Zai looked over, just turning her head slightly twords him. She smiled, "Well, might be a deal kid."

Zai's head went down for just a moment, her dreads covering her face as she took a deep breath then let it out. Using her hand to then move her hair out of her face, she looked back up. It's almost good the kid is here, doubt anything will happen to him, yeah. "Man, you mean Avarice? Far away, might have to do job myself... and note, from common sense and forensics with your side of law... pointless to make it look natural, yeah." She said to Edward, finding it rather stupid that he even would bother to try to make it look like a 'natural' death, seeing Avarice had knowledge in anatomy, was a lycan and an alpha. More I talk to him, less likely he'll do some thing not-so-good if this deal doesn't work. If it does work, more likely we can stay here and the kid will be as he put it, 'ok'.

"Well I don't care what it looks like as long as Avarice is dead. I don't care if someone has to strap a nuke to his chest and blow up the entire mainlands. I want him dead." Edward closed his eyes. It was not like him to have this much hatred towards anyone person, but Avarice had taken so much away from him that he didn't care anymore.

Zai lifted one eyebrow, then took of her mask, taking in a deep breath, then took out a cigarette and lit it. She maybe smoked one every two weeks, it was not a habit at all. With a smirk, she looked at him, lifting it to her mouth and closed her eyes before lowering it again, then kept her mouth closed in a grin to avoid laughing out loud again. "Ya know... I prefer the old Red Cross, that would put me to death rather than pay me to kill another, ya know? Isn't even organized warfare anymore, yeah...." Then she opened one eye, and lifted it back to her mouth saying, "Avarice is a customer of mine, man. Help ya, gonna have to run again... don't, ya might turn me in or kill him anyways, right?" The smile was still on her face, yet that one eye showed the coolness of a gambler.

"Hm." Zai made this sound simply, taking a deep breath in, then letting the smoke out in perfect circles. Twirling the cigarette in her fingers and looking at it with both eyes, she stated, "Hm... really don't get it. Ask me, they love anyone greater than themselves..." She then looked up at him. "Hey man, I've killed alot of people, and expect to die for it. Don't believe killin' one for an authentic vengence is makin' ya as bad as them... but when a person cares more about killing someone than saving themselves, they're demented. Hate to break it to ya. So, why ya hate Avarice?"

"That thing, kidnapped my child, used him as an experiment, and he died in my arms when I went to go rescue him. He was deprived of his life growing up in a normal home, being normal. Now he is an angel, who for some reason won't let me be, but thats besides the point. Avarice is a menace, who not only destroyed my home, but is also after my Mate Alice, and wants to use her for his twisted experiments. He needs to be stopped, and the only way thats going to happen is if he dies."

Exactly why I hate talking to people. She looked at him calmly, then said coldly, "You were about to hire someone who has done worse than that." Then added in a warmer tone, "Man...." She sighed, putting her head down some, adding the cigarette back to her mouth. "This is tough. Only means of death when personal... never reaches home otherwise, UGH." Zai put her hand against her head, trying to organize her thoughts, then asked to see his personality, "And what do you suppose would happen if you died?"

Zai said something under her breath, thinking, man... this cigarette is hardly calming nerves at all... "Hm, you don't know that. Have lots of friends, fellow RCS members that have died, right? Know I sold Kirai that stuff to paralyze those members before that last attack." For some reason, she was angry, yet sounded calm. Never did she get angry, annoyed, yes, but never has anything caused her to take it so personal as to feel any emotion about it. Because since Julain moved in, the only thing that use to take up her existance had started to die, leaving desperate emptyness behind the shadows that she constantly put a mask over. "You'll die to bring more people, YOUR people, to their deaths? Atleast you HAVE people, you HAD people, man. Loving yourself now more than them, and hateing Avarice more than you love yourself... hmm, even if you kill him, ya won't be happy... people won't stop dieing, I'll be one of those sure to see to that." She coughed, then tossed her cigarette down and put her mask back on.
