Nex put a hand on her shoulder squeezing it gently before pulling her into a soft embrace. "You are like my daughter Prism. And if you wish, I will not keep you here. I love you like you were my own child" wrapping his arms around her he squeezed her to him weakly, despite the pain that surged through him.

Prism gasped at the sudden embrace. As Nex said that, she shook her head. "Now why in the hell would I want to leave the only person who actually cared for me?" Prism mumbled into Master Nex's shoulder. She began crying again and held on to his arms to keep stable.

"If someone told me five years ago that a young girl would become a soldier of mine and I would care for her so much that I would die for her, I would kill them for the fun of it. Kunne is your sister, I can accept this, but if you were to leave this place I would not blame you. I have seen the many times you have weeped and the things you have hid from me." Nex ran a hand through the young Prism's hair and sighed "You did not put this curse upon me Prism, I don't want you doing anything rash. Nathan helped me through many of the ears, but I'm guessing he was planning this from the beginning." Pushing her back gently he sat her down on her bed. "You were born pure of heart Prism, I will never understand what you are. I was born without a soul. And if you ever feel a longing that you just need to go, all you have to do is tell me. Now get some sleep, we can discuss more tomorrow" Nex pressed his lips softly to Prism's forehead before turning his back to her and heading to his room.

It was weird. Prism managed to keep a rock-hard attitude until about a week ago. ...Why? She thought to herself over and over again. That night, she couldn't sleep. She kept having nightmares. I don't want to leave. Where would I go? I never felt like leaving. I mean, sure, sometimes I'd go to the forest or the shore but thats only to clear my mind... Prism just got more and more confused the longer she thought about it so she just stopped thinking all together.

Nex had left his room shortly after returning to his room. He had got himself some new clothing before returning to the throne room. Nex held his stomach tightly as he limped over to Nathanial's dead body"Nathan..."He said softly. Nex didnt even realize he had placed his hands on Nathan's body. A dark aura loomed over the two as he began absorbing Nathan into himself. The action made a loud, groaning moan screech through the room. Nex's eyes blared white as he stood, no longer holding his stomach.

Prism looked at her ceiling, unable to sleep. "I wonder where Creed is...." She said to herself. Bored, she got up and looked out her window and stared at the lake, which was sparkling under the moon's light. She felt weird. Maybe... I'm too pure.... She thought. She didn't want to be like Nathan, so she kept trying to reassure herself. I killed him because He put me and the castle in danger. I had a reason to kill him. But he would've killed me out of the sheer joy of it. Thats the difference... She was now deep in her thoughts.

Creed had been meditating out at the shore of the lake. He tried to do this every day. The thing about his meditations is that he cant control how long he does them. Some times he would stay in a meditative trance for days at a time, once he stayed in a trance for 2 weeks. Creed awoke from the trance. Looking up at the sky he saw it was night "Wonder how long I have been out this time." Standing up he started heading back to the castle.

As Prism was looking out the window, she saw Creed. "OI GREED! GET YOUR a** UP HERE RIGHT NOW!!" She yelled just to annoy him. I wonder if Master Nex is okay... She wondered.

Creed looked up at Prism yelling at him. He shrugged his shoulders and then ran to the wall. He climbed up the wall quickly and jumped through the window. "You needed to see me?" he said with a smile.

Nex sat on his throne rubbing his temples. Now who would help him with all his magical needs? Nex sighed and stared at the ceiling before rubbing his side. His skin had begun to chip and break two hours before hand, and now his skin looked more like a broken mirror than an Adonis'. Nex let his hair fall over his face and closed his eyes, before drifting off into unconsciousness

"...No. I just felt like yelling at you." She said as she crossed her arms and sat down on her bed. "Guess what? I killed my Grandfather today!" She said with fake enthusiasm. " What did you do today?" sighed as she laid down, not really caring what Creed did.

Creed looked at her a moment "I did nothing you would be interested in." He could tell something was wrong with her, he could read her like a book. "You know your kinda bad at lying about how your feelings. One thing I can tell is that your not happy at the moment."

" Of course I'm happy. I killed off the last of my family besides Kunne." She said sarcastically. She got up and started putting her hair in a tight braid. She was not used to her hair being down and in her face.

Nex looked up a group of five armed soldiers entered the room. They leapt at him with blinding speed, but Nex had moved quicker than he that he could ever have possibly moved. His knuckles came in contact with the soldiers leading them nose with a sickening crack and placing him on his back. Nex was now surrounded by the other four guards. Nex cracked his neck and knuckled and smiled evilly "I will litter my castle with your filthy bodies"

Prism heard a smash. She was about to open the door when something hit her stomach. "oowww..." She said as she fell on her knees and held her stomach. She didn't finish her braid so her hair fell in front of her face again. When she tried to get up she felt dizzy and just fell onto the floor again. "dammit! I must've wasted too much energy fighting Nathan!" she mumbled to herself and crawled back to her bed. She shoved her face into her pillow, sad and worried that she couldn't see what was going on.
