What you know about the clan/bl: Ink Artistry bloodline uses scroll and ink as weapons. They can summon a "flying carpet" or many other useful items.
Rp Sample: Ichigo looked at the time. It's time for training with myself. Ichigo walked out into the garden to practice is ninjutsu. "Sumi Buushin no Jutsu," Ichigo said making a ink clone of himself. The ink clone ran off into the distance of the garden. Ichigo pulled out his sword Jezumo and ran after his clone. Ichigo's clone pulled a fast one using, "Wind Release Stream." Ichigo dodged it quite quickly by using the same technique. His clone used a kunai and threw it at Ichigo. "Absorb and throw back, Jezumo," he said while his sword absorb the kunai and threw it back at his clone. The kunai missed the clone.
Ichigo tried a new technique, "Wind Release: Wind Cutter," a sharp blade of wind rushed towards the clone. The clone reacted by using Kawarmi no Jutsu. I am becoming smarter then usual my clones would have died by now. Where will hit me next? Will it use some taijutsu or my genjutsu. The clone came behind Ichigo and used Wind Release: Wind Cutter. The attack was at close range Ichigo used the power of his katana blade. "Absorb and throw back, Jezumo," he said. The clone was hit and dissipated back into ink. "I took a good blow from that attack. I think I might need medical attention," Ichigo said.

What you know about the clan/bl: lol I was going to say everything but never mind xd
I guess I'll say everything then
The bloodline allows Sakon and Ukon to manipulate themselves to a molecular level
They can enter and fuse with organisms in this fashion
Once in a target they can move freely in the body of the host
With their partner being in a host can be beneficial by using the limbs and body parts of the guest
While hosting the other partner may rest and heal at a rapid rate but at a large cost of chakra
If the roles of the dominant and recessive twin is switched the recessive twins movements become hindered from not being used to being the host
In addition to being able to enter organisms the twins may also cause destruction to the hosts cells scraping them off individually
That process takes time (well with one twin from what we;ve seen)
Any damage done to the host while one of the parasitic twins are with in the host will bring damage to the twin inside of the host.
I don't know if I left anything out but if I did I won't miss it in a battle. xp

Solitude over courage Is someone going to check out the applications? :/ Yes, you need to wait 8 days before you can start asking the other mods though. They have things more important than gaia right now. Someone should be on soon to check them though.

Hikaro_rin : Well, while I would disagree with the hospitalization lasting A YEAR... you still displayed an excellent use of the Kikai as an Aburame. Soooo....

zarase: Hmm, though I'm not sure of how the Yamanaka ability actual works, this seems like the most likely way a users returns to their body. There are however several things I didn't see in your RP, namely that damage done to the possessed body are transferred back to the original as well.
Would you mind adding that for me in some way, so I know you understand how it works? Thanks!

Finally found something to work with my Rpc.
Rpc Name: Cadence Creed
Village: Iwagakure
Rank: Academy Student
Bloodline or Clan applied for: Pure Chakra Manipulation
What you know about the clan/bl: Not much yet, but I'm reviewing it. I did find out that it will greatly increase my Taijutsu skills with the ability to focus pure Chakra into my body and maximize my physical abilities. I can also fight blind with the ability to bounce energy off of my surrounding and even sense life.
Rp Sample
Cadence was in grave danger. A Rouge Shinobi had enetered the village and was setting fire to it. The invader was about Low-Chuunin Rank, but Cadence was still only a member of the Academy. Now, the invader had chosen to pick on Cadence and his friends. He had mercilessly beat them until they were coughing up blood. As Cadence started to gasp for air, he felt a power surge through him. His head began pulsating and his muscles tensed. He screamed in pain as his power exploded inside of him. Cadence looked up at the invader and suddenly charged at him with inhuman speed. Cadence focused energy into his right fist and sent a punch directly into the invader's stomach. The punch hit him with a direct shot and then ruptured his intestines. As the invader stepped back, he fell to his knees and then coughed up blood. Cadence then brought in his own style, the Flaming Muay-Thai, and mixed it with this new power. Cadence charged at the invader and jumped at him with a Flying Knee Strike towards the head. As the knee caught fire, Cadence amplified it with his new power and a massive burst of Pure Chakra Fire slammed into the invader's head and ended his life.

Overflowing Hatred : Alright, so a couple of things here:
1. I need more description of WHAT you see when you activate your Byakugan. You made reference to it, but then didn't describe what it enabled you to do.
2. Hyuuga have NEVER been shown to have the ability to negate a jutsu by striking at it as they would at a person's tenketsu. It simply doesn't work this way, so please remove that part.
3. it was good to see someone use the eight triagrams, but you used it kind of lazily... it could have used some more description... and it wouldn't hurt to show use of another technique as well, like the Heavenly Spin.
So, after all that...
Denied...
...but I'm confident that you can turn it around easily enough. Just try to incorporate the concepts I laid out here in your RP sample.
