Something tells me we're going to end up needing a topic just for the Chrona gender debate. xd
I think that just because Chrona looks so feminine in all the artwork, the author's going to make Chrona male. It's about right for Soul Eater. xd
Also, despite the fact that Medusa referred to Chrona as her daughter when fighting Stein, the word she used was actually closer to "child". It could be translated as "daughter", but it's still gender-neutral.
In other words, we still don't know.
I'm rooting for boy.
