Basically, they grind up almonds with a whole bunch of sugar. It makes a really thick paste which you can use like clay to make shapes. It, amazingly, isn't really all that sticky, so it can be made into displayable shapes like fruit. In my case, I like it from Sees, where they cover it in chocolate.

Oh. I think I'll stick to the chocolaty stuff from Sees! I've always been a huge fan of their dark chocolate peanut clusters!

I don't like peanuts! But I love peanut butter, so that probably seems a but odd! lol
I love all other nuts, though...just not peanuts.
