Roxanne jumped at the paladin's sudden entrance but as events began unfolding she stepped back and silently watched. Taking in everything as it happened Roxanne easily noticed the lance sized hole in Mina's bag and the paladin's now pregnant condition. Ah... She thought, piecing together how it had happened. Suits you right, narrow minded twit. Stupid holy warriors. Even more shocking than the paladin's presence was the way Brillux treated her. An undead should cringe and flee before one of them but here he was carrying her like a concerned lover.
Feeling the stares of everybody in the inn, Roxanne waddled over to where they knelt beside the paladin and placed a hand on Brillux and Eric's shoulders. "Lets take this upstairs and out of sight shall we?"

Eric nodded his head at Roxanne's request. He looked around, seeing where she was coming from in all of this. "Yeah, good call Roxanne." He said to the warlock and picked up the paladin girl in his arms. He asked Brillux to carry the loose gear she left on the ground before some opportunist ups and snatches it. She was heavier than she looked, but he managed to get her up the stairs in no time. Once they were in his and apparently Mina's room, he placed her down on the bed to rest and crossed his arms. "So, seeing as you're in no position to attack everyone a second time, you got a name, lady?" He then turned to Roxanne. "Which reminds me, what are we going to do with her? She's kinda stuck with this as much as you and Mina are, if you get what I mean. And as you already noticed, she doesn't take kindly to evil as much as you do to good."

Firin lay still in the bed, her eyes in contemplation. Eric's question bringing her back to reality. "My name is Firin Silverstream" she starts quietly. "My deepest apologies to you all. Sometimes my training as a paladin overtakes my will to think. When I sense something evil, my first reaction is to well... destroy it. But now I must think differently" pointing to Brillux. She stared at the Warlock, followed by the witch" She had attacked an innocent, breaking a tenet of the order, if her superiors found out, she would have months of "atonement" before her.

"I can't speak for the others but I whole heartedly accept your apology. Just try to act before you do something like that. I should probably do the same." He leaned over her and whispered in her ear. "Believe me, I'm still trying to figure out how the candle witch came to be, give it some time and you'll get what I mean." He said to her privately, his eyes motioning towards Mina.
"Anyways, my name is Eric Castor, swordsman turned lancer from the Kingdom of Zarel. I'm sorry I'm responsible for this, purely an accident, the lance." He wondered if he should had listened to Roxanne from now on to not point the lance like a magic wand. He then turned to Mina. "I think we're going to need a bigger carriage."

Mina followed every one when things moved up stairs. As they got up there she made her self comfy on the other bed and rested her bag on top of her belly. "dang it, there's a hole." She mumbled, carefully opening the top to get out some string and a needle. As Eric mentioned needing a bigger carriage she looked over to Firin and nodded. "yeah, with her belly that big we will. Tomorrow we can see if we can get the one we have expanded." She started to sew the hole in her bag. "oh, or I could ride in my bag." She said holding it up.

Firin stood up with a groan, still learning to cope with her new found weight. She extended a hand to Mina. "You're a candle witch right? I haven't seen one of you in a long time. Might I have your name?"

Mina smiled to Firin and smiled. "yeah, we're kinda going thin." She said shaking the palidins hand, her hand squeezing it tightly. "it's a family thing and well, most of my family is dead." She said, her grip growing tighter.

Although she had no care for paladins, there was no denying that Firin was afflicted by the same affect the idols had cast on herself and Mina. "As she now faces the same problem as Mina and myself, it would make sense for us to take her along but she'd have to set aside her paladin's righteous nature before that can happen." Roxanne said, replying to Eric's question.
"I'll get our current carriage exchanged, I'm sure that stable boy wouldn't mind helping us out with the right motivation..." Having stolen a fairly nice carriage for them, it wouldn't be hard to exchange their current one for a bigger one, although the quality of their riding conditions would be sure to differ. "Names Roxanne by the way." she added, having forgotten to introduce herself to the paladin.

"Roxanne, as a condolence my blade is yours. I had no right to attack your party no matter the circumstances." Firin stands and bows the best she can. "Though I may have to get my armour modified. Dispite this... belly, I can still fight and I can still use my divine spells if need be" Firin's face twinged in discomfort, and ran towards the water closets.

Brillux quietly leaned up against the rooms wall. His hood off he just listened to the conversation. He wasn't afraid of the Paladin, yet oddly he felt like he had seen her somewhere before. It was her eyes, they sparkled in a way that he reconized, but where?
The 'kiddo's' were getting aquianted it seemed, so now they were going to cart around a fat paladin too? Great! Pretty soon he'd be stuck in the back with all the suitcases.
Whatever was in those idols however, needed to be destroyed. Women should get pregnant naturally, not magically.

Firin came back relieved, it seems that her entire body has been thrown off because of her pregnancy. She glanced over to Brillux who had removed his Hood. The paladin noticed something, the skeleton, while giving off a faint aura of warlock magic, wasn't animated, more as if his soul still inhabited the old bones.

Eric crossed his arms when Roxanne answered his question. "Well that's just great, I don't want this thing if I point it at a woman and it makes them pregnant." He said while pointing to the magical lance. He stayed quite for some time, it was kind of unsettling to think Mina had a family that was dead. Most likely for obvious reasons. His perception of them were that they were ugly, mean, and evil. She kinda broke those three expectations and did a 180 there.
After Firin returned from what seemed to be a bathroom break, he went back to speaking. "It sounds like she can set differences aside. Our candle witch here is named Mina by the way. So, Firin, if you don't mind me asking, where do you come from?"

"I hail from Thorid's Pass, a mountain village far to the north" She started. "My father was a blacksmith employed by the temple, where he met my mother who was a pilgrim coming from the south." After I was born, dad was killed in a mining accident when goblins invaded the tunnels. Mother was heart broken, and threw herself off a cliff. Luckily the order took me in."

(Didn't you say somewhere that Brillux was a blacksmith in life? With the few generations that have passed, we could easily say Firin's father was Brillux's son or grandson, thus the reason why he recognized the sparkle in her eyes.) "It wasn't your fault." she said, putting a hand on Eric's shoulder. "It was just a freak accident." Roxanne stood in the back of the group, listening the paladin's tale. Made sense for the two knightly types to immeditally connect with one another despite how Eric had acciendely impregnated Firin's with that magic lance of his.
