West rolled his eyes at all the arm patting and looping that was going on. Still, he didn't discourage Hadiyya from clinging. He knew it wouldn't get him anywhere.
"She'wus fine." They all had been fine. He stared off at nothing for a moment, remembering how strange it had felt to die and end up back in that infirmary, everything inside him twisted and broken. Normally, broken things were fun, but his pain had been tainted by the desire for revenge. The demon's morbid reverie was interrupted by Braum's attempts at scaring off his new BFF, the incredibly dense reindeer.
Glancing down at Yaya for a moment, West grunted at her proclamation, then gave a sharp nod. Surely having his arm used as a ghoul hanger couldn't be any worse than serving as a pony for the sloth demon. How had he ended up surrounded by such a bunch of weirdos?

Alwine looked at Hadiyya and West, Belladonna and Braum... it was all so sweet! Granted, she didn't even notice West's reaction to the whole thing.
With a sigh she looked over to Barth, and then looked down at her feet. A hug wouldn't hurt, would it? It was just all this JOY... it was festering in the air. Even if she couldn't breathe.
Alwine walked over to the boil and gently touched him on the arm. His coat was soft, no wonder he was always falling asleep. She rested her neck on his arm and watched the battle... of the couples AND the reindeer.

She held the brightly colored wrath demon's gaze until he gave a sharp nod, then turned back to watch Braum finish his, er.. battle with the deer. Compared to her run in with the snowman, that had been down right tame. Still, she felt some praise were in order. Shifting her arm around West's, she gave her best friend a short burst of soft, though enthused applause before reclaiming her grip. "Good show, Braum."
It was about then she notice the new comer. Was he new? She hadn't noticed him until that moment, so perhaps? She certainly noticed him now. Those droopy eyes, that horrid posture. She disapproved, and yet.. Something about him reminded her of herself.
She offered him a little wave and a smile, then turned up to West, giving his arm a tug. "A friend of yours?" A single dark brow arched, clearly implying that he should get making with the introductions, and that it had been rude of him not to have done so already.

Beejoux The demoness had ceased in hugging the pink haired boil, but did not wander too far. No, she placed a hand softly on on his arm. What with battles springing up all over, and realizing she seemd to have more friends then she'd ever really realized, she wasn't about to simply wander away from him now that she'd found him. The scowl he'd aimed at her had absolutely no effect on the benign smile she offered up to him, or her penchant for being a clingy little thing.
To his mumbled question she couldn't help but laugh. Free hand darting up to stifle over dark lips. "Yes, that is indeed pumpkin pie." She was hit with a fabulously amusing visual of that ringtone going off in the middle of Braum being all authoritative. It brought about a renewed chorus of giggling.
"Does it?" She mused at West's off hand comment. Glancing from his deepening scowl to the bickering duo and the reindeer that was attempting to cozy up to them. "He's just scared for her." She gave the boil's shoulder a pat before looping her arm around his. Braum was occupied, and she was not going to wander about christmas town on her own.
"I suppose this means you're with me, for now." She grinned, and there was the tiniest flicker of something dark swimming about the ocean blue of her eyes as she looked back up at the avarice demon. It seemed that another straggler, perhaps a friend of the earlier deer, had decided it wanted to be in Yaya's group as well! At least based on the close looming and the bambi-eyes. HP: 6

It made her stiffen, dainty fingers curling into tense little fists as she VIVIDLY recalled the last time she'd had a run in with one of the inhabitants of this jack forsaken place.
Her next move lacked a certain amount of dignity and grace, but she was -stressed-! Jerking back from the deer she let out a shill, panicked little yelp as she made a grab for Westus again. A single slippered foot kicking out at the deers nose.
...The resulting feel of impact and sickening crunch of cartilage -did- make her feel a little bad. "Oh.. sorry. I..um." Hadiyya's HP 17 Damage done 6(Looming Bambi eyes are love. And now she feels bad for beating it up. Post traumatic stress, anyone?)

"Bartholomew Mudd," Barth volunteered for the graceful and pretty demon. "Not my err, full name, of course. Good man, you've attached yourself to there."
He didn't add carried me over a mountain for two days, but West's reputation was solid as far as Barth was concerned.
"And this is...um...err....Alwine," he added, as the ghoul attached herself to him.

It took West a moment - once he had registered what had just happened - to work up a response. Mostly he was just snerking and snorting, until he finally let out a pleased guffaw. "Dun be sorry. Tha' was... tha'was beautiful." He bent slightly at the waist, resting a hand on his thigh, then straightened and wiped a tear of JOY... no wait, joy from his eye.
He nodded and pointed at Barth instead of answering on his own, a smirk still lingering on his lips. "Yeah, whatt'he said."

