"Not as troubled as we could be, and not as troubled as we've been. However, a few months ago we both did take up smoking to help deal with it. Now, we're both having a hard time quitting." Banshee chuckled at this. They reached the storage closet near the kitchen. Banshee got out a pillow and several blankets and carried them with ease as they started walking back down to where Mina wanted to sleep. "We can talk more about it tomorrow, okay?" She smiled and looked over at her. "I can't speak for Michael, but I personally don't mind at all."

A faint shake of Mina's head answered her, quiet blue eyes falling upon the place of her choice.. that being the priests' side of the confessionals, only a few feet from the piano. Opening the slim door for Banshee the girl stood out of the way.. answering softly as she studied her hands. " It is not my place to know, Miss.. But may we talk of other things, of snow or music?" The door creaked as the girl leaned back, her eyes already starting to drift closed. Slowly the girl accepted the blankets and pillow from her, forming a nest of sorts on the wide confessional floor and sinking into it tiredly. " Good resting Miss.. and Sir."

"Yes... good night, Mina." Banshee walked out and drug herself through the cathedral to where Michael was. Leaning against the frame of the door, she said, "Kirai was just here. What did the two of you talk about?" Banshi knew Michael well enough to know that he hated Kirai... she could tell. Kirai was the kind of person he would hate, seeing as she was evil, a nosferatu, and a true romantic at heart.

"Just the usual, how have you been, what you've been up to. Etc, etc." Michael rattled off smoothly, he hadn't told Banshi about what he had discovered yet, and probably wouldn't till the time was right. "She had to leave though, business I'm sure. Speaking of business, have you set up our meeting with Grey yet?" Strangely he was excited to see Edward now, with this interesting development just coming into play.

"No." Banshi said flatly. "How is she doing?"

"Well." Michael replied in an equally flat tone. "She's still with Ed, been pretty average. Didn't really get to much more than that." This felt bad, lying to the woman he loved. Since the war ended they'd been fighting more often, he didn't want to start another argument. "She said that she'd come back to see you soon." Over my dead body He tacked on mentally, moving to stand close to Banshi. "Lunch?"

"I'm glad she accepted my apology for stealing information, but if not for that, things wouldn't have been in our favor when facing the Latverious. I really hope her and Edward can be happy, but that's unlikely. Also, it's too late for lunch." She scratched the back of her head and held back a yawn. Banshi went on about Kirai on purpose. "But I have a good twenty four hours before I absolutely need sleep, so sure... probably some coffee, too." She paused and started walking towards the kitchen, motioning for Michael to follow her. "Back on the Kirai issue... I don't think I ever told you, about two hundred and fifty years ago, I saved her life from the old RCS. It was a bit ironic when I ended up joining myself once Edward took control, and we were on opposite sides of the field. But she never tried to hurt me or any other crusniks that fought the Black Cross. We're far from being friends, but we have a mutual understanding of sorts."
If it had been anyone else, Banshi would have simply ordered, You're speech pattern is different, your tone as well. I know you hate romantics and nosferatu, and after the failed fight we got dragged into because of her, I know you must hate her. Tell me exactly what is on your mind, now. But she had a feeling it was deeper than that, so she would just beat around the bush a bit to see how he responded.

Michael could see this tactic coming a mile away. And unless he wanted to hear so much about Kirai that he committed Seppuku, he would need to tell her the truth. "So, on a different subject. I may have spoke with Kirai a bit about the war. Particularly the fight with their lieutenant. She didn't care for that story." He was very much trying to avoid telling her about what he had learned. Though more and more he was starting to wonder why.

"She kills often, like most of us." Banshi chuckled. "Perhaps it was how you told it, please don't tell me you took out your sword again."

Michael couldn't help but brandishing his sword again in front of Banshi. ((Wait...what?)) "Ha! But this is my pride and joy. Me and this girl have seen many a battle and we always triumphed through!" Mostly it was a joke, trying to lighten the mood between them. But he was...mostly serious.

((When he took it out and swung it around while telling Kirai about the kill xD ))
Banshi caught it in her hand during he middle of him swinging it. She smiled sweetly, it didn't even cut her hand. Reaching into her pocket with her other hand, she pulled out a rolled up ball of razor-wire with a large needle stabbed through it. "And you know my 'pride and joy'." She laughed, then let go of his sword. "But unlike you, I'm just fine with using anything as a weapon, so I'm not being serious." She spoke lightly, winking at him then walking onwards.

(Oh god that is a funny image xD))
Mike followed and smiled. "Ah but this one goes back to my days in Italy. Growing up in the streets, working with the church, getting married, getting divorced...huh, so maybe those days were the greatest. But still, it's sentimental." He sheathed the sword with haste and took hold of Banshi's hand. "My greatest days are with you."

Banshi squeezed his hand. "Then you've had one hell of a miserable life." She said jokingly and laughed. When they got to the kitchen, she started some coffee and opened the fridge door. "...Have I ever told you about my life before becoming a crusnik? I think I have, but I'm not sure. Not that it matters... only if you were curious."

((Heh, the kitchen))
"Aye, you've told me a lot about it." Michael said, trying to recall all of it. "Yep, Your life wasn't all that peachy either." He grabbed a sandwich from the fridge and started to munch on it. "To be honest, I had a so-so life back home. But hey, I'll take this any day." He took another bite, pondering his new life. "Granted I could do without some of the people here. Some of the crazies."

"You're calling other people 'crazies'?" Banshi mused, still deciding on what to have. Finally, she pulled out a small bowl of egg salad and took off the lid, then went to get a fork. "A lot of people could do without us... can't really help who is born, and although I'm a hypocrite for saying this, you shouldn't help who dies." She found a fork and started eating, still waiting on the coffee to finish brewing. "But that's just my opinion."
