Elasa looked to the beautiful young Tamaranian, not much older than her, and pursed her lips in thought.
"That is a good question. There are still the Titans and X-Men at Xavier's Institute to recruit..." she said.

"When love has fallen far to earth...and when all burns in the hearth...
Zesoranael would smile more, having raised his hand to touch his cheek where she had kissed him and closed his eyes once more, feeling happy once more and forgot about his previous pain. She was alright now...that was all that mattered...
His eyes watched as Doom released the Orange Lantern and Zeso repressed his urges, the fire within him going cold as Zeso resolutely kept the energy calm, using the innate energies of Sorrow to quell the Spirit of Vengence.
His body would slowly turn to Doom, looking upon the vile lord in the eye before bowing slightly, "Doom...I apologize for the damage that has been done to your castle...for how I could not control the Spirit of Vengeance in my hour of need, being so close to Death, forcing me to use much more of my power then I could ever hope to control...at least at the level I am now..."
Zeso straightened his posture and slowly rose his hand, pointing his finger at Doom as the ring on his middle finger glowed bright with navy blue, the energy spiraling softly like smoke as his eyes briefly blazed with blue light, "However...though I will refrain from my duties...this doesn't change anything. Whether it is I, or another in this future...you will be judged for all that you've done...and your ultimate fate will be sealed...and there will be no escape for you then..."
Zeso then slowly lowered his hand, his eyes looking between Starfire and Elasa before before he turned and walked towards one of the windows, his gaze moving towards the mountains as his hands clasped each other behind his back, trying to find serenity in his mind and to regain his strength. The use of so much energy had weakened him severely...he could not afford to appear weak now...
When all you crave is lost, I shall be what you need most. Your love in the darkness that won't fail...never the end to this dark tale..."

Eira nodded and fisted her hand over her heart in salute to her leader. "Indeed." she gestured to the castle. "The other's await. What are your orders?" she asked.
Indigo cocked her head at the young Earth woman. She was not loved among the Corps. Many hated her for her ability to feel without her ring. Others made her the object of fascination. Indigo respected her. "You are to report back to me on any actions taken. You are to keep our Corps interests in mind. And you are to aid the Lantern Elasa when possible. That is all."
Eira blinked. "Then why did you come all the way to Earth? This could easily be sent through a communication..."
Indigo silenced her with a glare. "My ends are my own. I take my leave now. And Eira," Indigo gestured at Eira's clothes, "Next time I come to you, be in your proper uniform."
Eira blinked, stunned, and watched Indigo disappear. She had no idea why her leader had insulted her so harshly. She did not choose this uniform. She assumed that she had accidentally alighted on a touchy subject, and wondered what that was. Sighing, she turned and flew back to the castle. She was glad to see it repaired, and alighted inside just in time to hear about the recruitment to come.

Doom stood with his eyes locked onto Zeso with his arms crossed in front of him, addressing the new Ghost Rider with his words dripping with sarcasm, "What a sincere and heart felt apology. You presume to cast judgement on one who actually pushed back the 'shadow wall' off of Europe and keeping it as bay? I could have chosen to ignore the world's plight, but Doom has taken action: protecting millions from that void -- if you would care to notice."

"When love has fallen far to earth...and when all burns in the hearth...
Zeso would slowly tilt his head, looking back at Doom and would softly smile before looking back out the window, "I am not belittling what you have done...however, the Spirit of Vengeance targets all evil...though you have saved the lives of many...it doesn't change who you are. If you made an honest, spiritual commitment to change, then perhaps...however, we both know, and the spirit knows, that your actions have not changed who you are within...and that is what really matters...actions may speaker louder then words, but actions can only be judged by the quality of soul within..."
His hands rest against the frame of the windowsill, opening the glass doors to let the fresh, cold hair into the chamber like a snapping gust, the slight trails of snow and ice on the wind refreshing Zeso's mind as he let out a low, soft moan of relief, his eyes rolling back into his head as his eyelids shut and he hung his head back, the wind blowing his hair behind him, a large smile crossing his cheeks...
Zeso deeply loved the cold. It felt nice to be back in his homeland of Eastern Europe. He was so close to his actual home in Germany...just a short distance away that he could visit the place of so many memories...but for the time being, he should remain to be sure all things were fine...especially with Larfleeze being released once more...
When all you crave is lost, I shall be what you need most. Your love in the darkness that won't fail...never the end to this dark tale..."

Once Larfleeze was put back together and in one piece, he stood in the exact same position he had been when he was absorbed. And...continued to rant as though nothing had happened. "And I'd get rid of that ugly green cape! Hate green! I want.....I...I want....wasn't I in another room?" Orange asked quietly, actually getting a glimpse of his surroundings. The lack of shiny objects, the abundance of lanterns...but not his lanterns. "....and where are my Lanterns? What have you done?" It was at about that time that Doom addressed him. Temporarily surprised and confused out of any rant's, comebacks, or any greedy behavior, Orange actually stood quietly and listened to the man. By the time he snapped out of it, and was ready to snap back at Doom, he felt something around his neck. Blinking, he looked down and grabbed the contraption around his neck with his free hand. Was.....was he....on a LEASH? From a BLUE LANTERN?!!
Larfleeze turned and very nearly snarled at the girl. "Release me at once! I am Larfleeze! Not some animal! I will not be lead around as such!"

