves he kept with him in a pouch after learning the technique and taking them in his mouth before unleashing the flaming leaves at the nearest target and slamming his hands together to blind the next man taking out the two blind members with a quick caligraphic slice to both their arms with enough force that he believed they would be unable to use their weapons.

Knives would move quickly in a zig sag motion, which if need be would include using the walls in the alley given the little room he had in the alley, with this pattern he would throw his two knives at two of the other men aiming at their strange weapons to knock them out of their hands, and sweeping their feet out from under them hoping that they would knock their heads against the ground to incapacitate them.

The final opponent would have had enough time to get shots off at Knives but Ken had anticipated this and hoped he would move just quick enough to dive at the man sliding upon his knees. He would take his sword and swung it up right at the mans hands knocking the blade from his hands and with the use of his Extension he would slice at the final man's face to cut the skin. This would all be followed by him flipping his sword in his hands to knock the man across the face with enough force to knock him out cold with the hilt of his sword.

The two guards that should have been still conscious would feel the wrath of the man they called Knives with a cold hard punch to the face of the other, this man would be the one to get off easy. His buddy would be grabbed bu Knives and thrown against the wall as he let out a scream of rage upon throwing the guard.

He hissed "Even my blade will not save me?" he spat upon the ground before he would pick up his blades and survey the bodies of those he had just dealt with.

Kamiya was confused about what had just transpired. hadn't he just saved a fellow suna nin? and why was he in a dumpster below where the tag had been? things were making little sense. and how could he have passed at failing? what did he fail? these things weighed heavilly on his mind but now was not the time to find their answers. pulling himself out of the foul smelling rubbish bin he stumbled out of the alleyway onto the adjacent street in hopes of finding an ally.

Punching his one fist into his palm Manny grit his teeth. Waking up he snapped his byakugan back on and jumped to his feet.

Alvard reacted to his return to consciousness the way any trained agent would: He remained perfectly still, eyes open just a crack and ears listening to build a picture. Seconds later, he would spring to his feet in one fluid motion, a kunai in each hand and ready to assault someone if need be.

Even though the Genjutsu was over, Kin was still unconsciousness. The threads from his body, however, were whipping about as he laid on the ground. Seeing San dead really messed up his mind.

_ Shiroi closed her eyes tightly as she continued to run, until she collided with the outer shell of the orb which caused her to stagger back just a bit before falling flat on her bottom. She paused as she looked at the orb from her now seated position; the mysterious man told her to move the James before detonating the explosive, there was most likely good reason for it. She needed to find away to move James away from the orb or at least shield him for the force of the explosion. Her first idea was to simply attempt to push the orb containing James away from the central orb. She stood up and pushed against the orb in an attempt to move it away from the central orb, the main cause of the chaos which plagued the area. If this didn't work, Shiroi had another idea in mind that she would try.

Doc was caught really off guard when i noticed that the mans arm ligaments didn't break when he cut the psychos wrists. Doc could tell that this person wasn't real, for a real person would have their arm ligaments broken from that attack. With Docs medical knowledge he knew that he certainly couldn't use just a regular attack to beat him. Doc summoned up another clone to help him. "Why should I give you chakra? How can you beat this thing?" Doc said.

Knives would not go down without a fight, and a fight he would give them! Knives quick blade cut the two he was aiming for well, but the technique it self was not strong enough to cut to bone. However, the speed and swiftness of the warriors blade would send blood flying through the air as the two arms were nearly skinned, and they promptly fell into shock. His idea ot move in a zig zag manner would prove to be very effective, and insightful, as the man unloaded a torrent of kunai that seemed to be rapidly launched from the end of the weapon. what the hell kinda weapon was this!!! Knive's thrown kunai would quickly hit the front end, and cause the first persons weapon to jam. The other persons weapon was not so lucky, and it exploded in a burst of orange, sending bits and parts of the attacker all over the alley way. Not ofset by the blast, due to superb ninja timing, the other individual would be swept off of his feet, distracted by the now non existent man, and promptly knock his head on the ground as he fell. Despite his fast reflexis, the final attacker would have the same fate, the extension technique going clear through his body, leaving a bloody freaking mess. Where were his comrades? Were they attacked in a similar manner?

