*Staring at the ceiling Azrael blew a few smoke rings and listened to the deathly silence in the room, this was probably the longest the three brothers had spent in one room and the general feeling of discomfort was hard to miss...*

*Dagoth took a deep breath, before picking up his jacket from the floor removing his own smokes. Throwing the jacket over his shoulder he waved at his two brothers before leaving. Heading up to the stands he took a seat watching Dopes fight with some intrest.*

Turning first his head, Kenki watched as Aieta came out from the general crowed heading for the field. He then walked to Gaara's opposite side, and turned on his heels, now facing Aieta's direction.

Folding his arms over his chest, he tn simply stood an waited for her to get there.

Meanwhile, Gaara called out for Aieta.

"Once your in the center and ready, we'll begin."

"Its your funeral, Hyuuga."

Grinning and nodding, Gaara then vanished from the arena, and the cube barrier flickered around the fighting area briefly, before then vanishing from sight.

"FIGHT!"

Garaa's voice rang all through the structure, and as he called out, Kenki immediatly threw his right hand out from the fold over his chest as he took a mighty leap away from Aieta. With this throw of his arm, three needles flew from his arm, from where was hard, if not impossible to tell, however these needles were thrown in the form of a triangle, and aimed to hit her right shoulder just over the joint.

He was going to try and keep his distance from her for now, and keep her on her toes with distance attacks. He needed to get out of the range for her hand to hand techniques, risking his tenketsu so early on would be foolish.

Coming to a skidding halt, Kenki crouched low and his eyes widened.

"What the.."

Damn it, I might end up having to fight more seriously sooner then I thought.

As he remained in the same spot, his left eye became active with the Sharingan, and his right hand fingers began sorting through a series of strings, taking a moment before he found the right one. At the same time, his left hand reached back, and grabbed ahold of the scarf he wore.

Where is she...

"I dont need to know every jutsu in the world."

With his left hand still behind him holding the scarf hanging over his back, he senta surge of chakra through the arm and into the material, this in turn tightened the weave of the material, and with a swift spin on his heels, turning to the left, he made an attempt to slash through Aieta's stomach. At the same time, as he turned his left eye flared wide open, watching with the Sharingan in order to reveal any tricks.

In theis turn, he also started to bend his knees, and drop his center of gravity, gradually by the time he full faced Aieta with his whole body, he was crouched full, ready to evade, or continue.

*Standing in the shadows at the back of the stands, Roan watched the fight begin, her eyes narrowed at Kenki, until she caugfht a faint scent then aura*

.: I just dont trust Kenki. :.
.: Or Syn. He's in the corridor below. :.

*nodding Roan then slipped from the public view and went down into the cool dim corridors behind the stands. As she rounded a corner, she spotted Syn lounging against the wall, head bowed, waiting for her. With his hat off, she could see the pale strands of hair framing the rest of the shoulder length darkness, but quirked an eyebrow at the bandana that also rested there*

You look the same as ever, no matter what bvody you take. Did I ever tell you that?

*He smiled as he raised his metal encased arm to brush his hair back from his face, his straightened form revealing the sunken in half-corpse look his chest and stomach bore*

S: No, but I know it anyway. This body has almost had it anyway.
R: Just why DOESNT your arm heal when you change bodies?
S: Because some wounds cut deeper than muscle and bone. You should know... you did the exact same thing to Ragnarok.
R: You know him?!
S: No, just of him - you have taken his son under your wing, remember?
R: You keep away from him. My branch f teh family is mine to form. That was teh agreement.
S: Close Roan, close. Stop glaring at me as if I just ate your first born. Theree'll never be peace between us, but Im teh least fo your worries right now.
R: Wrong again. The Syndicate is one of my biggest problems... but you're right in some ways. Too much happening at once, first this guy Gaara shows up, then you, there's a bounty on the clan and I cant find Sophus.
S: Sophus?

*Syn's eyes narrowed and he stared sharply at Roan, who automatically recoiled into a defensive stance before relaxing*

R: Yeah. He's a siren.
S: I KNOW who he is... but Im amazed YOU do...
R: I'm good at keeping secrets, and keeping my toys away from you, Leon.
S: You're kidding me... your 'toy'? Oh s**t.
R: What? Dont tell me you bastards have been ******** with him too..
S: Quite the opposite. You have a whole dimension of s**t about to happen to you Roan....
R: Huh?
S: Love, a word of advice. NEVER make a pet out of Death's son..
R: Dont call me love Leon, if you want to keep that body a moment longer...
S: Im not Leon anymore Roan, but ok... look, I know you naturally distrust everything I say, but you dont have much time. There's trouble headed your way and it wont be nice.
R: Thanks for the warning, but thats normal for us.
S: Not this time. Caine's fangs.. look, Im going to get back to base. I never expected this... I might be back to help you with this one.
R: Oh thanks for your kind generosity... just clear off and dont bother coming back - I dont need you.

*Roan waved a hand dismissively and spun on her heel, walking away... until Leon's hand fell on her shoulder and stopped her*

S: You have something of the boy's. Give it to him NOW. You really DONT have time...

*Before she could snap back at Syn, he was gone. Reaching a hand into her pocket, her fingers ran over the metal of the ring that rested there and she bit her lip... then changed direction and headed back to where she had left Azrael and Corbin*

*She seemed fidgety, her eyes wandering as she bit her lip, hand tightening reflexively over the ring in her pocket until the metal bit into her skin*
