Lakayna's head tilted slightly to the side as her eyes became livid with confusion.
"Am I to guess it's something private or personal?" she asked. gathering up her dropped bag.

Hikari was walking towards her class, quite deep in thought. She had only dealt with one other dark dragon before, and that dragon was Maleficent herself. Even though Hikari doubted Lakayna's power to be significantly weaker than the Mistress of Evil's, it would be difficult, nonetheless. A light sigh escaped her lips as she heard the bell ring for the end of lunch. She looked down at her stomach as she felt a faint rumble. Great, now I'm hungry. she thought with distaste as she continued on. English class was on the other side of the campus from where she was currently at, so even with the small head start, she still had a bit of a walk before she was to make it on time.

Naminé
Miss Memory Witch

User ImageNaminé gave a small giggle at the look on Lakayna's face as she asked whether it was something private or personal. "A bit of both, I guess," she replied with a small laugh. "I just need to try and remember something is all..." The petite blonde replied, her tone a bit distant as she looked away.

"Anyway, feel free to come to me for anything, Lakayna. I'll be more than glad to help." Naminé said warmly as she turned back to her friend. "You should probably get going though, you don't want to be late for class," the petite blonde urged. It wasn't that she was trying to get rid of Lakayna, it was that she seriously didn't want her friend to get in trouble.

Lakayna could help but giggle.
"How ironic," she commented, "that the Momory Witch is forgetting her own memories."
Lakayna turned to go back into the building for her next class; Biology; but not before looking over her shoulder and waving to Namine.
"See you later, my friend."
With that she walked briskly back into the building. She remembered something from yesterday on her way to class; Axel had Biology as well. She'd gotten a peek at his schedule before.
Oh goody, maybe I'll get to sit next to him, she thought with a smile as she took a seat at the back of the room and waited for the class to file in.

“And I thought the Darkness was bad…xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxIt doesn’t even compare to this Hell.”

"I think not," Riku snapped at Naminé before helping Blink to his feet. He followed, helping Blink along after the blonde. Finally the bell rang and Blink was gone with Lakayna. The silvernette immerdiately looked to the Nobody. He let out a breath before speaking because he didn't want to scream. "Naminé, I'm meeting her alone. You're not coming."

Naminé
Miss Memory Witch

User ImageLakayna's words made Naminé roll her eyes and give a light laugh. "I'll remember soon enough," she replied. The petite blonde watched as her friend turned and walked away, but not before Lakayna turned around and waved, saying she'd see her later. Naminé waved back and then her friend and the boy were gone. Which left her alone with Riku.

Turning around, she took a deep breath before facing Riku. The girl looked up at him, her eyes hard and determined. "Yes I am," she replied, crossing her arms over her chest. "She's dangerous and I know her. Not well, but I know a few things about her and somehow her past mixed with mine. I know her but I don't know who she is. And I'm going to find out. I am coming with you." The girl stared up at him, and it didn't look like this was something she was going to change her mind about. "If you leave me here, I'll only follow you. Or I'll use the Darkness to find her. It shouldn't be to hard."

"Naminé, no," Riku replied hoarsely. "I'm not going to put you into a situation like that. History with you, or not. You're staying away." Riku looked down at the blue eyes that stared at him. Why did she insist upon this? Hikari was his to inquire about, not her. They had made a deal. Meeet at the Secret Place and he'd get to know anything he needed. Come alone. That had been the agreement but now she wanted Naminé there. "I don't want you anywhere near us after school."

User ImageNaminé's crystal blue eyes hardened as she gazed at Riku, and she gave a curt shake of her head. She was going whether he wished her to or not. However, when he said she was staying away she stiffened. "Is that an order, Riku?" She asked in a very quiet voice.

She continued to look up at him and when Riku spoke next the girl sighed and the cold look left her eyes. Her eyes and expression softened and she uncrossed her arms, reaching out with her hands to grasp both of his. "I know you don't want me there, Riku. But I need to know who this is. You don't understand..." The petite blonde said, releasing his hands and looking away. Riku didn't know what Naminé knew. He didn't know that Hikari had always been at Xmenas' side. There was no doubt the girl was dangerous and shrouded in Darkness. But Naminé needed to find out what she was up to. Though the girl had seemed pissed about being associated with Xmenas, that was the only place Naminé had ever seen her. At Xemnas' side.

"Let me come with you," she continued, turning back to look at him. "For some reason, I don't believe that this girl is going to harm us. Not yet, anyways. She could have attacked me earlier, but she didn't. The only reason the -- my -- Keyblade showed up was because I was thinking about protecting my friends."

