Vane took a deep breathe and moved back fast"Ddon't come near me...I need blood and right now yours is calling loudly to me.I don't like feeding on others..Go back home"he said"I will come back but I will not stay in the house.I am more at one in the wild.I will stay in the tree now go!"

Aleria flinched away from him. Tears feel down her face as she turned and ran toward Tree.
Cobolt came up behind Vane. "You know you should be a little easier on her," he commented lightly. "She means well. She has just never been around anyone her age before. Besides, you can't hurt her." He chuckled and looked back at Tree. "Tree Star, or Tree as Aleria calls her, is connected to every part of the forest. Tree Star would never let you hurt her. Tree Star loves her too much."

Vane moves from Cobolt,"You stay away from me as well"He hisses then turns and vanishes into the forest.For the first time he lets his vampire have control.He went to hunt for his food.He would seek elder animals to feed from and stay away until he had control.He wasn't use to being around to many other and his hunger was triggered and it scared him

"I'll get Kiara," Cobolt said as Aleria gave him a look.
"Did I hear my name?" Kiara come up behind Cobolt and gave Aleria a tight hug before bowing to Tree Star slightly. She listened quietly as Cobolt told her everything that had just happened. "Tell mother," she ordered as she ran into the forest after him. There were things out there that even a Vampire couldn't handle alone. She caught up with him and stayed down wind and at a good distance. She knew he wanted to be alone, so she would give him that. But she would watch over him from a distance to keep him safe.

Vane caught a deer and feed from it.He closed his eyes as he feed.Soon after he licks the pinpricks hissing"Go"It ran off.The blood didn't help him.It just made it worse"WHY NOW"He demanded of the fates.He was breathing hard his fangs still coated in the deers blood

Arris snuck up beside Kiara and looked quizzingly at Vane. Obviously he was scared. But what exactly was it. Arris sighed heavily. "I've seen others like him. They cant control their hunger. It gets the best of them because they want to believe that they are good, that they dont have to do what it is they do." he smiled. "He copes better than most..."

"Then don't," Kiara said as she walked up. She motioned for Arris to stay behind. "Why do you think you have to at like something you do not have to be? Little Vane, you are only as weak as you think you." She moved next to him and put her hand on his shoulder. "Do you not think I know what you're going through? The human among a pack of Werewolves? Many of my own family are amazed that I've lived this long!" She turned him to face her. "I do not care what every person in the world says. You have every ability to control this aspect of your life. You can shape your Fate. You do not have to just cope. You can rise above what you are and be who you truely wish to be. This does not have to get the best of you. Only you can get the best of you." She sighed and stepped back. "I'd return to the house for dinner soon. Mama is a force in this world unto herself. But TreeStar has touched you and will allow nothing to happen to you while you rest in her domain. You are perfectly safe here. With us." A single tear fell down her cheek as she walked back toward Arris. "I'll see you at dinner little brother Vane."
Cobolt watched as Vane, Kiara and Arris moved off. Something was up with Arris. He smelled like Rhomy. Too much like Rhomy. He turned slightly and watched as several of his male relations walked into the clearing with Rhomy's body held high in honor. He whined in his human voice and put his arm around Aleria, Rhomy's youngest and closest sister. "He's at peace dearheart."
Tears fell down Aleria's face like twin waterfalls. "I know," she replied to Cobolt. "That doesn't mean I won't miss him every second of every day." She felt Tree stirring in her mind and smiled when she caved the earth in where they would place Rhomy's body for his eternal sleep.
Few tears fell from Thom's face as he set Rhomy's body down so it could be prepared for burial. He moved away as womenfolk crowed around. He went and stood by the river, silently vowing revenge for the lose to his bloodline.
((And now my fingers are a little numb.))

Vane hisses then did what he did best and left.He went to a place no one goes to.He wouldn't be around them.Kiara and the hunter blood called to him and it made him sick.He went to his cave that was in a dead land that hide his scent.He closed off his mind and fought for control.

The forest sitrs. It's Great Mother is sad for one of her favored. The Power of Earth shifted toward him. He hisses and closes his mind from thoughts.He needed to do things his way.One time he had pulled his fangs out.The pain help to tame the vampiar"I need to dot this on my own"He moves around a little and rocks in the cave move as he uses his mind to move them.It helped him concentrate.He closed everything out.Even the smell of death that was around him.

Vane looks at the panther.his need for blood ruling.He kneels and pets him.He mummers something that was of his own language.He was blessing the panther.He sank his fangs in and drank.Blood tears rolled down his cheek.He didn't like killing.His heart was of a healer.When he drank the last drop he lifted his head and closes the panther eyes.He strokes his fur.He was missing his cub.But he knew his cub was with its family.He moves to make a grave for the panther.He hums a healer lullaby

The ground opened for Vane in the perfect size and depth for the panther's grave. :I always look after my own,: the voice said. :As I look after you. Did you not say yourself you are one in the wild?: There was silence for a few breaths before the voice returned. biggrin o you wish to know what his final thought was? It will make the Healer in you very happy.:

He lays the panther in it"Aye I am of the wild and aye I want to know"He pets the panther before he moves back.He sat down and pulls his knees to his chest and wraps his arms around them.He rocks a little.He closes his eyes.He felt really tired which was a new feeling after feeding.