The Bat sage would move quickly, checking on Al, Kin, Manny, and Kamiya, using his ever appearing cape to glide around the area like he himself was given the ability to fly. "Are you guys okay? What happened in your genjutsu? We need to find the others, and find them fast!" Manny would notice doc through his byakugan, the fat his mind seemed concious, and his chakra was telling him he was stuck in a genjutsu. If he would move his vision throughout the area, he would see Ken had just defended himself, and shiroi trying to pull james away, who's chakra also said he was stuck in a genjutsu. Yet his vision also picked up 4 more individual chakra sources, coming from the cardenal directions surrounding the group, high on top of the the other towers. Manny wouldnt know these chakra sources....These four individuals would then each unleash bursts of kunai down to the group in a surprise attack!

Shiroir would find that the adrenaline of the scenario would enable her to continually drag jame's body away until she was on the other side of the tower from the genjutsu causing orb. She would guess that she was out of the blast radius, and by detonating whatever the bat sage had given her, would help save these citizens from a very bad fate. However, she would have to have faith and detonate the device....

Inside inception

The lady looked at Doc, and without missing a beat almost spat out the sentence she spoke. "It doestn seem you have much of a choice now does it! You cant defeat this thing, and i know how to! Quick before we both die!" The psycho began to charge, really limiting the time he would have to make a decision....

Knives breathed heavily swinging his blade free of blood and looking at the chaos he had just caused before getting on the radio. "Where the hell is everyone?" He picked up one of the weapons and carefully handled it as he had no freaking clue how to use it but perhaps someone would out of those two new characters they had met. Knives started heading away from the ally the conflict had just happened. He needed to find his team for now was definitely not the time to be alone given whatever weapons this new enemy seemed to have.

When Kin finally woke up, the threads went back into his body. He was relieved that they were out of the jutsu because he had got his a** kicked. He turned his radio on and heard someone speaking. "Kin here, I'm with Al."

"Kin, it's Knives. What the hell is going on and where the hell is everyone. I've just been attacked by five enemies with whatever odd weapons they have." He said into the radio taking a moment to clam himself and listening for the sound of whatever new weapons might be used elsewhere. "What's happened to everyone else and I need a location, given whatever these new things are being alone split is not what we need now."

_ Shiroi was a bit surprised that physical force was enough, or rather her physical force was enough the move James. She continued to move him until she believe they were both far enough for the range of the explosive. With one final push Shiroi moved James behind a near by wall. Once James was behind the wall Shiroi joined him sitting down next to him to catch her breath. She closed her eyes, this would be it; the explosive device given to her by the mysterious man would destroy and orb and free the citizens below or so she hoped. Shiroi formed the hand seals that the mysterious man had showed her to detonate the explosive that she placed on the final orb.

Doc finally just gave up on trying to keep her out of the whole issue with this character. Doc went down to one knee and said, "Ok, just hold on one sec." As Doc spoke to the lady, one of his clones quickly stepped in between the two and the psycho, while the other clone got behind him. Doc clapped his hands together once to warm them up, then made the hand signs. Doc put his hands over the lady and held them there while he focused his chakra in to her.

The two clones noticed that the psycho began to charge at them. The clone in front sprinted then jumped at the psycho's upper body, while the clone behind sprinted and jumped aiming for the backs of the knees. This would hopefully buy Doc a lot more time to help the lady.

noticing the barrage of kunai coming from the towers kamiya backed into the alley to use the walls as shields from the barrage. also seeing the bat sage having gone over his head he figured everything was back to normal. he would wait for the barrage to hit before leaving the alleyway to head in the direction that the bat sage had gone. the first suna nin he came across he would stick with so that he at least had someone to talk to.

Manny did in fact notice that his ally was in a genjutsu and even worse it seemed that most of the team was effected! On top of that four strange enemies were charging down on them and firing! It was all up to Manny now. Save the team, beat the enemy, eat food, AND not necessarily in that order.
Manny spun in a circle as he tossed eight kunai and a chicken wing into the air grabbing the kunai as they began to fall he tossed on explosive tags and whipped them at the enemy's kunai setting the charges to ignite on contact. Grabbing the chicken in his mouth Manny chewed it down in seconds and whipped the bone at Doc's head then charged for the enemy in the northern tower.
The others would have to break free while Manfread held off the enemy. He wasn't gonna hold their hands and coddle them, so they would have to find their own way out of the genjutsu.
