Kei gave a rather loud laugh as he lifted his fingers to the caller around his neck “Well the thing about death, is that it’s never permanent.” Fingers moved around to the metal clasp and with a click it slid open. The leather strap fell to the ground and his power flared. Not only had that collar hidden the circular scar aorund his neck but it also kept his new power in check and without it one could feel his energy flowing in the air almost dangerously. It was not lightning no he had learned his lesson there but when he died, he had gotten a new power, one that even he didn’t understand quite yet.
He once again tapped his sword on his shoulder. With this new ability, this new power he was sure he could fare well in a fight with either Dark or Hokyo, and that made him a little more confident, but not stupid. If anything, he had learned how to think when he died. That Blake woman had saved him and with this second life, he would make sure to take care of those who stood in his path. “oh, and Daton’s dead, so I got a promotion. After you are dealt with I will have to go take care of his killer.” At those words he glanced over at Dark. He didn’t quite know yet but he had a feeling. He would stop later and look into the past to see who it was, but for now he would just let his suspicions rest.

Yunari finished putting up the smaller barriers. She was glad to have Bandi’s help because it made things go faster. Once that was out of her way she returned to the battle field once more. Only what she laied eyes on, frightened her. It was a man, only she wasn’t sure he could be considered a man. The way his flames harmed everything. Was he on their side? She couldn’t tell because his over all composure said bad guy even while he took out the bad guys. One of the soldiers was trying to retreat and the man fallowed. This fire user killed without remorse, ended lives without a second thought. He had to be stopped. Yunari would not see senseless slaughter even if they were the enemy. So she moved quickly, sprinting and taking up a place in the man’s path.
As before she placed her fingers to her lisp and pulled her fingers down before jerking her hand to the left. The flame fallowed in a whip like fashion and she snapped the flames at the fire user’s feet. Then she picked up one of the discarded swords and held it tightly with one hand. “ I don’t know who you fight for, but to slay a man who is running in fear holds no honor.”

War was something Ray understood. Fighting was second nature to her. So she attacked, she pulled free her cursed sword. It cried for blood and she would grant it’s wish. She moved in to the crowd, mixing in without a problem and slicing down people who attacked her. At her sides two rather large beasts formed from the shadows. One looked like a wolf and the other like a lion. They stood at her sides and when she gave the command “Sick ‘em” They ran onto the field and began to attack people without discrimination. She did however have to pull on the invisible strings to keep them from attacking the people who were ‘on their side’
So with a bit of convincing the beasts only went after those who were of Daton’s army but none the less they didn’t discriminate between people of that group.

Adam stopped looking straight at the women as she lashed fire next to his feet infront of him. He stood their holding his sword onto his shoulder leaning his head back staring into the sky then back to her. "You choose you're fate by choosing to fight." His ice blue eye's stared her down, as he watched her hold onto a dead mans sword. He took a breath only to be able to see it come out like the air had suddenly changed, tempature was dropping quickly freezing metal, clothes people. All but him as he stood their untouched, his arua steaming off his body coming off like fire. "I am worse then Death himself, and you choose you're fate by fighting in this battle. Attack at you're own risk." He stood their not moving only watching every movement that surronded them, waiting for anything to come his way..

Yunari felt her eyes close slightly. She pitied this man. She closed them, first the green eye and then the blue eye. How did one deal with such a man? She felt like she knew him but at the same time she didn’t know how she could know such a violent creature. In one hand the sword in the other, the whip of flame. She held two different paths. So she turned the sword over and stabbed it back into the ground, chosen her fire over the weapon of men. “You have it all wrong.” She opened those multi-colored eyes again and lifted her hand. She pulled it up across her chest and let out a soft sigh. “I do not fight for my fate. I fight for theirs. One should never shed blood for something as selfish as themselves.”
And she thrust her hand out and down causing the flame like whip to snap at the man again and then begin to circle him in an attempt to grab the creature. She could not let this man keep fighting as he was or else both sides would suffer unnecessarily. As the leader of the rebels, she had a duty to protect them.

He stood in the same spot not moving one inch letting her whip grab ahold of him still staring at her with those blue eye's. No care in the world for what could happen to him at this very moment. Only breathing softly and calmly. The whip was perfectly tight around his body not being able to ecape from his foe. Adam started walking towards her slowly one foot at a time, staring into her colored eye's. "So you've choosen you're fate then?" he spook in concern for what she was choosing.

