The senshi of Meteors grinned, he could always get a rise out of Alcyone. "Yes, boss! I will make sure to tell you how awesomely you fill out that fuku some other time. Also, I'll mark down to give you some extra leg compliments for the inconvenience." He gave her another salute, knowing he was going to get yelled at again.
His silver eyes flickered to the new senshi who jumped in and he nodded in greeting. The more the merrier right? "Hey, new girl. Wanna help us kick some Nega-a**?" Smiling a little crazily he gave her a thumbs up before he jumped into the fray, kicking out at the closest Nega, which happened to be Wolframite.

The Negaverse soldiers were too close to the bird now, and Cancer figured that the cat protecting his body wouldn't hold out very long.
They were losing. Badly.
Since it seemed to be the thing of the day, she pushed herself forward, her gaze levelling on Uranophane and Zink.
"Cat girl.... use your damn wings and fly the stupid bird out of the fray before we end up in a pile of bodies for nothing." She was talking to Cora. Most of the negas immediately around them didn't seem to be flying.
"And you, stupid bird, figure it out before all of us die trying to protect you!" She glared hauntily at the pidgeon. It was clear she wasn't expecting to be in here much longer.
She focused again on the negas. She barely had enough energy left to stand and talk, let alone do anything useful. She was here by sheer force of will alone. But what a will that was.
Her tiara glowed as the symbol of her constellation shone beneath as Cancer drew more power than she probably had. Cancer was not the kind of person who gave up because her mana was depleted. Cancer didn't give up.
"Guarding Barrier." She was pointing at Zink. Her bubble would prevent him from attacking, at least for a little while, and that could buy the cat-girl the time needed to talk the bird and escape.
Cancer fell to her knees breathing heavily. How did you know it was only a dream? She felt like she was going to die. Her arms and legs shook with exhaustion, her bruised and battered body shuddering with its limit. She couldn't even attack any more.

"Your wish...is my command." Zink's eyes flashed with something that couldn't even quite be called malice, just intense focus, concentration, perhaps he even thought what he was doing was on some kind of odd level...merciful.
"It will hurt so much less so soon little bird...SO soon."
He grappled roughly with Quail
"SO sorry Senshi, you can't twist him up to your own devises... we'll take him from you first!"
And then the shield snapped into place... he -swore- a hiss of words that streamed sibilant through tight lips.
"Uranophane... Wolfram...Faya..SOMEONE... just FINISH this... if nothing else we keep the bird FROM them..." his eyes blazed.

With a groan, the Captain rose to his knees, and brushed the dirt and grass from his body and face. He in turn smudged blood as well, and wrinkled his nose when he saw his wet hand. Great. Wiping it on his pants, he rose up and got up to his feet, feeling stiff as he pushed himself up. There was still a fight, and Zink and Uranophane weren't going to lead the team on their own. The call out to him from Zink made Wolframite smile and wave his hands to show he was fine and just needed a breather. As for Fayalite, he was glad to see her. "Good to see you around." He said, not having met her but hearing of her through the grapevine.
Tasting blood in his mouth, he moved and started to head back to Uranophane and Zink, making up for the distance he was blasted away.

(( MK is taking sinons first hit, but we can duke it out now syu? XD ))

Fayalite did not really have a chance to get in another word edgewise when it came to this fight, she and wolframite were being mobbed. Guarding their two comrades whom had taken the most damage already, they two were still able to fight and DAMN if she was not going down without one.
Glancing towards one of the senshi whom had just hit wolf, it seemed their eyes met. "Bring it on Senshi trash." She growled at Sinon bright pink eyes flaming. She ran forward some to meet the senshi half way, swinging her Lantern pole in greeting.

Leave it to Orion to hit on her during the peak of a battle.
"NOT. EVER. ORION!" She roared, resisting the urge to face palm. Sure, she loved receiving compliments from time to time, but Orion was entirely too relentless for his own, even after her own vocal rejections. Besides, she'd much prefer to receive them by another member of their team, of whom Alcyone was relieved to know was never apart of this fray.
She turned to find Uronaphane reaching with a hand of death, and angrily, she dodged away from Wolframate and Fayalite in order to dig her sandal's heel into the mad scientist's hand. "I won't let you!" She hissed.

