Nick was born into the tribe and was given the name Frost, which was changed to Nick when his parents had taken him to live with his cousins in the Cloud Village, due to some family issues. Because of this, Nick never got to know his real parents or much about his culture.
Though born a Shinsetsu Ui, Nick never truly grew close with his clan even though he had many chances to. Instead, he spent his days outdoors gazing at the wonderful world around him. He is something of a nature freak and is also very quiet, though he speaks only when spoken to or when he is in a fight. At night, he spends his time star gazing with a hand-made telescope. During the day, however, he spends his time in a tree reading a book and listening to all the sounds the world makes. He's not very sociable, but that doesn't mean he won't take the time to get to know someone and become friends with them.

You need a ninja class, and the weapons rule applies here. Unless its channelling chakra, you need to be advanced weapons class. Other than that, it looks good. OH and to all yall with high chakra: High chakra only comes with Demons or Curse Seals. Ya ain't got niether at the moment so change it please/ Mods be sure to check that!

The history of Koi is that of a short one. He was born in sand, and was raised to be a puppet master. His family had an attempted assassination due to there expertize in Puppetry. Koi managed to escape from the building and run from the house. He returned the next day to see the bodies of the assassins being burned by the parents. They gave him a small humanoid puppet that could kill anyone it bites, in case someone attempted to kill him. He has been training with puppets ever since.

1. Just pick a village, you don't need to apply for one.
2. Your a genin.
3. I approved you for puppet petrification.
4. Add Katon or fire to your chakra elements list, cause you have it as one of your elements in your technique list.
5. Don't god mod with that puppet. I say that just because the ability you have for it is much beyond what you yourself as a genin puppeteer use. Put some weakness on it for now. Just to keep yourself from god modding with it.
6. Panda Art Bamboo Style I believe is a sage taijutsu and you can't summon Panda's yet, so you can't have it as a taijutsu style yet.