The blond woman could only tilt her head and smile. “ I choose what ever will cause the less destruction. Death is not a toy and we are not it’s messengers. Every life is precious and to let you go ending it in such a manner… I can’t let you.” She pulled her arm up to make sure the loop was tight. He was walking towards her, which she didn’t understand but she would stay on guard. He was strong, maybe even stronger then the people she had fought in the past. Ray was close by but not close enough to release their true abilities. She was at half power as it was. She could see the look in his eyes, it was sadness, or maybe concern? She couldn’t pinpoint it exactly but she was slightly worried as to what he might be thinking. However, she had something to protect, she had many things to protect and this man, well he was going to kill everyone, with no rhyme or reason or even a side. She would show mercy to the enemy and the same meant to him, she didn’t want to kill him if it was unnecessary. But she tightened her hold moving so both her hands tightened on the flaming weapon. It was just a weapon though, she did not let her flames burn anyone, they were just warm, like sitting close to a camp fire. “If I must, then stop you I will.”

"As you wish my lady." He did not stop walking towards her, he could feel heat from her body, her smell from her neck. The blood pulsing in her vains to her heart. It felt so good to be alive once again, he could feel everything and sense the smells of life. Memories flashed threw his mind once again but still nothing he could recall. It triggered his anger then quickly as he was there infront of her walking he vanished out of her tight fire whip appearing right behind her throwing his elbow straight for her neck then spinning kick towards her back. Still holding his huge sword onto his shoulder like it weighed nothing but not using it on her was no intent of his... At least not yet anyway he thought to himself..

The woman managed to duck in time to avoid the elbow but that did nothing for the kick, which sent her flying. She hit the ground and rolled a few times before coming to a stop. That would bruise for sure. She managed to roll onto her stomach and then pulled herself back into a standing position. He was fast. She sure as hell didn’t like that. But the way he moved, the way he attacked, did he really want to do this? She felt a bit shakey at best but she stood her ground and looked up at the male. A little bit of blood managed to drip from the side of her mouth and she wiped it away with the back of her arm. She would have to be serious if she even wished to stop him. “Ray! Get closer.”
The dark haired woman looked up from her fight and complied. She moved across the battle field , but did not stop her fight. She covered a large distance and moved to the blond’s side. With a grin she lifted her hand and then slapped it down on the woman’s shoulder “Don’t say I never did anything for you.” Just like that the two shadow beasts vanished and Ray returned to fighting alone but that was not what this whole thing was about.
That little bit of contact had given Yune what she needed. She had taken her power back from Ray. She felt her strength grow and she let out a sigh as her flames began to form at her feet, turning blue and then dancing around as if they had their own life. “Is there no other path for you to take?” She questioned softly. She brought her hands together in front of her and clasped an invisible hilt. Before her the flames began to form and then stretch out into the form of a sword, he had one so she should carry something right? She grabbed the flaming hilt tighter and it sparked then turned blue as well.

Hokyo looked towards Kei when he spoke, it was not a imposter, the aura around the man left no room for mistake that he might be someone else. Sighing he placed his right hand up into his hair and rubbed it back in order to remove it from his eyes. “I know Daton is dead, I came in honor of my brother.” He spoke calmly which made Dark raise a eyebrow towards him. At this point Hokyo could recall all of his memories including those of the past before time, he never thought things had meant such a thing. Standing there he reached over his head and onto the handle of his sword on his back and smirked towards the others. “I fear Kei I have no interest in speaking to you or the other Generals, I am going to rush the gate now.” He said with a laugh following his tone, and turned on his heel and just as he said he made a mad dash for the gate towards the Capital.
He was faster then before and arrived at the front gate quick enough to see the concern on the soldiers face that were shocked at him. His movement quick as he swung his sword towards the ground and slamming it into the dirt, sparks flying into the ground and there was a moment of silence and then bam, the ground exploded with a mighty force which was covered in a lighting type power, attacking the men sending them forward and the gate was left wide open. Hokyo stood up and glanced at Kei. “I did what I promised to Yune, I opened the gate for them.” He said smugly and turned towards the three men, and looked at them with a smile spreading across his face. “Want revenge for me cutting your head off Kei? I bet that scar hurts you a bit.” He said in order to piss him off.
He glanced at Soma and a look of shame showed on his face. “I am sorry Soma, I fear that in the end I could not fulfill the promise of keeping you safe for your mother, but I am sure Dark will do so just fine.” He spoke quickly in order to avoid getting side-tracked from Kei.

