((yeah, and my mood swings are easily triggered so I'm kinda pissy...-_-; ))
Aaron blinked a few times, tiredly picking up the pen in his mouth and writing. His writing was much messier and it wrote 'Why'd you stop? You sound good...Blegh, I can't even write, I'm half asleep.'
He almost fell over, mewing in annoyance since he was still trying to wake up again.

 Zane chuckled, watching Aaron try to write. He picked the paper. He squinted, trying to read some of the messier spots. Finally, he managed to decipher the message. The blush darkened. "I don't usually sing to anyone. Usually only myself or cats. I don't think I'm that great."

Aaron gave a sleepy, feline smile. 'Blegh, why'd I have to start falling asleep! I was too relaxed I guess...' He thought.

"Though, I suppose....it wouldn't hurt to keep singing." He picked up the sleepy Aaron, tucking him against the teen's chest. "If you don't like it, just let me know somehow. I'll stop if you want." Hesitantly at first, Zane began singing again. He picked up where he'd left off in the lullaby.

Aaron nodded sleepily. He smiled softly to himself and let his eyes close slowly. His tail flicked around sleepily yet happily. 'I love his voice...it's nice...very calming...' Aaron thought.

Zane was gratified that Aaron seemed to like his voice. 'Guess the lullaby is working. Aaron looks like he's falling asleep.' He chuckled in his mind. His thoughts didn't interrupt the gentle song though. Zane continued to sing the lullaby and pet Aaron's kitten-soft fur.

Aaron was slowly drifting in and out of consciousness. He was pretty much asleep now, except for the occasional drifts in and out of consciousness.

Zane finished the song, fading into silence. He glanced down at Aaron. "Heh. Looks like he's asleep." He whispered to himself. He continued to pet the sleeping kitten.

Aaron cuddled into Zane a little, getting into a slightly better position. His breathing soft and deep. He was finally completely asleep.

Zane smiled, feeling the kitten snuggle into him. He watched Aaron sleep. 'You know, he's really cute as a kitten. I really do like the color of his fur. It's such an interesting color. Black, yet with hints of blue to it.'

Mercury Madness36 Zaku kinuta Sos Mercury Madness36 Nicholas probably would have been reluctantly impressed by the use of magic, if he hadn't been too busy flinching at the sight of blood. A shudder ran through him, and he turned away from Chris before the other could see his discomfort. Ugh...how could Chris just...cut himself like that? It was disgusting...and the blood...Nicholas hadn't realized that Chris practiced blood magic.

Aaron continued to sleep peacefully, not aware that Zane was even looking at him. He purred for a few seconds, sometimes vocal in his sleep.

Zane chuckled, hearing the small purr. He continued petting Aaron. 'I wonder what it's like being a cat. Those feelings you can never really describe.' He leaned back and closed his eyes, contemplating being a cat. 'I bet, with some work I could do it. I mean, I changed the whole meadow. What's to stop me from changing myself?' The teen knew what the answer was though. He was afraid. Plain and simple. He was afraid he would never be able to regain his proper shape again because of a mistake.
