 She is very kind, a bit motherly at times, and loves giving people sweet treats to make them happy. Her kisses taste like candy. She almost always means well, but every so often she makes a mitsake ro ten. But she does always mean well, even when she's a bit confused.

 Wis came from another universe all together, literally. She dreamed she was a pony, and will wake up to find it is so. And boy is this Otaku in for a culture shock. The long after descendant of Mangaka Yuu Watase, she is the second daughter of a powerful Yakuza family in her world set, and the only Yakuza to join starfleet. An inventor, fascinated by machines, she was in the academy for science. However, her skillful, and forceful breaking up of a bar fight got her kidnapped into Security detail where she has been ever since. She has a blatant disregard for authority, and that isn't limited to her duties in starfleet, it's just more obvious there. She will show up for shifts in full cosplay, or at the least with a nonregulation weapon in addition to her phaser. She favors replications of Hotohori's sword, Toya's dagger and Tasuki's harrisan. The harrasin is an issue because the way her cousin rigged it to act as a flame thrower uses a chemical in her blood plasma as fuel, the handle pierces her palm and draws the blood. If she doesn't take her pills to correct the imbalance, she gets homicidal and unreasonable. To her family, her defiance is far more subtle. Her Yakuza tattoos which signify her dedication to her family are an artistically done paint job..... She speaks fluent common, however, she has a jammer that messes with the universal translators in the trek world, and she pretends to speak English poorly, mixing it up with Japanese to get away with an awful lot. Now as a pony where her beloved cosplays are actually there.... who knows what shall happen...... Tune in next time!

I love her. As soon as I laid eyes on her, I knew her name. I knew what she was like... and then... I realized... I can never ever rp her or play her. She is named for a male friend of mine, irl, who I miss very very much. Every time I see her, I think of him, and it makes me so happy, but at the same time... It just feels odd to rp some one I know IRL and I Really REALLY don't want to think about breeding. So she exists to make me smile, and to remind me, every so often, to call him... and make sure he remembers there is a world beyond his latest musical masterpiece, and his superheros.