Dark looked at Hokyo oddly, his brother? Hokyo had no family besides that of the people he made and even those seemed not to count for much, he was shocked at how bold Hokyo had been, the man had left them in the dust and attacked first. Hokyo had always been a planner, but this was insane in order to take on the Capital he would need a army. Though in the back of Dark’s mind he could hear a soft voice speaking to him in a laughter tone. ‘Just like our Falo.’ It said and Dark fought back those memories, he had decided they were fake and could not be real. He shivered as he watched the gate and many soldiers were blown away in a single blow, he was in shock really. What had Kei awakened in Hokyo?

Soma’s eyes widened in shock as he watched Hokyo blow away the gate of the Capital, soldiers now lay out in the field and many would die before anyone could reach them. This was the power that the man who had killed his mother, no. His mind began to turn, Daton had ordered it, but if Hokyo had killed her he would’ve struck out against Daton. Soma was sure of this, something inside of him made him feel like Hokyo had nothing to do with the death of his mother. Continuing to stare at Hokyo, he was shocked when he spoke towards him, he took a second to figure out the facts before he excluded that he had to do something. Drawing his weapon he glanced at his father and spun on his heel and struck at Dark, a cold expression on his face. “You killed Daton!” He shouted almost eagerly as though he had waited all he could wait to hold back those words.

Dark was in confusion when his right arm was struck by Soma’s sword, blood gushing into the air. When had his son figured it out? He had done it in order to save more innocent people. His left arm reached for his weapon and blocked a second assault against Soma. “I did!” He said without realizing it, he had not meant to admit it. “But I did it because Daton had killed everyone that I cared about and he did it without quarter for any feeling, he sent people to their death without meaning, in order to only claim his own power over the land, and now he is gone.” Dark spoke sliding one leg back to support against a attack Soma, the boy had a upper hand now with Dark being injured.

Adam smiled at her "Maybe I do but who knows? You just made things alot more interesting!!" He lift his sword off his shoulder holding it with one hand infront of him, gripping tightly to the handle. The writings on the sword began to glow red ist coming off it, His body started to tense tighter making his feet break into the ground. Static formed around his body conecting with his arua that steamed off him. More memories flashed threw his mind and still nothing to recall from, yet again triggering his anger. His eye's fixed onto the woman like a wolf praying on its food he suddenly charged after her with not full force but enough to cause damage in one blow. His sword swung to his side outwards and in his right hand it glowed as a red orb with static forming around it. It grew a little bigger then his hand then pointed it straight at her a ball tossed straight for her that looked kinda small but grew bigger as it came closer to her. He vanished in the air jumping high into the sky coming straight down to her holding his sword still with one hand over his head slamming it down towards her then landing right above her head with it then with his right leg swiftly kicking towards her ribs.

She would not go down that easy. She had absorbed her power from Ray so she was a lot stronger now. She lifted her sword to block and dropped her hand down. A blue orb began to form that slowly grew and enveloped her body. It was like a bubble surrounding her body. When the strange red power approached her, the bubble left her body and wrapped around the power, forcing it out and away from her. Her feet moved a bit and she dodged the knee while her sword held it’s possession to block his. With her hand now free she caused her fire to grow, moving her hands to form little symbols in the air till she had six small flames in the palm of her hand. They circled around forming a ring and she thrust it up towards the male’s chest. “Death is not always the answer, but if you wish it upon yourself, you should find another executioner.” But she had changed the flames, instead of just begin warm, she was letting them burn now, they enveloped her hair, looking like a flaming water like fall behind her back as she brought her foot up to kick the man in the face. She was very agile and she could feel the flame growing.

Keishiro chuckled and he tapped the sword on his shoulder. He listened to Soma and could only shake his head. There had been a reason for bringing that boy a long and now, well now with Dark’s confession, the reason for bringing the boy would be, undoubtedly, clear to the man. He rubbed his neck with his free hand and gave a nod “ I will admit, being beheaded does hurt like hell, but Hokyo I’m not angry about that…. No I have other things for you. I work you up, and now I want the pleasure of killing you. If I do this, then I will be the strongest, and maybe, maybe I can get some of my memories back.” He wanted to remember that precious part in his mind that he had lost when he died.
He knew he was missing it but he couldn’t get it and he figure that Hokyo was the key. He lowered his sword a bit and then brought his fingers to it and flicked the sword. It made a small sound and he smiled “Care to test out my new power?” He flicked the sword again then drew it back and slashed at the air. A strange sound screeched by, cutting a line in the ground and sliding past Hokyo into a tree. The sound continued, cutting the tree in half then pausing before the entire thing turned white and exploded. “I think it’s your turn to die.”