“And I thought the Darkness was bad…xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxIt doesn’t even compare to this Hell.”

Riku sighed. She didn't understand. This wasn't just about protecting the island or his friends now. The more time he tried to figure out who Hikari was before the meeting, the more he felt something. He looked back at the blonde before she had spoken again and put his hands on her shoulders. "Naminé, please --" He was cut off with another request to join him. Riku stood up, taking his hands off her and groaning as she continued on about her Keyblade. He looked at her. He hadn't had near enough time to clarify what it had been but she had done that now. It had been a keyblade.

"Naminé, listen to me," Riku sighed. "There is just...something familiar about her. And I need to know what and I need to find that out on my own. AS soon as I get back I'll tell you, but I have to face her alone. You've gotta trust me!" He stopped speaking. His voice was raising in volume. They only had so much more time before class really started. There was no way they could settle this unless one caved and both could be as sturbborn as the other. He looked at the petite Nobody. "I can't say no...can I? You won't let me, will you?" he groaned in defeat.

Naminé

User ImageThe petite blonde looked up at Riku when he spoke, saying he needed to do this by himself and that there was something familiar about the girl to him. He went on to say that he had to do it alone and that she had to trust him. "I do trust you!" Naminé protested immidietely after he'd said that. Riku's voice had been steadily rising and the girl had flinched yet didn't move back from him. Reaching up with a hand and placed it against his cheek, moving his head gently so he had to look at her. "I trust you more than anyone." She said softly, staring into his teal eyes.

Riku then sighed and spoke again, saying that he couldn't say no because she wouldn't let him. "No, I won't let you," she said gently, keeping her hand against his cheek. After a moment, she smiled faintly. The fight seemed to be over for now and the petite blonde gave a small sigh of relief. She was going to go with him whether he wanted her to or not and she was pleased because he came to terms with it and accepted it.

“And I thought the Darkness was bad…xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxIt doesn’t even compare to this Hell.”

"Fine," Riku growled playfully yet seriously. A lot of the edge in his voice had disappeared through Naminé's smile. He kissed her softly on the lips before moving away and smirking. "Now go to class so i don't have to worry about you, okay?"

Sorry. Crappy.

User ImageNaminé smiled at the tone of Riku's voice. She knew he was still serious and still a bit upset but most of the edge in his voice had dissapeared, which caused her smilt to brighten. Riku leaned in and kissed her gently, causing a blush to rise to her face and stain her porcelain cheeks a rosy red. The silvernette then moved away, a smirk on his lips.

Naminé smiled at him and then gave a mock sigh. "Alright, alright. I'm going." She said with a laugh, turning away from him. The petite blonde walked back to the cafeteria and grabbed her bag and sketchbook before shouldering her bag while her sketchbook dissapeared in a gentle flash of light. She knew that it would be in her bag the moment she opened it so she wasn't worried. The girl proceeded to wander the hallways until finding her fourth period class. Ducking into algebra she muttered an apology at the teacher for being late and she took the first open seat she saw. Sitting down, the petite blonde pulled out a notebook and pencil and took all the notes the class did yet her thoughts were on the meeting with the girl after school.

Finally reaching her English class, Hikari gave a relieved sigh as she walked down one of the rows and sat down in a chair in the back of the class, her mind buzzing. She didn't just invite Naminé to the meeting with Riku, did she? To be honest, she didn't want her to show up with him, but at this point it would be quite unlikely. Though they had never spoken before today, Hikari knew Naminé quite well. She was even there when Namine was first created after Kairi's heart hid within Sora's. She propped her head up with her hand with her elbow on the desk. How was she supposed to tell Riku who she was with Naminé?

Riku made sure that the blonde was off to class before turning and heading to his own. English. He walked silently and slowly down the halls. he was already late. What would another few minutes matter? He entered the class room and the teacher, knowing his name and face and background, just told him to take a seat. The silvernette looked up and sadly the only seat available was beside the silver-haired girl. He groaned and sulked to the seat before glaring at her then turning almost completely away from her with his feet in the aisle.

Hikari turned her head when the classroom door opened, only to reveal none other than Riku. Tightly gripping her pencil with her free hand, she silently watched as he started to approach her row. Don't sit here. Don't sit here. Don't sit here, she thought to herself, but he sat down next to her anyway. When he sat down, she pulled out a piece of paper and wrote something down on it, waiting for the teacher to turn his back before passing the note to Riku's desk.

She's not coming, is she?

It wrote. He knew who she would be talking about.
