Thorn smiled and nodded
"ya thats a good point, its so fun to be mysterious. and i dont like being depressed it's bad for my skin" Thorn said rubbing her blemish free and ivory colored cheeck.
"and yep , i still have a longgggg time to learn everything i need too" Thorn said smiling.

Gitano felt Suzuka flinch and it snapped him out of his thoughts. He dropped his and started to rub her lower back. "Sorry. Didn't mean to hurt you."
He chuckled a bit. "Try taking a nice long hot bath when we get back. It'll help."
"If it's too keep the secret safe, she'll have to do so," he finished her sentence.
When he felt that all the knots had been worked out he dropped his hands and moved to sit next to Suzuka. "At your leave, M'Lady. What would you like to do now?"

Therin nodded with a smile. "True. It can be fun to be mysterious. Then you can pretend to be anyone you want to be." She cocked an eyebrow at her crack about her skin. "Hmm. I guess that's one good point about being undead. You don't have to worry about your appearance. You're frozen in the shape you were in when you were turned."
She thought a bit for a moment. "True. But there are some things you can't wait for too long to learn."
Suzuka moved her shoulders a little bit. "It's alright. You didn't do it on purpose." She raided her eyebrows at his suggestion. "Huh, never thought of that. It might work. I'll just have to make sure that I don't fall asleep in the tub and drown." She chuckled.
She thought about it for a minute when he moved down beside her. "Hmmm, I don't know. Wanna go back in and check on the girls?"

"oh ya i love trying out different personalitys, and seeing peoples reactions to them and to see which personalitys work the best" Thorn caressed her cheeck again and smiled
"ya its one less worry i have to deal with, and that makes me happy" Thorn said smiling cheefully.Then Thorn looked at Therin with a confused face
"hm ..really like what, like what" Thorn said like a earger curious child.

Gitano streached out his legs in front of him and leaned back on the steps. He looked up at the night sky and smiled. "I asked you what you want to do. Don't go and answer my question with another."

(Sorry this took me so long. Forgot to mention that I'll be gone Thursdays for the rest of the month...)
Thorn's outburst question somewhat startled Therin, and she lost her concentration on the beat for a moment. After a short time, she regained her composure and re-found the beat. "Well, most of it you know, actually. You know, how to choose a 'donor', hypnotizing them, covering your tracks. That sort of stuff. The type of thing that helps to keep the secret of our kind and protects us."
Suzuka groaned playfully and threw her head back before slumping back against the stairs. It was a minute before she replied. "I don't know. I mean, I know we should probably go back inside, but it's such a pretty night out...."

"ya your right i do know how to do all those things, and i get better at them everyday except for tonight and the other night" Thorn said sighing before smiling cheerfully again.

((Thanks for the heads up. Also it's a bit early but next week I won't be able to come on for most of the weekend. I'll remind you all again on Friday))
Gitano nodded, "Indeed it is quite a beautiful night." He looked back over to the door and then up to the night sky.
Suddenly a mischievous smile came across his lips. He stood up, removed the brick, and closed the door. 'I'm going to take Suzuka to one of my favorite spots,' he thought, sending it to the two women inside. 'I'll see you back at the mansion.'
He then walked back to Suzuka and picked her up. Before she could say anything he was on the roof of the club and making his way further downtown. "I hope you don't mind heights, Suzuka," he said.
Shortly he stopped at one of the highest buildings in downtown, which, luckily for him, was a condominium high rise. He made his way to the roof by jumping the balconies. Setting Suzuka down, but holding on to her waist in case her legs gave out, he laughed. "I'm sorry if I scared you by coming here without your consent. But I thought you might like to float in a sea of lights."
He swung his free arm to show her the view. With the stars above and the lights below, it really did look like they were floating in a sea of lights.
((came out a bit longer than expected, but o well. At least you have something to work with, Neptune.))

Thorn heard Gitanos message and smile then looked at Therin with a cool smile on her face. "seems gitano is making the first move"

Therin heard Gitano's message as well and couldn't help a smile and a shake of her head. "Certainly seems that way. Hope everything goes well."
Suzuka gave Gitano a confused look when he got up and closed the door of the club. Before she had time to ask him what he was doing, he had swept her up and jumped onto the roof. Her eyes nearly bulged out of their sockets and she let out a squeak of shock.
When he started jumping across roofs, she gripped her arms as tight around him as she possibly could and buried her face in his shoulder. She didn't move again until he stopped and set her down. Feeling a little weak and dizzy, she was grateful for the arm he kept around her.
Shaking her head to clear it, she looked around at the view. Her eyes widened again as her jaw dropped. "Oh wow!" she breathed. "Oh Gitano, it's beautiful up here!"
After a moment a thought occurred to her. "Say, was a view like this even possible when you.....were human?" She wasn't sure about the last part of the question, but it was mostly out before she had a chance to really think about it.

"When I was a child I would sneak into London's cathedrals and climb the bell towers to get a view like this. And if I couldn't I had to content with just the roofs of houses and sit with the chimney sweeps. They were still transitioning between the new electric lights and the old gas ones, but the feeling was the same."
He still kept his arm around her as he gazed out over the city, memories of his human childhood superimposing Victorian London over it.
"If it hadn't been for that violin..." he said softly with a smile.

Therin chuckled. "Of course. Gitnao's such an old smoothy, I'm sure he'll be able to snake oil the whole thing."
After another chuckle, she looked at Thorn. "So, how long you feel like sticking around here?"
Suzuka's eyes widened a bit and she turned to glance at Gitano. "You're English? Wow, that's neat."
She looked back over the city, but her face scrunched up a bit in confusion at his last comment. "What about your violin?"

Gitano chuckled, "I am."
He saw her confusion and shook his head. "Not my violin. The violin. If I had not stolen that violin I would have probably become a chimney sweep and would now be resting six feet under."
He squeezed her gently around her waist and smiled, "Before you feel sorry for me, I don't regret any of the choices I've made. Nor do I dwell to long on 'What ifs'."

Suzuka's eyes widened a bit. "Wow. That's.....an interesting story." She thought for a moment, then gave him a sidelong, flirty look. "Of course, if you hadn't stolen it, then you and I never could have met....." She turned her head to hide her blush at her flirt attempt.