This fight was exciting him then he thought it would, the kick flipped him backwards landing back on his feet ten feet infront of her holding his sword still gripping it. His head was still cocked up towards the sky from the kick she had giving him in his face. He slowly raised his free hand to his face whipping the blood from his lips then licking it with his tounge. His eye's met with hers again as he tilted his head back down and smiled. "To late for death for me my lady." He crouched his sword behind him then launching forward throwing it straight at her as it spun faster gaining closer to her body, now with two hands free to his side his fingers clenched tightly open as red static orbs formed out of his palms shooting up into the sky coming down at her from all sides like rain pouring straight down at her.

Hokyo titled his head towards Kei, but his eyes were on Dark and Soma. Those two, they would need to deal with that matter on their own, but it was hard to believe that Dark had killed Daton, such a different man that he had left. Taking a deep breath he glanced at Kei a bit oddly, his hands tightened around his sword when the blast zoomed past him and into the tree behind him. The tree exploding would be enough to scare many of the soldiers that were still left alive, but Hokyo stood still and a slow chuckle rose from his lips and he looked up at Kei with such fierce green eyes. “The strongest?! Never.” He stated as though the deep accent wasn’t enough of a crude comment towards him.
“You will never be the strongest Kei and neither will I.” His hands tighten again around the sword and he tapped the tip against the ground softly, leaving imprints in the dirt road and a smile spread across his face. “Let me just hit you on the head a few times and see if I can refresh your memories.” He said and sprung forward towards Kei, his sword gripped by both hands as he slide it across the dirty and stepped firmly forward and sliced upwards towards Kei’s chest.

The woman bit her lip and shook her head. There was something wrong with this man. He was missing something vital that she just couldn't place her finger on. She let her sword vanish and clapped her hands together. The fire ball began to form in her hands and just like before it turned blue. The flame grew and she turned, wrapping the flames around her body like a rather large protective blanket. The sword hit first, the way she had moved it nicked her right calf and blood began to ooze down her leg. The blanket of flames protected her from the blasts but not from the sword. She waited and once it was safe to move she turned, brought back her fist, catching all the flame she had just used to protect herself and launched forward. She was faster than before, even with the cut on her leg, which upon further inspection was actually deeper than she thought. She would need stitches, but that was for another day. Once close enough she launched her flaming fist right at the man’s jaw while her body swung around fallowing the punch and bringing up her foot to kick at him again. “it is never to late.”

Kei merely smirked. He felt as if Hokyo was underestimating him and his power. He lifted a hand to his face and let low a whistle. Then he turned the palm down and his hand began to glow softly. The sword came up at him and he stopped it with his hand, the power glowing and whistling around, pushing back on Hokyo’s sword. “You weren’t paying attention Ho~Key~O, I’m different than before. I lost a power, bu I gained a new one.”That was right he could no longer make curses and such. But this new power, oh it was so fun. The light grew brighter, before it exploded, it didn’t bother Keishiro because it was his own power but he was hoping to give Hokyo’s sword a little damage.
But he was still in play mode, he had yet to get serious.

Hokyo was a bit taken back from Kei’s ability to stop his sword, as the explosion occurred Hokyo leaped back and landed softly. Letting his sword fall into one hand he glanced towards the damage on the weapon, it would likely be the weapons finally battle, but he wasn’t about to lose his partner. He gave off a chuckle and flicked his wrist and the sword seemed to bend with his wrist. “Weren’t you listening Kei? I don’t care if you slept with the daughter of a god, I have every intention to kill you.” He said as though he was having a normal conversation with Kei.
Flicking his wrist again, a long slender blue current of lighting traveled down the weapon and zapped into the ground and continued to do this. “Let me ask you Kei, if you could do anything in this world what would it be?” He asked as small sparks collected around his body and a smug smile spread across his face. In a rather crude way the man that stood before Kei resembled more like the Hokyo they had known in the capital all those years, he was a man that was playing with his enemy just as Kei was playing with him.

Keishiro watched as the man before him began to charge, which was the only word he could find for it. “Anything? Well I think I’d be exactly what I am. A creature who will always defy god.” He knew, how could he not know after being dead? It would just be silly for him to not know what he had done to Hokyo and what he had created. He felt the ground begin to shake, it made him laugh because if Hokyo only knew. He pushed his sword into the ground and picked up a rock. “Be careful, your power feeds mine.” He slammed the rock against the sword and the sound began to grow, ringing around him and he smiled as he felt a dark blue light flow over his body. He had never really had his own power and now that he did, he felt the need to use it and Hokyo was the perfect test subject.
He hit the sword again, just listening and then he tilted his head to the side “You’re a smart man, what is lightning’s best friend?”