Elasa was not intimidated by Larfleeze. "No. If you wish to be freed, you will act more responsibly. I understand what your ring does to you, but now that you are back within my presence I expect you to behave." The tone with which she said this would sound rather like a mother reprimanding a child.
Meanwhile, outside, Captain America walked over to Eira. "Who was that?" he asked, indicating the spot where Indigo-1 had been.

Eira met the Captain's gaze. "That was Indigo-1, the commander of my Corps." She again analyzed him. He looked tired, though it did not mar his good looks. And, there was something else about him...

"When love has fallen far to earth...and when all burns in the hearth...
"Indeed..." Zeso would lowly growl, his eyes centering upon the chained one. Slowly the Dark Lantern would make his way to the being, his eyes glowing with a low light of dark blue as his ring gave off the same eeire glow...
With Elasa's own aura calming the Larfleeze, or at least reaching out to the Lantern to bring about a lack of his avarice that plagued him, Zeso's own ring would radiate with it's inner emotion, an aura of pure sorrow, depression and gloom that would surround Zeso, branching outwards toward Larfleeze as Zeso's face would become much more narrow, his eyes becoming skull-like even though his face remained that of a mortal's, his hair slowly levitating on its own, surrounding his face in a twirling cloud of black...
"Indeed...Larfleeze...you would not want for Doom to return you to within his weapon...to be incapsulated in nothingness...longing...crying out for freedom...devoid of anything precious...anything shiny..."
The Dark Lantern would seem to loom above the Orange Lantern, his smile almost insidious, for if his hold of emotional harrowing was working on the Orange Lanter, the vision around Zeso's eyes and mouth would darken, becoming like a veil of black while his eyes and mouth glowed with blue light, "No...you wouldn't want that at all...would you Larfleeze? Do be a good Lantern...and behave...or the shinies...just...might...vanish..."
Zeso hoped that would be more then enough of his energy to bring the Orange Lantern into some quiet reflection on his situation, his head turning briefly to Elasa, flashing a very small, brief smile as he would walk past her, standing soon behind her as he placed his hands behind his back, his eyes leering slightly as his ring no longer pulsed with his dark emotion, instead now bathing in Elasa's energy to recooperate his own ring's power...
When all you crave is lost, I shall be what you need most. Your love in the darkness that won't fail...never the end to this dark tale..."

Larfleeze glared at the Blue Lantern after her reply. Hated Blue Lanterns. Hated them. Worse than Green Lanterns. Not as bad as Guardians though. Tricky, tricky little creatures. Fortunately his anger was...short lived.
Another...Lantern?...approached Larfleeze that he didn't recognize. He opened his mouth to retort something, but quickly closed it as the darker aura intertwined with the with the calming aura. He stared back at the other man silently and turned his body to the side. Hugging his lantern against him as though a child would try to keep a favorite toy away from a disciplining parent.
"....no....I don't want that...." Larfleeze replied quietly

"Good Larfleeze," Elasa said with a smile.
Cap frowned. "Indigo-1? That seems more like a codename than and actual name..." he said.

Elasa walked over to Zeso, tugging Larfleeze along as she did so.
"I am very glad you are alright, Zeso," she said softly. "I was very worried about you."

"When love has fallen far to earth...and when all burns in the hearth...
The Dark Lantern would softly smile, turning to her and would rest his hand on her arm, his expression becoming warm as he looked into her eyes, his smile growing as his eyes shimmered with an inner life, as if being closer to her gave him more strength, more life within him...
"I am sorry that I had worried you...I do not know all of what happened...all I can remember is flickers of memory...I do not know how long it has been since I was last awake, but it seems that things are getting worse. We need to do something before Nekron comes...I fear we will need all of our strength to combat him..."
He would bring his other hand to rest on his forehead, lightly groaning from the pain that still burned in his mind. "Death...Death was going to take me...apparently I had been damaged to the point of dying...but...I can barely remember what happened...all I remember is me leaving my home...going to...somewhere...I can't remember...but all I can think of is light...screaming...tossing over...next thing I knew...my mother was trying to guide me away..."
He would heavily sigh, releasing his hand from his forehead and closed his eyes, his eyebrows furrowing in slight pain, trying to remember exactly what happened...
When all you crave is lost, I shall be what you need most. Your love in the darkness that won't fail...never the end to this dark tale..."

Firestar flew down to the other lanterns that were near Dr. Doom in the courtyard. Once landing, the Avenger inquired, "Okay, since the little war is over, what is it that we need to do -- so we can go back home and fight normal villains?"