Sinon grappled with Fayalite. “Sinon! It’s Sinon!” she called out to Orion as she attempted to twist the lieutenant’s arms. “Done and done, by the way!” She briefly chuckled before her expression turned serious as she began to focus on Fayalite. "Trash? Look who's talking."
However, the sight of Uranophane plunging an arm into Quail’s chest caused Sinon’s eyes to widen. “S-Sinon White Lies!” She quickly brought up a hand and called out her attack, hoping the white strings to entangle around Uranophane.

Her hand closed on something tangible. Uranophane's eyes lit up with delight, casting a knowing glance at Zinkenite... imagine the potential that could come from the star seed of an Elysion guardian! It wasn't a human star seed, and it wasn't quite a sailor crystal either: it had its own distinct energy, and the Captain immediately knew that there was some sort of hidden potential just waiting to be tapped from it.
The visions of grandeur that game with it, unfortunately, were interrupted by a sandaled foot smacking into her wrist. Uranophane wailed in pain as her hand was forced away from her prize, glowering at the senshi who had dealt the blow.
"And I won't let you get in our way!" she responded through gritted teeth, still rubbing her wrist. Her hand drew back to throw a punch at the girl but she was quickly stopped by a net of magical white threads wrapping around her arms, binding them together.

"I dont think so!" Fayalite growled, charging at Sinon once more, attempting to punch the senshi to try and distract her. Though the attack was sent off too late towards uphane... Fayalite could at least attempt to stop the senshi from doing it again. "Try and pick on someone your OWN size, shall we dumpster diver?" She refused to call the senshi by her name, to faya she WAS trash.

Orion frowned, taking a minute he didn't have in the battle to put both hands over his heart. "C'mon, Alcy, you're breaking my heart over here." He backed up from the fight again, pumping his wings to gain a bit of height to observe the battlefield.
He watched as Alcyone attacked the Captain he was growing to hate, debating joining that fight. After a moment he decided against it, the senshi of storms could take care of herself, and if he used his attack she'd get hit with it too.
He set his silver eyes back on the battlefield, searching for an opponent.

She was punched in the side, but at least Sinon managed to squeeze in her attack. Sinon would have looked to see if her threads met their mark, but she switched her attention to the pain in her torso. Seething, she held her side with one hand while the other hand reached out towards Fayalite’s arm. “Gladly. I’ll even start it!” hissed Sinon before she bent down and forcefully dragged down the lieutenant.

The boy was down and looked like hell. Bleeding, bruised, and almost bended over in pain, the damage wouldn't keep him in the game long. Wolfy planned to make that sooner. While he was keeping an eye on Uranophane and Zink, he looked away for just a moment to get back at Quail. The little pest had thrown that blast right at him and he was sore all over, not to mention his eye patch was soaking up the blood now from his cut forehead. Everything was sore and he was sure to have massive bruises from it all. He even felt sore now.
He wanted to carve the boy to pieces, and he against summoned his weapon from where it had fallen out of his hands from before. It returned, happily, and Wolframite swung his weapon at Quail.

Fayalite brought out her lantern and Sinon tensed, expecting the weapon to smash her, but instead the lieutenant had the audacity to turn and smash Quail instead. “Hey! I’m right here!” she barked, her grip on Fayalite’s arm tightening as she aimed a punch at the brunette’s gut.

There was a genuine feeling of triumph as Faya's weapon sailed through the air, almost seeming destined to deal the final blow on the field's unfortunate guardian -- but it seemed there was one last act of desperation to be made, as Cora the guardian cat dove in and blocked the hit with her body, sending the pole scattering harmlessly to the ground near the Negaversers surrounding Quail's Eye.
Unfortunately, said act of desperation came far too late.
Captain Uranophane, her hands still immobilized, lashed out with her good foot to drag Fayalite's weapon closer -- and she nudged neurotically to Zinkenite, who quickly reached over to pick it up. The staff was foreign in his hands, but it would serve its purpose well enough... and just for the sake of taking out some of his anger for the day, Wolframite closed his fingers around it as well -- and down it plunged, straight into Quail's abdomen.