The "battle" over, Yaya was left to gather up what remaining dignity she had. The yelp had been unexpected, and in her own opinion, uncalled for. She blamed the cigar smoking snowman from the mountains for that particular fight or flight response. He'd managed to work her over painfully before she had finally managed to best him, and apparently that combined with her serious lack of sleep within the last week was giving her an alarming and somewhat embarrassing case of post traumatic stress disorder.
As the deer fled, the marid gave her multiple layers of clothing a slight tug before smoothing away any unsightly wrinkles. A rather futile endeavor, but the gesture was a habitual one.
She turned back to the little group she'd joined, and reclaimed her place on West's arm, fingers tightening perhaps a little more then was necessary, but other then that the ghoul was set on pretending that her little duel with the reindeer hadn't just happened.
"Bartholomew, it's nice to meet you. I'm Hadiyya." She gave a small flick of her wrist in the direction of the raum still speaking with Belle. "That's Braum."
She did her best to ignore West and his doubled over in state, but a betraying little twitch was beginning to tug at one corner of her lips. She HAD felt bad about breaking the deer's nose, but there was no denying it had been one hell of a shot.

"Oh Hecate, you're hurt!" Belladonna very nearly shouted, now it her turn to fuss over the boil who had she known was thinking of her as his 'ghoulfriend' already, would have probably fussed a teensy bit more. "Hold still and let me patch you up, ok?" She asked, ripping off a long strip of her skirt and presenting it to the boil. "That was a lovely fight. I'm very glad you got rid of him so quickly." It didn't take long for her to start tying the strip around his waist, having to dig around inside his coat and getting rather close which resulted in her turning a bright shade of red. "I fought a yeti, you know."
It seemed rather important to the witch to let Braum know that even though he wanted to take care of her, she could at least take care of herself if he wasn't around. "And I got a nice hit on the ninja. But the yeti went down faster." A long pause ensued when she looked around at the others introducing themselves. "Alwine and Barth, and Rain is over there! And Siliya too. We're all good friends, same train, you know..."
Another pause before she finished, inspecting her work for a moment before straightening and looking Braum straight in the eyes. "I suppose now we should talk?" A small smile touched her mouth, because honestly she didn't mind him scolding her. It rather showed how much he cared and Belladonna was starting to feel she was caring a great deal as well.

Despite being so preoccupied with herself after the encounter with a dead elf to answer any of Belladonna's questions, Colette took a quick notice to whatever had grabbed the witch and spun her around. There was too much black to be anything from the area itself, and she just blinked in quick though. Oh, him.
She sort of remembered the boil from Dash Dating. Sort of. Mainly what he did before departing from Belladonna's table, and it then occurred to her that this was probably the important someone that Belladonna had been sending a message to during the big tree ambush. Colette kept an eye on the, what appeared to be angry, boil and her companion Belladonna, but inched back a little. It was none of her business and a tad awkward.
At the sight of another figure heading in her direction, Colette had tensed up alittle. It was Hadiyya, and Colette was just basically cuddling an elf corpse not too long ago. She hoped she didn't look contaminated and tried to stay back, desiring to ensure Hadiyya didn't notice any signs of said elf corpse contact, but it was futile. Colette didn't have the nerve to back away from the ghoul anyway, because Colette knew if someone did that to her she'd be a tad insulted herself.
When Hadiyya flicked off the tinsle, Colette's face flushed in embarassment. She had missed something and the ghoul had to get it off for her. Such a thing made the Reaper think she looked messy and helpless. Colette was about to give her greeting and express how glad she was that the Marid was alright when awful deer started showing up, and she took her chance to slink off to the side once again while they were attacking.
She stood alone, about five feet in distance from the group, and blinked while looking at the entire group. Hopefully no one could really tell how 'dirty' she was from here, even if most of it was just in her mind. Colette had her arms folded and snug against her chest, some sort of anti-cold and don't-notice-me-too-much habit, and spoke a little louder to be heard from such a distance. "Um.. Nice job with those Reindeer." Though she knew Braum would probably be distracted with Belladonna and not notice, Colette hoped Hadiyya wouldn't really notice either for sake of more uncleanliness being found on her person.

It seems they have. The news of them finally getting out of the Icy Path was pleasant to Kilometer, though this did not mean they were Scott free. His eyes widened before squinting due to all the brightness and color that filled Christmas Town. What was with this unjackly joy?
Sitting quietly upon LWs back Kilometer tried to get a better grasp of the area and simply looked around. It was too... happy, for his tastes. Simply looking was ideal for him. He had no desire to touch anything. "This place is so..." Kilometer started to say but lacking a good word for what he was trying to explain.
"I wonder what direction everyone headed in." ChristmasTown was to joy filled and it was messing with whatever senses Kilometer had. He was not quite enjoying this. Then again, it was better then being frozen in the icy snow.

The path seamed to warm up more as he trod along into Christmas town. It was bright and JOYFUL- something that he didn't hate...but he necessarily didn't like all to much either. He could see the other CCL students up ahead. Thank goodness he'd caught up to them. He thought he had lost them all in the Icy Path. Well nothing to do now but try and get himself into a group and maybe steal some Christmas presents for himself.

Jamais watched others get into fights, she was hanging back waiting on Basil to catch up. She frowned looking for her ghoul friend. Her tail flickered as she choose to sit on a bench that looked like peppermint.
Everything here had an interesting minty and ginger smell to it. Maybe because it was christmas town, but whatever the reason it didn't seem like a bad idea to come.
