Disturbing Tale Teller Oh yeah. Being able to hear the differences in things is so nice, once I've got my ears trained to what I want them to hear. I get to go through all the scales and chords and stuff when I get into my music major stuff... I've still got a bit until I get to start on those fun (and a bit boring music theory stuff) classes, but I've done a theory class in high school, and it was definitely interesting hearing all the differences and watching people go 'wha?' You used "stuff" three times in two sentences xD
Music theory is so tedious... (at least, for me it is. Other people may find it interesting). I never did it past ABRSM Grade 5- which is the required amount.
I play piano mostly for fun ^.^ It's a beautiful-sounding instrument 3nodding
Random Fact #13: The most overdue book in the world was borrowed from Sidney Sussex College in Cambridge, England and was returned 288 years later O.O

Random fact #14: The phobia of long words is the longest name for a phobia. Hippopotomonstrosesquipedaliophobia.
I like using the word Stuff xD It is pretty tedious for me, too, until I can really apply it to things and go 'Hey, I learned that not too long ago!'
I really can't wait until I get to do some piano lessons.... I love doing irish fiddle, but the piano has really been what I've wanted to learn for a while now...

It's rubbish when you're learning instruments in different clefs. I tried to play something that was written for cello on piano, and I had to actually think about every note... (my poor brain gonk xD) And when I played it for too long, my brain got befuzzled when I tried to sight-read in normal G clef ¬.¬
If you really love playing an instrument, you improve ^.^ It also helps if you have a critical teacher... Because then it's much more rewarding when you get praise from them, and you know you've actually played well, instead of getting empty compliments all the time ¬.¬
A music fact for y'all:
Random fact #15: According to scientific studies, a rat's performance in a maze can be improved by playing music written by Mozart.

The browness of cola is because they used all those E-numbers to colour it...
Random fact #19: The typical lead pencil can draw a line that is thirty five miles long.

Has anyone ever had House events while still in school? We just had "House Entertainment", which is basically a themed play taking the mick out of teachers xD

Random Factoid #3: The Great Wall of China is the only man-made structure that can be seen from space.
(This is not true- while at low orbit, many things can be seen from space. However, when more than a thousand miles up, no man-made objects can be seen at all with the naked eye.)
Yay! Mocky-Pocky-Taicho suddenly came back! (This thread almost died without you T^T)

I meant to post this, but somehow I ended up pressing "Edit" without realising, and edited an earlier post instead... -_-; And you seemed to did it twice in a row... And the weirdest thing is, it shows in the forum as if you've posted rather than edited a post. Weird Gaia bugs are everywhere! Maybe they mutated from the H1N1!!! *shockface* -_-'
Anyways, I'll take care of all the updates now. If someone's online and stay so in the next couple of hours, you'll be able to witness everything firsthand!!!
Random Factoid #4: Chuck Norris can kill two stones with one bird. -- ONOZ!!!!! He turned it into a Chuck Norris thread!!!
